I called for an appointment because I was told they gave great pedi's with a wonderful massage. NO!! After waiting 45 minutes PAST my appt, I left. They knew I had a appt, but no apology, no explanation, not even a goodbye!! It was a head nod! If you can't keep an appt, say so--apologize, try to keep the customer!! Nope--rude and horrid customer service. Never again. There's too many good salons, managed well with just an ounce of customer service/communication for this. My wife, gram & i came into Cheyenne came into this spa salon (best idea i might add) my wife got a jelly pedi & a mani no polish of course (jelly pedis are amazing) the young lady that did her pedi did a fabulous job....great massage! I got a full set of white tip acrylic nails and Billy....HE did a great job on my hands, he listened to everything i wanted for them, applied everything i requested and made my nails beautiful....he also did my pedicure which was a pearl spa and i must say if you want a good pamper its the one to too! My grammy got the same pearl spa and a shellac manicure.....the young lady who did them both made her feel so good and they did a great job on both her feet and her mani....not to mention the great massages from the service!! Thank you so much for the great job you did on the 3 of us ladies We will definitely be back as soon as we can read more

I've had a bad manicure here, but they were quick to correct it, and made things right. The married couple that work there are amazing, the man does amazing pedicures and his wife is great with nails. I'm happy they have moved to cheyenne and will be returning to nail glamors because of them. read more

Coming from Los Angeles, I had high expectations (for nails) so I was reluctant to try a nail shop in Cheyenne - especially after reading all local reviews. BUT then I thought "I should be able to get a basic pedicure, right?" Wrong!? I ended up doing my own polish, literally! The woman that did my pedi left me to do another pedi so I had to wait for someone else to do my polish. Then a man who was doing another customer's MANICURE left her to add my first coat - went back to his original customer for her manicure - and returned to me to do my final coat - and returned to her to finish her manicure- never once washing his hands!!! WTF! If someone was doing my mani and someone else's pedi (FEET!) - I would be pissed! That's disgusting AND disappointing! This is basic sanitary knowledge. Beside the experience - I had one polish coat AND one final gloss coat. My polish was so transparent- I had to use their polish to fix it! Wait it gets better... I leave tip according to service. I left a $2 tip for a $20 pedi. Although I was disappointed with my service- tip is a necessity. Beside the experience - I had one polish coat AND one final gloss coat. I usually go out of town to Ft. Collins to get my nails done, but the weather was bad, so I decided to try Nail Glamors. I walk in and they told me to return in 1 hour. So I did. Upon arrival I was the only customer there. The owners child was running around getting in to bottles of product. They nail tech a guy asked me to take a seat. I picked my gel color. He started doing my nails. You could tell by the way he held my hand to do my nails tightly that he had attitude written all over his face. He continued with a super fast high speed drill. Something was off, but he continued. He was sloppy and my nails were crooked. By the time we got to the polish it was a given. What a messy mess of polish. I was thinking why is he painting my nails so sloppy. Is this a joke. After second coat before too coat I said this looks terrible. The lady came over said a few words all angry and all grabbed my hand and sat down and took off my color. She said choose a different color, so I did. She filled some more and painted my nails plus top coat. She was very rude if I asked a simple question. My overall experience was horrible and not acceptable. I will not be back. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT CUTE LOOKING NAILS. Thank you but no thank you. I'll stick with driving to Ft. Collins any day. DO NOT USE THIS CRAP SHOW OF A BUSINESS! I do not say this lightly, I am usually not one to get upset over my nails but this woman that owns the salon had the audacity to schedule me and a friend in for two new nail sets an hour after our walk in. We came back an hour later just as she had told us, she had us wait about 40 minutes while she finished the girl before us that she was already doing when we initially walked in. She prepped my friends nails and then when mine were done I notice that every single nail on my left hand was crooked. I pointed it out and she said she could fix it with filing and shaping. Well.... She made it worse. So I asked if she could take the nail tips off and just redo them and make them the length I wanted anyways. She said sure and put remover and the foils on the tips they had glued on (mind you they hadn't even started acrylic at this point). And started my friends nails, While she was doing my friends nails another lady walked in and she asked her to come back in an hour. As she was finishing my friends nails the lady shows back up and goes to the waxing station. The lady finished my friends nails 3 freaking hours later, then had the nerve looked at me and proceed to tell me she's gonna do the other ladies nails and recommend I go to her sisters salon American nails to get them done my brain couldn't even process what had happened.... After showing up at 10:30 returning at 11:30 and then being there until 2:10 after taking my appointment and me waiting 3 fucking hours decides she just isn't gonna do my nails. And said she doesn't think I like her style she hadn't even started or done my nails for me to know! So after wasting 4 hours of my life, I left with my nails not done and just damaged from them shaving them down and then proceeded to try and save face by telling me they weren't put on crooked my nails are just crooked I get my nails done regularly. All I wanted was white stilettos. Nothing complicated what so ever simple, coulda been done in a half hour. And instead I got time wasted and crappy service. NEVER USE THEM EVER! You want a real nail artist? Go somewhere like tip to toe or Los Manos because this place is a freaking joke and should be horrified about the way they handled this situation entirely and embarrassed as business owners. She has NO IDEA what she is doing. read more

