Stop! This is a horrible place. I got a full set from Kevin. They charged me $50. I was being seen in between customers for two hours. (Only my hands mind you). The next day all my nails started lifting. The 2 day 2 nails came off in my hair. Then another. I called they said they will fix them. After 3 broken nails and all the acrylic came off except 2. I came back they told me wait 20 mins. Then 30 mins later another 30 min. Then it's an hour later. I told them I wanted my money back and they refused. They refused to show licensing. I will be filing complaints with board of barbers or whatever. He cussed me out and then said he will only do a new full set. I no longer wanted a full set due to him cutting me last time and making my nail soar. I asked if I can get a mani and pedi in exchange and Kevin became irate. And cussing me out in front of customers. Things got very heated and uncomfortable quick. I tried to get information on him but they refused. He's jumping up and down going crazy. The wife was trying to calm me down because now I was having an anxiety attack. She saying she will take care of me. I just wanted to leave. They have their kid in there screaming at me. No no please don't. Unbelievable. Be careful! You've been warned unfortunately all my natural nails broke off to the tips of my fingers. And I will no longer get acrylics after this horror. Just waiting for my husband to go back with me. I'll try again to get refund. read more

Wonderful manicure and pedicure - great service, clean and just about every other good thing.

This is a small very modern nail salon with a wide range of gel colors but there was only one nail tech doin acrylics , I waited 2 and a half hours and wasn't serviced . Plus the owners son blasts distasteful music and very vulgar as well. I used to love going here until they became understaffed and only had one person doing acrylics will NOT be returning here ever again. read more

I went in for a full set and the guy, i'm not sure of his name but he wears glasses, attended me. I only did 2 stars because I've gone here before and the lady did a good job but the guy this time didn't even try. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star, but since I must rate them, they get 1 Star. I went during my lunch hour to remove my gel polish off my nails. Mind you, I only 8 nails of mine polished. They charged me $1 for each nail they took off the polish on. That's insane!!!! They obviously could careless about their customers and care more about the money. I was actually planning on coming back the next day to get a gel manicure but after them charging me that much just to remove my polish (which took 5 minutes) I would never think to give this place another penny. Way too overpriced, rude, and if I were you I'd find another nail shop to go to. read more

i'm a regular here and usually it's a pleasant experience everytime I come in. but this time my mom came with me. right when we stepped in the door, it was bad energy. kevin was rushing me to pick a color for my mani...he told me if I don't hurry up and choose he's gonna move onto the next customer... whatever I let that one slide...& hurry up and chose my color. then my mom and I got our toes done and a little bit of water started splashing out of the pedicure chair and the two ladies doing two other peoples toes jumped up and started yelling at us, kicking the towel around to dry the floor up and told us "it's not a pool, sit down! " Speaking to us like we were some children! This will be our LAST time we come here. how sad they couldn't treat their regular customer with the same respect as the other people in the salon. don't waste your time...they're disrespectful af. read more

I decided to give this place a try after my nail tech at another nail shop was busy. I came in for a fill and gel and was helped by Kevin, he did such a good job I decided to switch to this nail shop and even recommended him to my sister and she made the switch too! I have not had one bad experience at this place but I will say if you show up on a Thursday or Friday after 4:00 pm expect to wait or be turned away due to the fact that there is only 3-4 employees working and they get really busy. I've come learn to stop by Wednesdays or early Thursdays to avoid the wait. Kevin really takes his time to make sure my coffin nails are PERFECT unlike other techs at other nail shops. read more

There is a married couple who own this nail salon. The wife does an amazing job and is pleasant. The gel manicure I have been getting for 4 years is good. I gave this salon 3 stars because her husband lectures you and makes you feel emotionally bruised when you leave. Upset because you came in with nails that were done from another salon, explaining to go back to that salon to have them remove your gel, or dip. I was there 25 minutes total and the charge was 45.00. I explained they couldn't get me in and I had to go somewhere else, and apologized . I love the work the wife does, but do not need to be ridiculed the whole time. I feel so sorry for her. I will never go back. read more

Lina is the best. I always get anxious when getting a pedicure as my feet are very sensitive. Everytime I went to other nail places they hurt me or cut me. Lina is very careful and she has very soft hand, I can finally relax. The job is always well done. Lina's husband works gel very good, it doesn't break and last up to 4 to 5 weeks with a light color sometimes. Very nice people and wonderful workers. Congratulations!! read more

This is my first review ever for anything. The guy who did my nails was extremely rude and impolite. He burned my fingers twice and not even a sorry.. instead he offfffed as if I was at fault. He did less than average job and i wasn't pleased with my nails and when i asked him to fix one nail, he said he can't do it, nothing to be done. Then A girl that works there came and took a look at my nail and couldn't even comment because it was so obvious but I told her it's ok but I dont think I will be coming back, he answered back and said it's ok dont come. What is this?? If you dont know how to talk to people don't open a business where you deal with people. They also have their kid there and he was playing a war game with such a loud sound and no one even told him to lower it.. you go to do your nails and relax not get a headache. At the end I was charged 33$ for a refill and not even worth it..its a rip off..I got my whole set from another for 35$. The price chart they have online is not the real prices. First time coming to this nail place and it was a bad experience. I gave it 1 star because Grace was such a sweetheart. Kevin originally did my nails. I tried to make small talk with him, but he was basically ignoring me (on the other hand his little boy would not stop talking to me). After 1 day, my nail polish/Top coat became sticky and I had scuff marks all over my nails. I went back and Grace re-did my nails. Again after 1 day nails once again became sticky and scuff marks reappeared. I called Grace to notify her and later Kevin. Kevin was quick to say that I didn't let my nails dry (I let them dry for 15 min) or that I did something to them, that they only used top quality top coats, I told him I would go in and show him. I went in, he looked at my nails and said they were fine, that I hadn't gotten gel, just the basic, what does that even mean? I've been getting my nails done in non-gel for a decade. Long story, short I left to avoid any further issues. I later called requesting the owners name and contact info. I figured I would try that prior to yelping a review. Kevin would not give me owners name and when I asked again he yelled at me and said "Owner not here!". I told him he was rude and had no people skills and that I would spread the word about my first and last experience with nail effects. I would had loved to go back for Grace, but I will not tolerate rude people like Kevin. read more

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!! Horrible customer service...the owner, male, around 50s or 60s, bald and short, is incredibly rude, he yells at everybody and doesn't listen. He came up in my face for asking a simple question and I waited 40 minutes to have them start my pedicure when my appointment was at 11. All he kept doing was pointing his fingers in my face consistently in front of a large amount of customers in the store, and he never ended up apologizing. It was only my second time in the salon. By the way, if you make an appointment, they don't actually make an appointment; if you go, make sure to know that you're only a walk-in customer because they are uncoordinated. The workers are kind but the owner is a piece of shit. He said "if you don't like it, get the hell out" when all I asked is if anyone was going to start on my pedicure since it had been 40 minutes since my appointment time and nobody seemed to prepare for my pedicure nor approach me to ask why I am just sitting there. read more
