Finally, in tests and results, I learned that all 4 biopsies were positive for squamous cell carcinoma. There was no suggestion of what I should do next--make an appointment, have surgery-nothing. I called and learned I would need 4 surgical procedures, and was connected to the surgical coordinator. She did not answer, and has not yet returned my call. I also asked to speak to someone in the office who could make appointments, with the same results. This reinforced my previous impression that the people running this business don't care about the patients.
