Pila is incredible. I recently had the "More than Skin Deep" package (30 min. massage and 60 min. facial.) It was AMAZING. While I enjoy the experience of the larger spas, you can sometimes feel like just a number... with Pila you get kind, empathetic and really great customer care which is only surpassed by her knowledge. The massage was everything it should be: relaxing, wonderful... the facial was even better. My skin felt and appeared more hydrated, and... dare I say, younger! Wow. Heaven on Earth delivered. I was dry dry dry and told Pila it was her "Heaven Knows" facial that brought me in. After a fabulous start and eval (she even leveled my scapula so that I'd be super comfortable throughout), Pila gave me the Oxygen Facial and it looks, and feels, amazing. It's like a mini-plump of the face--raising the brow, reducing bags, and lifting the cheek's apple. Is this worth what I paid? Uh YEAH! I've paid times three for less effect. I would love to make Pila's service a regular part of my routine but I live far, far away, so I'll take her good advice and recommended products instead. She asked questions about a recent ski injury but ensured that the massage itself was calming and relaxing. If you're in town and looking for a massage, this is the place to go. After two weeks of exposure to the elements, my 74-year-old skin was dry and lifeless so I chose the Oxygen facial which produced spectacular results.
