Yikes. The prices have become outrageous. A got the deluxe pedicure with gel. It used to be $60 or $65. Today I paid $80 plus tip! Part of me thinks they're making up the price on the spot because I came here a few weeks earlier for just a gel mani and basic pedi and it was $100. That seems a little too steep. Also, making an appointment is a gamble now. You may get in right on time or you will be waiting another half hour or more before they can get to you. They need to get that figured out. I really do love coming here, everyone is friendly and does good work. But I don't think I can come back as often anymore. read more

I love Lady Q but for the 3rd time this summer I'm waiting over 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment. Apparently appointment times aren't considered when someone walks in without an appointment just before you. They will be helped first and when you try to inquire on the wait they'll say just a few minutes...as stated 45 "short" minutes and counting. :( read more

WORST NAIL SALON EVER. do not come here. i asked for a simple ombré set. while applying the acrylic she made it soggy and dripping off my nails. worst quality act i've ever seen in my life. it was so wet it was getting stuck in the drill. then the ombré ‍ ombré is so simple idk how you can screw it up. she made the colors mixed all over. there was chunks missing of the acrylic. the whole top of the nails was legit only the fake tip as she didn't even apply barely any acrylic at all. pretty much just on the base and a VERY tiny terrible layer at that. continued to not even drill or file the nail at the bottom which caused immediate lifting. nail fell off after ONE day. paid $100. absolutely ridiculous . this place is a JOKE of a nail salon. DONT RECOMMEND unless you want to waste money and have to redo them one day after. read more

I have finally found a great nail salon! After trying multiple spots in Northern Colorado and being disappointed, I am so happy I found Lady Q. The owner and her staff are so friendly and deliver high quality manicures and pedicures. The royal deluxe pedicure includes aromatherapy, massage, paraffin, callous removal...the works for a fair price. I chose the basic manicure which cleaned up my cuticles and left me with a beautiful polish that went all the way to the cuticles and sides of my nails (this has been a complaint of mine at previous salons). Very disappointed. Called ahead to be seen for a pedicure. I was confirmed an appointment for 1:30pm. I show up and was not acknowledged. There were other ladies that showed up after me for the same appointment time yet they were greeted and even told to choose a color and take a seat. I'm not one to make a scene. I still sat down and waited to be attended only to see more people show up and be attended prior to me. I walked out. I was the only Hispanic there and the treatment towards me was very indifferent for sure. read more

Today my daughter and I went to Lady Q nails. Not impressed at all. I asked for matching red nail polish. I wanted my hands to have the dip & toes regular polish. Well they did not have it. Henry decided I should have gel nails & proceeded to do that. Dipped my nails in white powder twice. Used a dirty nail file to smooth it. Then he started to put polish, I said "I wanted dip". He proceeded to speak to his wife. Then he started doing the black dip, since that could match. Henry tried to smooth it out, but it was clumpy. He stopped doing my nails, I was told to go get my pedicure with my daughter. She had the black dip, and black nail polish. I continued my nails with the owner. I told her my nails were not hard with dip. My nails are already a mess. They are just real soft. I have to have them redone. read more

I desperately needed a pink/white fill. I'm from out of state and a family member recommended Lady Q. VERY VERY UNHAPPY!!! * No one greeted my sister and I when we entered. * Young girl on her phon, never looked up. we had to be heard as I'm in a wheelchair and we had difficulties getting in the TWO doors. I went in for a gel rebase. Three days later, the polish was chipping. I went in to get my nails fixed, and I asked if I could get a new color. The technician said, yes. When she was done, she wanted to charge me $25. Saying it was a complete polish change. I said, my nails started chipping 3 days later, which shouldn't happen that soon with gel polish. After talking to the owner on the phone, it was cleared up. This nail facility doesn't want to stand behind their work. Very disappointing, when nail services are expensive. read more

I normally have a very good experience here but this last one was horrible My pedicure was rushed and was not allowed proper time for polish to set before adding the top coat, I put on shoes about 2 hours after my nails were done and my pedicure was all messed up once I took them off. I am in visiting from out of state for a wedding and with so many nail places to choose from I would NOT go to Lady Q! Had pedi and was going to get manicure but after pedi just went with gel polish for finger nails and should have not even done that. Deluxe pedicure- my nail tech rushed through pedicure, had to ask her to please not paint toe nails until toe nails were completely free from previous (blue) polish on them, asked her to please trim cuticles she did not, also still had dirt under side of toe nails, this was all while the pedicure basin next to me kept over flowing all over the floor with a poor customer trying to ask them to switch her to one of the other open six pedicure chairs. So when I said I will just have gel polish on nails not full manicure she was upset. While checking out manager/owner I believe asked how my pedicure was? I professionally let her know what occurred and instead of using this as a teaching for her employee, she quickly went on the defense telling me she only hires the best and they are licensed ect... I asked if I could just pay and for her to stop as I just wanted to get out of this dirty place. Here is a picture of my finger nail less than 14 hours after. I would give them negative stars if I could. Made appointment for pedi and mani, went in and waited 40 minutes before they sat me in a chair. No one said a word to me.. I'll be right with you etc. I had to ask how much longer it would be and was told a couple more minutes. Meanwhile other people were walking in asking if they had space available for pedi-mani, all were told "yes, have a seat" My feet were soaking another half hour before anyone came to help and even then this lady was trying to do 2 pedis at once. Two others were seated in chairs next to me and they walked out after 20 minutes. I got up, dried my feet on a towel and left. Told the lady who answered the phone that she shouldn't tell people she has space available when she has no one to work. read more

