I guess I just picked the wrong hair stylist for a perm. Wish I had ask for Kerrie Ann. It was my second time for a perm but Emily Larson was no longer there. She gave me the best perm and cut I have had since I moved to Cheyenne. I had Angela Freeman and I didn't get a good perm. I don't know how many she has done but I didn't get what I paid for. $145.00. Three weeks later my hair is straight as before. No Perm! So now I have to wait and give my hair a rest before I can do this agaln. read more

so, I moved here recently from Denver, and therefore had to part ways with my stylist of over 20 years. Well, I'm going gray and it's become too costly to cover it up...and it's time. so I called and told the receptionist that I wanted to go completely gray, rather than that waiting period, waiting for the gray to grow in. She took a message, Kelli called me back and I told her what I wanted. On the day of the appt, Kelli did take a long time looking at my hair, I thought at the time she was trying to make sure she got the right color, now I think it's because she didn't really know what to do. Instead of gray, it's mostly blonde. She did explain to me that because my hair was so dark in some places that, she might not be able to get the right color, and she did put on a toner to make it less brassy At me the time of check out, the front desk computer wasn't working and she took my card to the back room. Front office was very busy with many people, waiting, and very chaotic. Kelly handed me a receipt and told me that she signed for me, which I thought was a little odd, but she went all the way to the back room, so I figured that she was doing another convenience. She handed me a receipt, and in the car saw that it was the receipt for the product that I had purchased, but no receipt for the services that she provided. I saw later on my bank app that she charged me $210. Keep in mind I have hair that is shorter than shoulder length. after I called her, she didn't even have the courtesy to call me, but rather she text me. We had a short conversation where she told breakdown of the bill, which included $130 for highlighting, $60 for a cut (which was actually just trim from a recent haircut I had gotten somewhere else), and $30 for the treatment. I was shocked because in Denver I think the most I probably would've paid at my was 150. tell him told me that it was the salon's charges that she couldn't do anything about, but she does rent her own booth, so I don't know how accurate that is. The service ended up OK, nothing super special, but I will not see her again because she just overcharges. unfortunately I will not be going there again. read more

I made an appointment with James at Enchanted hair salon, and due to the worldwide computer shut down, had to cancel. When trying to reschedule, was told to pay $100 in advance to secure the appointment, and I agreed to do that and gave him my Venmo information. Then, was told it was in James' best interest not to schedule me. It was extremely unprofessional, rude and a prime example of poor business practice. I would be very hesitant to schedule services with this business. Use extreme CAUTION! read more

Fried my long hair and had to cut an extra 4 inches off on top of the requested 3 inches. My hair was like mushy and the ends(up to 3 inches) fell out if I tried to brush it when it was wet. Charged me $175 for ruining my beautiful long hair sad I won't name names because I feel bad for the young lady who is a mother and seemed that she is trying to make ends meet. But the manager needs better judge if character AND at professionalism. I had to buy $40 sham/cond & products to help with the excessive damage that had been done to my hair. I was able to get my hair done in an award winning San Diego salon at which they color corrected and cut and did a treatment to make my hair smooth again. I feel like I should have known better because this salon is in Cheyenne Wyoming, not my best choice but if you can't do hair professionally then DONT DO HAIR AT A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. Also I bought some beauty items and the make up was of poor quality. I do not recommend using this salon even with all the 5 star reviews (idk how they have so many) And I do not recommend purchasing any make up from their small room either. read more

When I sat in her chair for the first time, I explained what I wanted and I felt like she truly heard me. An hour later, with the best trim I have had, I felt like we were old friends! It's unfortunate that I even have to give a 1 to this salon. I had been slowly progressing to blonde and moved to Wyoming. The salon had limitless great reviews so I scheduled. I went in and the girl who did my hair was very nice to me and my step son while I was there. I had a bad gut feeling when she started parting my hair in bizarre ways, but I don't do hair so I don't know if there are new techniques. I wanted a really heavy blonde highlight to get me lighter for my wedding, I even told her I didn't care if it had a shadow root to it as long as it was all over brighter. My hair at the time was blonde with some leftover very faded red/light brown pieces from many many months prior. When my hair was processing she went outside and took a smoke break, just before breathing all of it into my face while shampooing me. I didn't say anything since she was nice, but people who don't smoke don't want to smell that. It's unprofessional. Then she dried my hair and I told her not to style it because I was tired and wanted to go home, plus I was a bit irritated. I paid her, and tipped her well, a total of $120. When I got driving home I ran my fingers through my hair to find the entire base of my head full of dried bleach. I ran home, showered, and conditioned as hard as I could. When I got out of the shower my hair was melting off, and completely fried. (See pictures below). I had 2003 style zebra stripe highlights (not heavy like I asked) that were yellow as hell. I rushed to an aveda salon in Colorado the next day where I paid $300 in services and products to fix it, I had to have several inches of my hair cut off (just months before my wedding). I called the salon and asked to talk to the owner, whoever answered the phone recognized me and had the stylist call me back instead. She apologized and told me she doesn't know how it could have happened but she's sorry. Then she said she works independently and can't afford to pay me back. This was the icing on the cake. I told her I would take a partial refund since she spent her time doing it and she said she'd call me back. Well shockingly she didn't. I called and spoke with the owner, who absolutely could not have cared less. She told me "well she told you red was hard to cover up and she paid you back" I informed her she absolutely did not pay me back and if she'd look at the pictures she'd see that I didn't have a bunch of red to cover. She informed me she would talk to the girl and got off the phone without so much as an I'm sorry.... I text her and spoke with the stylist for over a month with broken promises of "my accountant is writing you a check, it's in the mail, idk why you haven't gotten it yet"... it's because it was never sent. I fought it for months and finally just gave up... there are signs all over the walls to teach people how to leave a google review, hence all of the good reviews. This salon does booth rentals so while some of the people may be great, some of them certainly don't know what they are doing. When you make a mistake, be an adult and own it. Blonde is hard to do but don't fake that you can do it if you can't. The entire experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

