I went to Raindrop on an extremely windy day so they were slow. I got a dip manicure/ gel pedicure with paraffin and scrub. They took their time and had pleasant conversation. The price was way more than I'm used to paying for all of that but it was worth it because of service . read more

I am leaving a bad review not because of the people but because of the service. It was very messy uneven and not the same shape at all. Not to mention the colors were very different. I got a coffin shaped acrylic blue nail set and they were more oval than anything. By the time of me leaving the middle nail had already almost came off. I wish i could leave pictures of how bad it looked. The reason for me not addressing it in the place was 1. it was the end of day and was closing soon and 2. because the worker was such a cool person and we felt really bad about some of the things he was saying. When I emailed there salon they offered us a refund but when I went in they said they only say that to get you in the salon and give you a coupon. This is horrible and i will never go again!!! UPDATE: I just added one of my reviews that had been deleted from Yelp before and somehow added one of them back I found on Google Maps. Hopefully, I will find my others. IF I can help just one person from enduring what lies ahead for me-time used to post this review would be worth it. On Thursday this past week, I returned to my doctor, suffering from intense pain in my three nails. I had hoped he could fix the sides so it did not keep driving down into my finger. His reply is this: Until my nails are repaired, this pain will continue and get worse. Mind you, I am a 72-year-old diabetic so this scared the bejesus out of me. I have to be admitted to the hospital, report to surgery and be put to sleep. Three nails will be removed, two from the left hand and one from the right hand. Then a skin graph will be taken from both feet (toes) and used to repair the nail plate this man at Raindrop Salon destroyed with his Dremel. THINK ABOUT THAT! Both feet bandaged, both hands bandaged -does anyone know how I am to function? Get dressed or go to the bathroom? Every time you get dressed, go to the bathroom or shower/wash your hair, think of what you would do without the use of either hand. If you are a diabetic, would you not be afraid of infection and the possible loss of limb? I do. I had beautiful nails up to about 18 months ago. He was so busy not paying attention and having a bad attitude about time this was the result. I kept telling him he was hurting me but after the third time I just said "QUIT". I wish I had at the first nail but I was not used to anyone using a Dremel and he said he was almost done. Does anyone know a great attorney? I need one and you possibly will too if you go to this salon anyway. I hope more than you know that no one else ever suffers as I have. I cannot touch, pick up and do anything if it means with my fingers. I wish I could take photos well enough for you to see just how bad this is. Just image your nail with scar tissue building up under your nail due to injured nail plates from a Dremel. Now, as time passes it gets so large the nail lifts and has a high center and narrows the opening to the nail underneath. The edges dig into the finger itself. A ridge forms along the sides. In less than an hour,​ he destroyed my nails for probably my life. Who uses a Dremel​ to remove nail polish off natural nails? He did! All while he told me he planned to have his own shop. God help anyone who goes to him. I have been fighting to keep my nails and the possibility of bone infection for months thanks to this salon. I have already written one review a few months ago and another a year ago when this happened but following my review up everywhere possible. The damage he has done does not stop there either! Months of pain, doctors and surgeon visits, expensive compound solutions for treating my nails, and threats of losing three nails and even the possibility and fear of bone infection. That's on top of having to have​ to go through several courses of antibiotics​​ to treat a fungal infection I picked up from there. The scar tissue under the natural nail from the trauma has forced three of the nails to grow curved and curled digging into my skin. I've never had problems with my nails and have no idea when this nightmare will end. The medicine needed to cure the infection is not covered by insurance and I was told it would tear apart my gut and kidneys. So thanks to Rainbow Salon this is going to not end well. A great day at the salon! So keep driving on past this salon and consider doing them yourself. This is no Rainbow but certainly,​ a time when many Raindrops of tears happen as​ you would hope to never experience in any lifetime. If I could have rated them a zero I would have, but that rating is not available. One star is too good for what has and is happening to me. Next stop...an attorney! NOT PRETTY EH? I think this is one of the nicer places in Cheyenne, but I'd say it's pretty average overall. The decor is pretty, and the space is clean. I've been happy with the quality of the few pedicures I've had here. I'm still looking for other nail salons that i can try out, so I'm not 100% sold on this place. I wasn't really thrilled that they used the electric nail file thing to take the gel polish off my toes because they couldn't get all of it off around the edges and it's bad for your nails. I've never seen that before. Usually they'll soak it in acetone. And then there was a $5 charge for removing the gel polish, which seems unnecessary. The service was fine but minimal. I wasn't offered even water. The polish selection wasn't very big either. To sum it up, I'd come back here, but I'm definitely looking for somewhere better. read more

