From the moment you walk into the St. Regis doors, the attention to detail is IMMACULATE. The spa exudes luxury and relaxation from the scents to the ambiance and even the soft voices of the staff. I was beyond impressed with the amenities you get access to when booking a spa service. Upon arrival, they give you a tour of the facilities and walk you to your locker where your robe and slippers are waiting. The women's amenities area is lovely with lots of products available. They have a very large and clean locker room, multiple private showers, a steam room, hot tub and cold plunge. One of my absolute favorite areas was the co-ed swimming pool with the waterfall seats. It was f*cking relaxing!!!!! Let's also talk about the co-ed relaxation room! My favorite!!! Complete with club-like couches, day beds, chairs, etc. comfy blankets, reading material, a fireplaces, a snack and drink bar with little bites, hot tea, water & sparkling wine of course. You can even order food/meals directly from the St. Regis restaurant to the relaxation room if you plan on making a whole day out of it. They also have the oxygen available for use if the altitude is kicking your butt like it did to me I received a 60-minute massage from Jaime which was AMAZING! Hands down best massage I've ever received. I could've stayed there forever!! I also got a facial from Zuska -- she was absolutely lovely and we had great conversation. This led to tensions in the class itself as I was the only one without an assigned spot and unintentionally took the spot of someone else. I notified them of this mistake and their response was lackluster. They did not offer any sort of apology for that miscommunication and even remained defensive in nature. The combination of the environment of this place with this experience made me feel unwelcome. The classes themselves were OK. I would not come here again and would not recommend it.