Cleanliness is so important to me and this place is spotless. Pedicure bowls are lined with fresh plastic and nail implements are new in sealed bags. The technicians are very friendly (although hard to understand their accents). I went away feeling pampered and was very happy with my pedicure. read more

I went here almost three weeks ago, Friday was my birthday and I was leaving on vacation. I informed you about it and how she gave me that absolute worst service. You did a half fast job, even after I upgraded. Your tech did not clip or cut my nails straight, they are crooked. They did not give me a proper soak, nor did she do the cuticle and all because they were in a hurry to get to someone else who came after. I also noticed that they treat people of color with even less professionalism. And two people who came in before me for regular pedicures got a far better job on their FEET. The tech was clearly in a hurry to finish my very poor excuse for a pedicure job! Awful service, terrible people, unclean environment! My over priced Pedicure service was horrible and I hope that the BBB should shuts you down. read more

I used to love this place so it is with reservations that I write this review. I stopped in on a whim on a Sunday afternoon to get a pedi. They were very busy but got me right in. First the good stuff: 1. Super clean and some of the techs now use disposable tools (however mine did not) 2.Massage chairs! 3. My tech was friendly and kind and did a pretty good job until the polish. And here comes the bad: My tech did all aspects of the pedi except polish. She put those divider thingys in my toes and said someone else would do my polish and off she went to take care of another client. I sat for 15 minutes waiting for my polish. At this time someone came by and rapidly did my polish. It looked awful but I thought I would just live with it and remove it at home. It took forever for them to dry, so they gave me a mis matched pair of disposable flip flops and told me to sit under the drier. After what seemed like a long time they came and said I was dry and helped me into my shoes. (A nice gesture) However, the polish was not dry at all and they smudged badly. I had already spent most of my afternoon here so just asked to have the polish removed and I would go without. Instead of honoring my wishes, they added more polish to the smudged nails which made the color not uniform and asked me to wait some more. This only gummed my nails. I then suggested that maybe the polish was bad and could I choose another? The answer was still no and they proceeded to blame the original tech who didn't even do the polish! This is when I had to say something and they continued to argue with me to the point that I was so embarrassed in front of the other customers. I just wanted to be out of there. What started as a pleasant experience ended in disaster. I do really like the people there and am sympathetic to how hard they work, but am not sure I can ever go there again. read more

This place is wonderful! The massage chairs are the best. A pedi is $25 but I got the upgrade with massage extra scrub and for wax for $35.

I came in to soak off my nails and get a manicure. I was sat down 10 minutes later & the the nail lady was quick to snatch up my hand and hold it in the air for her colleagues to laugh at. She said my nails (done by the best nail artist in cheyenne) were too long and thick. She then asked me if I let a friend do my nails. I was given 1 bowl to soak both of my hands in. I sat there cramped and uncomfortable for over an hour while she proceeded to give 2 girls who came in while I was soaking already a full soak and manicure service. (Lotion massage included). While i was looking at the nail swatches deciding between colors, it was snatched from me and given to the next woman (who came in after me) without even asking if I was done. I sat there for so long the soaked acrylic hardened on my skin and I was left with my hands covered in sticky goo that had to be vigorously scrubbed off. She told me it was my fault for having long dirty hands and then proceeded to drill on my fingernails heavily while staring outside the store. She quickly slobbed on polish while looking elsewhere in the room. I wasnt given a hand massage or even cuticle oil. Bad service = bad experience. I used to go here often in high school and they did a great job. The last 3 times my mom and I have been they have done a sloppy job and were very rude. They are hard to understand, which wouldn't be a problem if they were nice but they act like you are stupid if you cannot understand them. Today my mom went in and her nails are actually jagged they did not even bother to file them after trimming them! Disappointing that such a great place has gone down hill. Will not return. Requested color gel, several misunderstanding later owners wife was called in to attend to my nails; she was rude and did a terrible job, nails have bumps and ridges, missing color in spots and nails were filed unevenly, she also cut my finger during filing. I then got a pedicure, the chair was broken so no massage. I had asked for the deluxe pedicure, no clipping of toenails despite my request, no soaking of feet, started a leg massage but was very very brief and didn't finish one of legs, did not scrub bottoms of feet and left feet extremely rough on bottom. French toe poorly done as well left off top coat and toes started chipping the next day. Very very expensive for such poor quality. I am not a difficult customer; this is the first bad review I have ever written. read more

Nail tech cut my toe and then manager accused me of being too picky while slopping polish on toes. I left bleeding with polish all over my toes on some toes and then not even covering nails on others. Requested "deluxe service" and PAID for it with no massage, cut toe and messy polish. read more
