I'm not sure about anyone else, but I myself am a perfectionist and have been trying to look for a nail salon that isn't pricy and is good at design. Sadly, the lady who did my nails was rushing the whole entire time and my nails ended up looking super bad (in my opinion). It also only took her 50 minutes (whereas it should probably take about an hour to get an even set with good design) and she applied my acrylics two nails at a time. I'm kicking myself for not looking at Yelp before going to this place. The bad reviews about a man who should definitely not be working there are spot on. It's like an exact replica of my experience. I can only assume he is family to the owner, because why? I'd put money on him not even having a license to do the work. I am from out of town, and have an event on Saturday. I thought I'd treat myself to a gel mani and regular pedi. It was genuinely my worst experience at a nail salon. It's suppose to be a relaxing treat and I was practically running out of there. It was painful, misshapen, and incredibly uncomfortable. The guy people are speaking of, clearly doesn't want to be there, doesn't know what he's doing, and is just harming the business. I also am questioning the cleanliness of the establishment. I saw no sanitation of tools. Just loose tools, pulled out of drawers. Dropping things on the floor, and then going right back to it. really disappointed... i paid $80. the guy was extremely nice. but it seemed like him and everyone else were rushed. these were done in under an hour... he did not file the tip to blend into my nail. i was asked to wash my hands at the end, not after filing. the gold was put on top of BLACK that is very visible. it's just messy, i think because they have to rush??? idk why. the shape is good, but i am so embarrassed to be seen with the design. i had to pay for a ton of stuff after so that i can fix them.. i am also a little worried about sanitation. i got up to wash my hands at the end and someone was already in my chair getting their nails done ! i want to say too the tech asked me if i liked the colors and shape throughout the service and did fix mistakes, but i could tell by the end he was just trying to be done. there were just too many important steps skipped. there are some beautiful nails i have seen on reviews; maybe it depends who you get. read more

The lady that works here is nice, polite and does a clean job. The man working here is absurdly unprofessional, blatantly rude, overcharges, does half assed work, doesn't do cuticles, doesn't even paint the tip of the nails, he doesn't file at the end of his work he doesn't shapes the nails evenly,- he actually makes them crooked and all of them are uneven. You put two fingers together your left in your right and they are completely different in size shape and in depth, this is with acrylics. I brought my own nail polish last time and he painted a really ugly job didn't finish the tips so that the nail polish won't last as long, chips and looks trashy/bad so maybeeekust mYbeee next time when I come into the shop I'll be "smart enough" to choose their nail polish, right? He thinks he's sneaky.. I don't have time to play these baby back bitch games with an old man who clearly hates his job or hates women. He doesn't use the machines to shape your nails or remove excess acrylic from your underside nail. He is the worst and most unprofessional nail salons I have ever come across in all 30 years of me being alive. I have been all over the country and gotten my nails done and I promise you ladies he is by far the worst if you go don't let him do your nails he doesn't care about you or your nails or why you're getting them done he hates his job because he only smiles when it's pay time and it's completely fake and very obvious. He puts on a very ugly sour face when he is doing his job he doesn't even pretend to enjoy it or make you feel like you're having a good time . Ladies I have gotten my nails done all over this country from California to Washington to Colorado to Texas I'm telling you I've been all over. I have never been told that I can't have longer acrylics when one is broke. He tried to pretend or fake that there was no way when I know for a fact all you have to do is use a foil sticker and apply acrylic on it and then follow the nail down. He talks to his customers like they are idiots because he believes they are. He talks to them like they don't matter because they truly don't to him. He seriously needs to get laid or find another job. i will say I TALK with my hands. Hard core. I have never had a problem or felt so looked down on for it. I've never had unfinished or shoty nails because of it. this man is fake as hell, bad at his job and should save that front seat for someone who is good at their job. I made my first appointment yesterday for a basic manicure and pedicure. I wanted gel polish on my toes. First, I want to say that the shop was very clean and the staff very pleasant. A gentleman by the name of Bobby was my technician. My cuticles were my first focus. Well, when I got home my finger nails didn't look any better. The polish looked like it had sand on the fingers. I was very disappointed with the cuticles, as they were hardly worked on. Therefore, I can only give them 1 star. read more