I come to Cheyenne to visit my family a couple times a year and my sister and I go to Lady Q Nails for our pedicures and today's service was awful. They rushed us to pick out a nail color, they tried to convince me to do the most expensive pedicure I said no thank you not today and then they wanted me to switch to a gel polish instead. After all that my whole entire pedicure lasted 19 mins. That means when I walked into the door and she said ok all done. The best part was a lady checked me out and not only did she take my card to put it in which was a machine for clients to use themselves she asked me how much I wanted to tip and watched over my shoulder as I added more money. Beautiful relaxing salon, my massager chair didn't work so my nail tech was happy to switch me over (super nice out it). They use bags for pedicure tubs and had a lot of colors to choose from. Very disappointed. I recently moved to Cheyenne from the suburbs of KC. Here were my problems: Price: Coming from the suburbs, I'm very used to high prices. I'm used to things being more expensive, but I payed $50 for a new set, color, and ring finger design. I usually pay $23-$25 for all of that, so the prices are steep! Service: Not once was I asked for my choice in nail shape (square, circle, pointed, etc) or my length! The person just assumed I wanted square and short nails. These are the simple things you should ask! Also they didn't engage in talk at all. Very quiet 45 minutes! Quality: Again, I'm used to my nails lasting 3-4 weeks without a need for a refill but my nails regrew within 2 weeks and chipped off. At the end, they had the audacity to say paying with a card is worse than cash and that next time I should remember cash! I understand cash can be better but don't say that to your customers! All in all I'm not coming back. For w small town salon this is horrible. read more

I noticed this place had a good amount of stars so I was intrigued but 5 minutes into my pedicure I was not impressed. My technician didn't file or clip my nails, barely scrubbed my feet (I wear military boots daily, so I needed the scrub), with that, I noticed he was grabbing the other technicians attention so as he was working on my feet literally four other people were watching, leaving me incredibly uncomfortable since I couldn't understand what he was saying. He left polish all over the skin surrounding my toe nails. Before I could bring up my concerns he was already off to another customer. Overall the work he left I could have done myself, had I known he would publicly embarrass me I wouldn't have gone at all. Will not be back. read more

This was truly one of my best nail experiences ever. I called just about an hour before closing time to see if they could accommodate me. They were very willing to help. I've had a terrible day otherwise, and this was the one bright spot that made me feel human again. Details: the salon itself was full of natural light and extremely clean. I picked out my color and was helped immediately. My pedicure water was nice and hot like I enjoy. The technician was friendly to me but overly chatty. I appreciated that he let me relax and text my friend. He did a thorough massage and then suggested we glam up my mani-pedi with a little nail art. I always go for a basic, but he was forthcoming with prices and seemed to know what he was doing. All in all, I spent $50 for my first "trendy" combo mani-pedi, plus tip. And it's so cute! Way overpriced, paid over $100 for a full set and pedicure, the manicure only lasted 1 week until my nails started breaking. Unless you're a "regular" they won't talk to you or treat you nicely. When I did get the lady to have a conversation with me we started talking about my son and she kept commenting that I was too young to have a baby (I'm 23), just made me feel down about myself. I have only gotten my nails done here once. I wanted a French Manicure but was told my nails are too short for that, come to find out that isn't true. French Manicures can be done nails of any length. That was disappointing. While I was getting my nails done here, I ended up getting the gel cat eyes which turned out well. They lasted 3-4 weeks. I was pleased. During this visit I also got my eyebrows waxed. I have never gotten them waxed before, the person who waxed my brows didn't ask any questions and did her thing,and they turned out great. I have gotten my brows done a second time, same thing- went in, no questions, she did her thing, great results. This is the cheapest place I have found for brows. $10. read more

Just got a deluxe pedicure at Lady Q Nails last night. Disappointed to learn they don't currently accept credit cards, but they advised they are rectifying that situation. My mom ended up paying for both my pedi and her's because of the issue. That was the only downside of the visit, honestly. Down to the service, we were greeted quickly and told to pick colors and then taken back to our seats. The water was perfectly hot for me. Some places err on the side of lukewarm, which I am not a fan of, but I was pleasantly surprised by the temp. No adjustments needed there. The deluxe includes your standard paraffin and leg massage, but Lady Q incorporates hot stones. It was delightful! Seriously, every little bit of it! I find some other places rush through the services to get more people into the chairs and make more $. This disappoints me, why should I pay close to $45 dollars (including a tip) to be rushed and not thoroughly enjoy what I am paying for. Lady Q was not like that, at all! Met the owner and her boyfriend/spouse who had the funniest story to tell us about his testing to become a Nail Tech! Overall great experience and we will be coming back. read more
