I came here with a group of gals for a bridal event and several of us were not pleased with their work. My hair looked like a bird's nest at the end of this ordeal. Way frizzy and full of product and nothing like I had requested. I had to doctor it up at home. 2 days later my hair was still tangled and it was a maniacal beast to comb out. Did we just pay for this?

First and foremost, the entire establishment is very welcoming, clean and professional. BIlijana thoroughly explained the process and how long the appointment would last. She spoke to me about any ski conditions or sensitivities I might have and what sort of lash options were available. We landed on a more "natural" look, as I barely wear makeup anyway. The time flew by as she was very fun to chat with and at one point, I even fell asleep. The atmosphere is so relaxing. They even offer you a blanket if you want to nap! I highly recommend the Lash Bar and especially BIlijana. All the girls were amazing but specials thanks to Bili, as my eyelashes have never looked so lush!

Most are terrible and most just push product around your face (I could do that). But Sherry is a skin angel and miracle worker. She is the second person I have ever trusted with my skin (shout out Ingrid Tsung in NYC as the first person). I have been to Sherry three times already, and every time I leave her, my skin is radiant, glowing, crystal clear and beautiful. I will actually fly back to Aspen just to see her! We have done dermaplaning, lasers, peels, extractions - all with AMAZING results. She has an incredible wealth of knowledge, which is not surprising given her 30+ years in the business ... what is surprising is that she has been in ANY business for that long because she doesn't look at day over 30. You can tell she has seen it all and knows exactly what YOU need to get your skin looking perfect. In addition to what we have done in her chair, she advises me on what products to use (what I have bought from her is excellent and you should see my medicine cabinet), my diet (sugar no good) and sun protection (I now wear hats because of her). I truly love visiting her and her clinic. Sherry is worth your time and money.
