I had an appointment scheduled and was not seen until 40 minutes after my appointment time. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you're not going to honor the time. I understand being busy or maybe even short staff but you should always prioritize your appointments. I spent almost 3 hours in this place just getting a pedicure and manicure. Absurd. On top of that, the staff didn't even apologize. They acted like they were doing me a favor for a service I'm clearly paying for. Come here if you want to wait for a long time. Sadly there aren't many good nail salons in the area. I'm taking recommendations!

My second visit for an overlay wasn't quite as perfect, but I decided to give it another try, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, this most recent nail appointment really fell short of expectations. The overlay itself ended up being much shorter than I had anticipated, and to my dismay, several nails chipped within just three days of the service. I also found the filing process quite uncomfortable; it felt rather aggressive and almost like a burning sensation at certain points. On top of that, it seemed like my cuticles weren't properly cleaned up during the process. For $60 I expected more. Given these last two experiences, especially this most recent one, I'm feeling a bit hesitant about getting my nails done here again. I do want to say that I think your salon truly excels at pedicures - those have always been wonderful! She repeatedly said, "I told you not this color," which came across as rude and unprofessional. If a color is not suitable or recommended, it should not be offered for clients to choose in the first place. The application itself was poorly done, and the quality was not up to standard. The color began chipping in less than 24 hours, even after returning to have it corrected. The same issue continued after the redo. Overall, I am disappointed with both the service and results. Customer service needs to be improved significantly, and staff should be mindful that professionalism and respect toward clients is essential in this business.

As soon as I walked into the facility (I will respectfully not mention the nail salons name for privacy purposes), one of my family members did call me and asked where I was. Long story short, she told me absolutely not and she was going to book me and now my Mother, elsewhere at 02:00P the very same day. We arrived at K & K Nail Salon a little but early, were seated right away and the services begun. The prices were very fair with the outcome of services and professionalism. The employees here bonded with us as if we were family. This was great. My mother and I got matching Blue colors for the upcoming event. Unfortunately, I broke a nail the very next morning, which so happen to be the day before the baby shower. I was again seeking fast booking services. I walked into K & K Nail Salon and was greeted by Kelly. I explained to her what happened and she sat me down immediately and went to work on repairing the broken nail. As much stress as I was under, Kelly was able to delicate this for me, complete the service and I left feeling great again. I do visit my family members anywhere from 1-2 times a year and guarantee I will be returning to this shop every time. The shop is clean, everyone is friendly ... the salon has nice comfortable seating for pedicures. Prices are competitive. The salon is overall relaxing. They usually have good music or something good on the TV. They do an excellent job! If you can make an appointment do it! They get pretty busy. I'm usually not the one to complain, I've had sub par nail jobs before but in the end I know nails…read moregrow quickly and it's temporary since I get my mails done every two weeks. My experience at this salon was just horrible! A male helped me out the day I went in. I asked for a pedicure which he did all in 10 minutes with a smoke break in between. I had to ask him to cut my to nails and he responded with: oh you don't like them long? I didn't know what to think of his response. Meanwhile he did my pedicure he had me soak my previous gel (hand nails) in remover. I sat there for about 20 minutes, he kept coming back with the nail filing machine, which he kept switching off with another technician who was working with someone else (cross contamination!). Every time he filed my nails he had me continue to re dip them. After the 20 minutes my hands were white and a my skin felt rough to the touch. He then began to work on my hands and used a file which I believe may have been too course because it started burning the skin underneath my nail bed. At this point I decided to voice my concern and the other nail tech over heard. She came over and took over my gel manicure only to have an attitude with me. All in all this place is awful. If you don't believe me experience it for yourself.
