While I enjoy the experience of the larger spas, you can sometimes feel like just a number... with Pila you get kind, empathetic and really great customer care which is only surpassed by her knowledge. By the way, the cocoage gold eye cream felt like a bad lip balm and didn't melt into skin, I leaves a residue that simply sits on the surface of my skin and burns my eyes...Buyers beware!!!!

Beware of salespeople standing outside a business to lure you in (I should have learned this from Timeshare trips). 3). Take time to learn about expensive products before you buy, and beware salespeople who don't offer this as an option. Other than that, I can't offer much beyond what has been said in other negative reviews. The only positive is that the products do arrive in a timely fashion, as does a negative bank balance. It wasn't just a massage, you could tell there was actual training, to the point that it was almost therapeutic or medical level. He also took the time to advise me some of my muscoloskeletal issues, which after years of motorcycle and sports injuries are many. Today i'm wearing toe separators thanks to his advice and it's literally life changing for some of the lower extremity injuries i had.. already can feel the difference. needless to say, i'm so grateful for the extra time, care, and knowledge this professional exhibited.