I witnessed a mom come in with her daughter who had her nails done the day prior. As soon as she started to explain to the manager T the issues, two of her clients began to insert themselves ,and yell at the mother and daughter. There definitely was a language barrier, and I think the nail tech manager was getting frustrated and upset. because she had two of her customers yelling from behind her at the mother and daughter, who came in to complain about the nails. I did hear the mother ask for some sort of refund did not ask for a full refund but partial because they did not want the nails to be fixed here because of how much problems they felt were happening with the nails. The nail tech T offered her 30% that she makes off of doing the nails and the mom said she would not take that 30% because that is the money she earned and that the owners should rectify the situation and that the partial refund needs to come out of the owners pocket not the workers. The two customers that were sitting down at the nail booths were very very rude and raising their voices and putting down the mother and making very rude comments about her child who yes is a teenager but they did not need to attack the mother and the teenager in the manner that they did because they were unhappy with the services they received. The mother did also ask to speak to the owner and was told that there was not that option. If the owner sees this please know I did hear the mother and daughter saying that they will be making a review as well and the mother did say she was going to have the one teenager that was the friend of her daughter take down her yelp review of you guys. We are a pretty small town word gets around My suggestion would be for the owner to reach out to the mother and the daughter to find some resolution and to make sure that you have happy customers that are satisfied with the services you guys provide. And at no point should your employees have to pay any sort of refund out of their earnings which is already below what is the average amount in the state of Wyoming. Most nail techs receive 55% of the cost of doing the nails and that's if they don't rent a booth from you That is called commission base and so they make that and hopefully they get to keep their tips as well but for them to only make $18 out of doing a brand new set that's not okay You're not paying your employees what they deserve They work hard and they have talent that deserves to be paid a much higher commission for. Also the only business license that can be pulled up through the state of Wyoming for nail Central LLC is non-active due to non-payer of taxes To the owner since this is the only way I can seem to respond I was not the mother of the daughter that came in I was someone coming into the shop and witnessed it. And as a business owner if you make a mistake you correct it and a good business does offer refunds when something is done wrong or unsatisfactory especially if somebody doesn't want you to redo it because you did such a bad job. T was going to give back to the girl $18 that she made out of $65 charge for the nails to be done. Her 30% commission which is the only thing she makes she was going to pay back to try to rectify it whereas you being the owner should have paid back the unhappy customer so that you don't get a bad reputation and yes you have supplies to buy but I guarantee you it would not cost you more than a set of nails for the supplies. That is bad business practice. And for you to take money from a kid and charge them for poorly done services and not try to rectify it that just shows you are a greedy business owner read more

I have been here several times and the team does an incredible job of giving you the color you want and the design you are looking for. My gel nails last 2-3 weeks and usually grow out and need to be done before any chipping occur. I'm a nurse and I wash and sanitize my hands ALOT! The nails they do here take it all in stride. I have been there twice. Bobby did my nails the first time. I didn't care for him or the job that he did. The next time I specifically made my appointment with T. When I entered the shop, she was w a customer and called Bobby to do my nails. When I questioned her, she said they work as a team. Fine - why do they allow you to chose the nail tech when making an appointment. I also question the cleanliness of this shop as there is a thick layer of nail dust everywhere. Well update ended up getting a fungal infection on one nail which I did not have a fungal infection prior and also ended up with bacterial infection one three fingers from having my nails done here due to them cutting fingers around the my cuticles and ended up having 7 of them pop off in less then four days. Seriously horrible customer service, horrible horrible horrible. Don't waste you time, money, or skin and nail health. Also don't think they sterilize anything seeing they bounce back and forth between customers and never wash or sanitize their hands between customers. I should have them pay my medical bills but don't want to deal with the staff again. Also the staff allowed the customers sitting around who are their friends verbally assault me and threaten me due to being unhappy with service when I went back to show them what was wrong and needed fixed. read more

