If you're a baller on a budget, this is the place for you. I had a lovely full body massage, and the price is good, but I'd say that you get what you pay for. The little luxuries and amenities that you would get at a spa are not there. The sheets weren't very soft, and the hole in the bed for your face wasn't padded well. The atmosphere felt quite serene and relaxing except for that you could hear everything happening on the other side of the curtain outside of your little stall. I'd hit a moment of calm and relaxation then hear the bell of the door opening. I did really enjoy the hot stone part of the massage. I went in because I had a muscle spasm in my neck and left feeling better than when i came in, which was my main goal. I'm sure that I'll be making a return visit in the future. read more

I came up from Denver for my boyfriends promotion ceremony , had some time to spare so I figured I'd get a massage . Upon walking in you can tell they are not used to having customers , very nice though . He took me to a table that was not closed off , not in a private room , I can see every table & had their been other customers I would've been able to clearly see everything . I was confused on where was I to get undressed at ...but you apparently you don't .. I've never gotten an full body massage with my clothes on & w/o some kind of lotion or oil .. I should've left at that moment being that what I thought was advertised was not factual... it was very awkward , applied pressure through my clothes , the hole that you put your face in was very uncomfortable , not padded much & had a napkin over it ... at 1 point he asked for me to take my shirt off (I had on turtle neck ) so I did & that felt better .. I got foot massage as well which was good . When it was time for me to pay I tipped $5 & he said "tip , $5 dollar , I said , yes $5 " he laughed which I must've missed the joke on because I paid $85 for a clothed rub down , that $5 was me being nice . If you have any kind of real pain & want a real massage I would not suggest here . read more

I have been going here on and off over the past 5+ years. Great for when you need to do walk in and have some of the knots released. You do keep your clothes on as that is how they conduct their business. The walk in place in the mall also works the same way. I have woken up some mornings with headaches and unable to function and am so thankful I can head over and try to get the the pain reduced. read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Definitely didn't expect to walk in and get sexually assaulted. My boyfriend and I came here when visiting to get a quick 60-minute full-body massage and mine went south EXTREMELY QUICKLY. The lady took the entire towel off my naked body, exposing my entire butt and my privates. She continued to rub my butt with oil while spreading my cheeks apart. I was so uncomfortable I wanted to cry. She finally covered my body up, but now ONLY exposed everything from my back to my toes. She pushed my legs to be spread open and rubbed her hands so close to my upper thigh that she touched my privates MULTIPLE TIMES. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from here. Would never want someone to become a victim of sexual assault. read more

I will not be back after paying to listen to someone snore like a cow the majority of what should have been an hour massage. The therapists seemed tl find it very amusing I however was so annoyed I only managed to stay 45 minutes. Does the language barrier prevent you from recognizing pure annoyance and inability to relax at your relaxing station, because no one had 1 word to say. I am a massage therapist and need massage myself on a regular basis. I have been here several times when I can't get in with my regular massage therapists and the massages are fine for the most part (a bit deep sometimes)..... but today when I went to pay, after recieving the most expensive service, I WAS TOLD HOW MUCH TO TIP. I would NEVER presume to tell one of my own clients that they even HAD to tip, let alone tell them that what they gave wasn't enough. WOW. I do believe a tip is a GIFT, not a requirement. Had never been here before but I was in desperate shape. I've been a therapeutic massage therapist for 18 years, trained in Hawaii. I walked in and there was an obvious language barrier. To my great surprise, I received a wonderful (albeit very firm for a level 6 requested) massage from Coco. She was very detailed and even though no one asked me, she pinpointed my needs and intuitively worked on me. Very pleased!! The only downside was she didn't work on my feet for a "full body" massage. For those complaining about the tipping procedure, 20% tip is an "average" tip. I tipped well over that rate for my massage. I have been going here about once a month for the last 3 years or so. I have always enjoyed the staff and the service they provide. A very relaxing and enjoyable environment. About three months ago was the first time I experienced a problem. While checking out, the masseuse pointed to the tip line of the receipt and the gestured up with her thumb. I always tip 10-15% so put in my standard tip and signed the receipt. The masseuse acted perturbed, rudely turned and walked away, never saying goodbye, thank you, or have a nice day. Never having experienced that before I figured they were busy and she had clients waiting. However, a month later, a different masseuse did the exact same thing. I tried to clarify if she was asking for a bigger tip and she just shrugged and smiled. Again, giving the benefit of the doubt I figured we just had something lost in translation, except three weeks ago it happened again. This time with the same masseuse as the first time it happened. She all but demanded that I increase the tip. I ended up tipping 20%. It will be the last time I tip anything because I will not return to this establishment. Plenty of other places in town that will be happy to take my money. read more

I tried this out for the first time. There was only 1 person working for the day, so I waited 20 minutes, which is fine. I selected an hour massage which is $46 and a mix of body and foot. I had to ask the lady to go lighter/softer, even though I put I wanted light on the sign in sheet. It was okay, but not great. She had long nails and used them several times, which I found odd. She finished and I went to pay, I rounded to $50. I know that isn't much, but I wasn't impressed. She handed my receipt back and said "no tip". I asked if she couldn't take tips? She took out a calculator, AND SHOWED ME THAT 20 PERCENT IS $9!! I had already scribbled out the tip, expressed shock that she asked me to tip more, left $6 instead and walked out. Fair service environment, but fantastic massage. This was my first time there here and was not expecting much; however, the back massage i got was amazingly good. Perfect tension after I told specifically requested when I first checked in. I love the fact they repeatedly ask if it was the right tension. I sit in front of the computer a lot, and the should massage was just a perfect fit for me. She placed a hot towel on my shoulder after i explained to her I feel sourness often. She even gave me suggestions about how to self-relax my shoulders and back daily. I would give this place a thumbs up. Also, i don't feel disrespectful when I was getting massages (versus, i went to places where they constantly chat with their co-workers) The lady did my massage was paying total attentions, and I feel that she was concentrated.