Went to get an updo and makeup for an event. I provided pictures to show I wanted a simple updo. My hair turned out more elaborate with pieces framing my hair. It was a rainy day and I had to state several times to pin them up since they would fall flat. Ended up fixing my hair at home. For my makeup it was too strong and not blended. I ended up wiping the majority of it off at home. Wish I would have done my own hair and makeup and saved to the money. read more

Let me start off by saying that this is just my review on my experience with a worker ( I can't even call her a hair stylist) named VIVIAN. My review is solely to tell you about my experience and to hopefully save someone money, time and the damage done to my hair. Let me start off by saying that I went to Vivian with my sister and friend( they witness). I showed her a picture of what I wanted ( see pic #1) and asked about a keratin treatment, she asked if I had any dye in my hair to which I told her its been years since I dyed my hair but I did have a brazilian blowout about 4 months ago. She proceeded to tell me that it could be done on one visit she gave me a price and we booked an appointment. I trusted ( yes my mistake) her and made an appointment. The day of my appointment came and please understand that I was very exited for my new hair color. The process started and after a loooong day my hair came out orange!!! Not at all what I wanted. She said don't worry this things happen. Next time it will come out Better. (Again I trusted who I thought was a professional, boy was I wrong). I paid her, booked another appointment and left. The second time she proceeded to put what I think was bleach in my hair and seats me in the heather chair for an hour and a half.!!! Shocker I know! When she takes of the foil she tells me its a "little light right?" To which I tell her "a little? NO, it's yellow" she then tells me no worries " better lighter then darker" she put a toner in my hair, and made it a little darker. Mind you my hair is still half brown half orange and I'm almost crying of how much I don't like it. After another long day the process is done. Is not what I wanted or showed her but...I guess... I paid her again and left. I washed my hair 2 days later and my hair starts falling off in chunks at this I'm not only shocked but scared. I get out the shower and I wanted to brush it. Omg the brush would not go through my hair and I can't even touch it because it keeps falling off. You can imagine how I feel. Furious and angry I send her a message of the situation. I put my hair in a bun and start googling what to do. I find a solution about locking my hair. I call the place and book an appointment. I got to that place and omg thank god for her. She explained to me that my hair was damaged and extremely burned. (See pic #2, #3 & #4) We had to cut it, we had no other choice. In tears, I allow her to do it so she takes off 5 inches of my long hair. And tells me that I'm going to have to keep cutting it until all that is out, this can take many months!!!!! Vivian completely ruined my hair. I tried many many times to contact her about getting my money back. I felt robbed she took a job that obviosly she had no idea how to execute and I was the one that came out hurt! We went back and forth and in the beginning she agrees to return my money. Then she send me a message saying she could only give me back $100. That is not even a third of what I spend In that salon. After not knowing what to do, my friend advised me to call the salon and speak to the owner. I did call, I explained everything to her and she said she would talk to Vivian. I was told by the owner that the workers there are independent so there was not much she could do. I later received a message from Vivian saying she "wasn't going to argue about service" she would give me my money back. Later again she send me another message and tells me "after careful consideration" she was only going to refund me $100.00. I don't understand the "careful consideration" My hair was ruined beyond repair by Vivian, and now I have to spend extra money to get it fixed. Please please please don't waste your money on Vivian!!! read more

Nail Tech: Dannis Nyberg I don't know where to start! What an awesome experience. This was the first time I went to see Dannis but it certainly won't be the last! I have worn artificial nails forever (at least 15 years). Typically they end up being very thick, they start to lift and are overall not that attractive. Dannis suggested I try a shellac manicure with my natural nails. Now, my natural nails are very thin with a flat bed but I thought what the heck. They are amazing. She found the perfect color of red and they are gorgeous. I will never go to anyone else, she has a customer for life! In addition to all of this, she actually explained what she was doing and wasn't trying to rush me out the door. She is absolutely charming and I could have sat and chatted with her all day. I had my hair done last month at Enchanted hair and i went in with high expectations and i left disappointed. I had my hair done by Brandie and she cut it way too short and gave me way more color than i asked for. I made it very clear that i only wanted a trim and a little bit of color and i got the opposite. my sister highly recommended the salon so when i told her about my experience she was upset for me she told me to go back and have Rico do my hair so i did and honestly I've never been more impressed with a hairdresser in my entire life. He was very professional and very friendly the whole time. i highly recommend Rico and if hes not in the salon the day you choose to go in come back when hes working or go else where. My husband get his hair cut regularly by Rico and is always very satisfied with the fade and trim the Rico does.