I wish I had something good to say about Nail Central but I was extremely disappointed. I watched as one tech had three customers at one time .... not once did she wash or sanitize her hands before or after doing their nails. The male tech was doing a pedicure on the person next to me and he rolled his chair over to me and polished my toes. I have never seen such an un sanitized and Unprofessional shop. The Nail polishes are old and clumpy.... my nails look like crap and the tech had no interest in helping me find colors that matched. I do not recommend this place and one should be cautious before you get an infection. read more

I had my nails dipped there yesterday. I have cuts on seven fingers at the cuticles. Most fingers have more than one cut. I have a swollen toe that has a cut cuticle and is so red. I chipped a nail within an hour of leaving. The dip nails look like a child did them, they are bulky and rough. The nails I had to soak off were dipped and they had been on thirty days without a chip or loose nail yet, but they were done in Missouri. I spent 85 dollars on nails that look horrible and had to have doctor call in antibiotic for all the cuts. Please avoid this place. I came here with a friend to get a polish. The service was okay but once we finally got our nails done it was relaxing but my friend got her nails cut extremely short. It looked great. However, I asked for no design and he gave me a design. When we got home which was only a 3 minute walk we checked our nails and they were smudged and sloppy. We did not mess with our nails or touch them to make them that way. We also waited about twenty minutes for them to dry so they were definitely dry. She rushed through the cleaning, filed my nails all crooked, gave a horrendous massage, didn't fully remove the nail polish from my previous color, and applied the current color so sloppy. i walked in for a gel manicure and i was sat down in the chair for 5 minutes for quick service after waiting for an hour and a half. my nails were dipped in strictly water. the person doing my nails was an older gentleman he hurried through CUTTING every other nail while trying to cut my cuticles , he didn't even ask me how i wanted my nails shaped he just filed them down. after putting the base coat for the gel manicure. another lady came to do the actual color. while she rushed through. painting more skin than nails. i was told to wait when my nails were finished. and they didn't even file after doing gel so all my skin is attached to my nail. worst service i've ever had in my life. i always tip but this place deserved no tip. will not be coming back. will not be recommending. i wish i could put 0 stars. read more

Not impressed. My daughter and I went in for pedicures and she also got a fill. Her pedicure seemed fine. However, I had gel nail polish and she started peeling the polish off. I have never been to a place that didn't file or soak the polish off. I tolerated it for a little bit but I couldn't take it anymore and told her it hurt. So I'm not the one not to tip someone but the job I received and the service was terrible. I went in and asked for a full set gel polish. Their sign says $45 and I paid $60. I wouldn't have minded paying $60 if I content with the work. I called to make an appointment and when I got there someone else walked in so he was rushing to get my nails done.the reason I love gel is how shinny they are but for some reason my top coat would not stick to my color. The nails are patchy and when I asked Danny to fix them he grunted and just attempted to apply one more coat. Same thing happened but he didn't want to fix them since he had someone else waiting. I recently had my nails done here and am not very impressed. I didn't really get what I asked for, even though I asked several times. I asked for a glitter base with a silver glitter line. I got glitter polish even on the tips (which doesn't look bad, just not what I wanted) and a metallic silver line. By the end, I thought maybe they will turn out to be what I wanted, I was wrong. I got a French manicure with gel on my own nails, and just a little bit over a week and the shellac is wearing away on my tips( this has never happened to my nails with gel). The last salon I went to, I didn't need to get them redone for 3 weeks. The tips themselves were huge, which made my nails appear shorter and because it is gel, I am now forced to live with it so I don't have to watch them file my nails away too soon after the last time. They guys themselves were super friendly and I wish I could say I would go back because of that, but I won't. read more
