While it was sooner than 24 hours, this was her first offense and she felt bad about it. We simply didn't have a choice. It was Cindy's response that disgusted me. She called my wife back and yelled at her, saying her business was no longer welcome and to never call again. Then I called and politely left a message asking to resolve this, as she does fantastic work and we would continue to going to her business. She responded by calling my wife back again, saying that she and I were both "idiots" and to never call again. Don't worry Cindy. I'll make sure I tell anyone who will listen that you don't appreciate loyal customers and that you will sooner yell at them and throw them out, even if you were friendly to them first. I hope you change your approach to handling customers, even when they make a mistake. And if you don't do that, then I sincerely hope your business closes down forever.

I am extremely disappointed with the way my mom and I were treated at this nail salon. My mom…read morepolitely asked if a few spots on her pedicure could be redone because she was unhappy with how they looked. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the nail technician said she felt "uncomfortable" doing my mom's nails and claimed she didn't think my mom would like her work. Because of that, they refused to do both of our manicures and asked us to leave. I expressed that I was disappointed with the situation and mentioned that we would be leaving a review. As we were walking out, I overheard staff calling the police saying they were "scared" and "worried," despite the fact that we were calmly leaving the salon and had not caused any disturbance. What made the situation even worse was that the way we were treated felt discriminatory and honestly racist. We came in respectful, calm, and simply asked for a correction to a paid service, yet we were treated as if we were dangerous for speaking up. Customers should be able to voice concerns without being stereotyped, dismissed, or escalated to the point of police involvement. The entire experience was humiliating, unprofessional, and upsetting. We will not be returning.

The first time in 3 weeks ago, Lucky did my nails. I had a nail take off and full set. He did a good job. The nail tech Caly that was in the station next to him did some beautiful sets on a couple ladies. I loved their nails so much I had made my next appointment with her. Needless to say, I love my nails!! As for the salon itself, it is comfortable and everyone seems nice!! Thank you !!

It's basically a step up from a gel mani -- lasts long but isn't as damaging because you don't need to stick your hands under UV lights. You do everything online including cancellation and etc. Don't both dm'ing them on social media to cancel it's ONLINE ONLY. You go online pick a date and see what dates are available and of course what services you want. You will put in your credit/debit card and they will take a deposit and the rest is paid after the service. When they check you out the remainder will be paid. They don't do cash payments. You are welcome to tip in cash but make sure you have exact change. I came here as the person I normally see I double booked myself and she had no appointments available anytime this month (June 2024) so I decided to try this place again. If you want a place to roll into I can recommend a place but most spots now want an appointment. They are on the first floor as I think other businesses are here as well. The inside is light and bright, light woods and comfortable seating. I was greeted and asked to wash my hands.. ok I did not get that as I was here for a pedicure.. so... Also I was offered a drink, water, coffee, wine a nice touch. Now the set up for the pedicure was nice but I wished I could have moved back the chair, I had a pillow behind me but I got rid of it but I was comfortable but it was just wonky. I'm tall and usually they will adjust how you sit. This is minor but if you're tall ask if the chair can be adjusted. My nail tech Maddy Elizabeth was lovely, friendly and efficient. I picked out a color they have a bunch and if you want a gel type it's an additional cost. I got a more souped up pedicure with warm stones and a mask. The execution of the pedicure was great but the additional stuff did not seem too luxurious. The clay mask she almost forgot about than she put on warm towels and use also used warm stones. This was a nice touch but maybe I expected a bit more for $75.00. Oh well that's just me... When you are done you go into the back room and you dry your feet/hands for a bit. My feet I had a fan to dry my feet, not a big deal but it was odd... I think most are use to a light source or someone uses a quick dry. I think since they are all about 7 to 11 free nail items. While I was waiting I was offered a glass of rose if I wanted. The check out was easy and they did ask if I wanted another appointment. I said no but thank you. I'll keep them in mind when I can't get in with my regular person. From what I understand they are opening another location in Monroe in Brighton. This location from what I was told will get a refresh. All in all it was a lovely experience and a great pedicure. They share a parking lot and they ha e specific spaces for the business a plus. 4.5 out of 5

When I asked for a refund (on the same day as service) my requests were ignored until several days later, and then denied. "We need to pay our employees a living wage." By screwing your customers? Not to mention the damage done to my cuticles, which were left peeling and bleeding. Apparently, this was somehow my fault, per the response I received from the salon. I don't know if every manicurist there is terrible or not (this was my first and last visit), but to call what I received a 'professional manicure' is an insult to actual professional manicurists. Don't take my word for it, the photos speak for themselves.

I called to inquire about pricing before heading over there and was very surprised to learn that a pedicure was $32 but an additional $10 for gel-much more reasonable than what I was used to paying back in NC! I received a pleasant greeting when I walked in and was told to pick a color and the nail tech got me settled in very quickly. I had no idea what color polish to do, but thought it might be nice to tie in the football team colors. I hate that I didn't get the techs name but she was great! She suggested I google some images and she then said she would help me with matching the colors. I showed her a few options we decided on blue and getting fancier with my big toes on each foot. It was a nice space, comfy massage chairs and a great pedi for the price! I would highly recommend and return for services without any type of hesitation in the future! I will proudly wear sandals to the Buffalo Bills season opener representing the red, white, and blue zuba print on my big toes and the blues toenails! Thank you for a great experience!