I have been going to Raindrop since 2013 and have never had an issue. I get gel pedicures that last 6-8 weeks and mail dip that last at least 3-4 weeks. I get compliments on my nails all the time. The spa is very clean and as some in medicine, the sterilize all instruments with the same autoclave system as used for medical instruments. I've never had an injury to my cuticles or nail beds, as so happens at other nail spas. Also, no acrylic smell!!! I highly recommend Raindrop Nail Spa! read more

I will never go back to this place. They rush through and cut corners to get done faster. My friend and I got our nails done and mine are all flared at the ends. Neither of ours have enough color on them to the point you can see through them. My friends looks like shit! They left rough edges and didn't paint the tips of them. This pace does not deserve even a one-star. I am now three-plus years later and just beginning to heal from what they did to my nails. They destroyed my nail beds using a Dremel to remove nail polish. If you care about your nails and future, don't let a clean salon fool you. If you care about your health, you will NOT go there! A clean salon is one thing, but it should not impress you...it should be! We adopted our daughter from that war-torn country and so happy she is our daughter. But here they are, rude, speaking their tongue in a business that caters to other techs. Some may be good but do not allow the man who is related to the owner to touch you if you ever want your nails to be healthy. Another thing...the owner never bothered to write back, call me back, or do anything about what happened to me. I went directly from their salon to Ults Beauty and other salons to see if anyone could help my nails filled with blood. They ALL said, GO TO ER before you lose your fingers from infection. A surgeon is where I ended up, and my nails were saved, but not without terrible pain. Love this place, I really love Zoya nail polish and this is the first salon that I have been to that features it. An upscale, very CLEAN, reasonably prices salon. They don't do artificial, often. So it doesn't stink. But I guess if you ask they will. That part sucks, if someone happens to ask while you are there. read more

They made me wait 40 mins after a pedicure for a full set. They cut them WAY TOO short. I asked for long length and she started cutting way too short. Fine whatever, I brought her a picture of the exact design that I wanted and she did HORRIBLY WRONG. Not at all what I asked for. Lop sided shapes. Shortened massages, and today, I was given and charged for a sugar scrub I did not ask for. Also, the polish was messed up because he didn't put on the shoes before starting the polish. I went in for a basic pedicure. The lady was nice until I told her I wanted the basic $28 pedi. She immediately started talking to her coworker in a tone that suggested she was annoyed. Instead of asking me to take my foot out of the water, she would grab my leg and jerk it out of the water very roughly. This was one of the roughest, least enjoyable pedicures I've ever had. Having lived in downtown Chicago and the suburbs my whole life until 3 years ago, and living in Denver since, I have been to many nail salons that have been fantastic and done a great job. Some higher priced than others and many of which didn't warrant the higher price. I am now living between Cheyenne and Denver and had to find places here to go to. Much to my surprise, I found raindrop on google, and it is not only reasonably priced, but they do a better job than ANY salon I have been to, particularly one of the girls named Crystal. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. I won't even go to my places in Denver anymore and make it a point to wait until I am back up here to get my nails done. Check them out!! read more

Been to this salon 3 times in the last year. I want to like it. It's clean and convenient but the staff are so unfriendly. Today was the last straw... It was my birthday and I went there to get a pedi. It was a 45 minutes service. The tech did not talk to me or even look at me. I was quiet, polite and asked for a french with three kids I welcome the quiet but seriously. She threw the book at me asked what I wanted and that was last time she spoke to me until she asked for payment. No laughter or joy in the place. I gave her an $8 tip and she acted like it was beneath her. I usually leave more but forgot to get cash. It was a $45.00 service. The worst part was yet to come. I had left but my husband walked in thinking I was still there. They asked what he was there for and he said, "oh sorry thought my wife was here." The tech yells at him in front of 6 strange women. I had the best pedicure of my life today with alan. His hands were magic and he was sensitive to the fact that I had had surgery on my lower leg seven months ago. I had the Tahitian and paraffin. If you want a quick manicure this is the place to go. However, quick = not great. It looks fine, but I felt rushed the whole time and am not impressed with the over all quality of the work. I give up. I have been coming to this salon since it opened and I'm sad to say that the service has deteriorated to the point I will not return. I arrived a little early for my appointment and was kept waiting even though there was staff available. I asked for a plain manicure and pedicure, my attendant seemed a little put off by that. She apparently needed more training as several times I flinched as she did trimming, I still have some pain after 24 hours. I had asked for a no polish manicure with buffed nails, she unevenly trimmed my nails and never buffed them. On my pedicure she left me sitting in the chair, when I asked if my nails were dry she said sure, sure and walked away, she gave me no assistance in removing the separators nor with my sandals. When I got home I looked down a couple of my nails were completely smeared. During the whole treatment she and the other manicurists spent the time talking and laughing loudly and ignoring their customers. When I got home I had to reshape my nails, buff them and redo my toenail color. I have watched the service level here drop in the last two years and this will be my last visit. I only gave it two stars as it was still fairly clean. read more
