This just happened again today when I had to change my blowout (with at least 5 hours' prior notice). I think if I am being asked to be flexible, it should flow in the other direction as well. She was quick and efficient but did not make me feel rushed and she paid close attention to detail when doing my nails. I am so sad I live 13 hours away or I would totally make this my new spot!!!
