Not too much pressure but very good. She was the quiet type but warm and not distant. Lilly did my bestie pedicure and was so cheerful and positive. Very clearly communicated. The background music was pleasant and not too loud but I was distracted and Lilly made sure to clarify for me.

I really wanted to love this place. I had a nice experience when I walked past and waved Hello and…read moremade an appointment. But the actual appointment itself let me down. I'll explain why. When I arrived I had a couple of coats of polish on my nails and they asked me to put my hands into a bowl of acetone and they'd be right back. I waited 20 minutes with my nails soaking in acetone before she came back. I was very concerned as I'd never been told to leave my real nails in acetone that long. I did as I was told and after 20 minutes she came back and painted my nails. The polish looked pretty but the very same day it started to peel off like the kind of polish children use. It all just peeled right off. I kept thinking it was because my nail bed had absorbed so much acetone that the polish literally wouldn't stick. The very next day half of the polish peeled off on its own. The lifting and peeling polish was getting stuck in my hair when I'd run my hands through my hair and just come right off. It's been a week and my nails are just getting worse each day. I am uploading photos to show the damage to my nails which was caused by soaking my nails in strong acetone for 20 minutes. I want them to know that I'm disappointed because I paid $25 plus tip for polish that wouldn't stay on my nails for even 1 day - due to my nail bed soaking up the acetone. Also; my entire nail is disintegrating on each finger due to the harsh acetone stripping my nails of keratin. See image please. I just want them to know, so it doesn't happen in the future to other customers. +1 Stars: for the beautiful paint job. -4 Stars: to damage & polish peeling off on first day. PLEASE DO NOT SOAK REAL NAILS IN THE ACETONE YOU USE FOR REMOVING POLISH FOR 20 MINUTES. My nails are very damaged.

I will never be returning to this nail salon. They are always super busy, but unfortunately, the…read morequality of their service just doesn't match the wait times or the prices. My daughter's pedicure was honestly one of the worst she's had. She even spoke up and pointed out that there was polish left all over the skin around her toes. He tried to fix it, but there was still polish on her skin afterward. She also got a full Gel-X set last Tuesday. The design and details were spot on, so we were initially really happy with them. However, only a week later, one nail literally flew off while she was simply getting her folded laundry to put away. Then another one came off. We were charged $15 to repair a nail that came off on its own, and now, just one day after getting that repair, we noticed TWO more nails are already lifting from the bottom. For a Gel-X set to have multiple nails popping off and lifting after only a week is extremely disappointing, especially considering what you pay for a full set. Something clearly went wrong with the application or curing. We will definitely be going back to Blossom Nails. Heidi does an amazing job on my daughter's toes every time, and the gentleman who does acrylic nails there is amazing as well. Sorry, Skyline, but between the long wait times and the quality of service we experienced, it's just not worth it for us.

I got gel toes and nails for $105 which I thought was pretty expensive. My gel nails were supposed to be light pink glitter but they came out really nude, almost like my natural nail. I also wanted to keep my toe nails long and she cut most of them off. I didn't say anything because they were already done and just wanted to go home after a long day. Regardless of not being satisfied, I went to the receptionist to pay and gave a $5 tip. The young lady took the tip and rolled her eyes and did not say anything at all after that. I stood there for a little thinking she needed to give me my receipt or something and so I just said "okay bye" and she just looked at me with a blank stare and fake smile. I could not believe they have a young teenager with such attitude handling the desk. My nails also are already coming off after only a week. Do not recommend this place at all I'm sorry.

There are some big pluses and a couple of minuses. It is a clean, quiet uncluttered Spa like salon. they always honor your appointment time. There is no yelling back-and-forth in a foreign language. It really is all about you. This is Also about the best gel manicure I have ever had. My nails looked beautiful. When I left the salon, it has been almost one month and there are no chips, no flaws it really is amazing. I also got a deluxe pedicure which also looks as fresh as the day. I got it unless you put your eye right on my toe. The service is wonderful. They really pay attention to what they're doing. The biggest drawback is that they are twice as expensive as the place I usually go. A new feature which they did not have the last time I was there is : they nickel and dime you to death. If you have gels, it is extra to take the gels off that you have. They have a good selection of colors, but then another special selection of colors that are extra. No massage chairs. It is sort of bleacher seating so the patron is elevated. My balance is a little off so I had a difficult time negotiating this. They do not do your manicure and pedicure at the same time. All of this being said, I highly recommend Frenchies if you don't mind the extra money. I will definitely return if I need another extra long, lasting beautiful Manicure, but as far as a regular place, I cannot bring myself to spend the money.
