While I enjoy the experience of the larger spas, you can sometimes feel like just a number... with Pila you get kind, empathetic and really great customer care which is only surpassed by her knowledge. The massage was everything it should be: relaxing, wonderful... the facial was even better. My skin felt and appeared more hydrated, and... dare I say, younger! It was such a meditative and lovely experience, I'll definitely go back. Couldn't reccomend more.

SCAM and I wish I would have read yelp before walking in.. it was over The Presidents' Day holiday…read moreand I was told they were having a special sale for that weekend. I was sat down and they applied the syringe Botox substitute to my eyes with a serum. I was impressed at first by the results but as soon as I got to my car it almost looked like it had dried out my skin. In addition the syringe only worked for one day before I had to exchange it. In any other country I Would have never fallen for this, lure the buyer in then offer "special discounts just for you"... but I just moved to the area and was feeling tired from the move and wanted to treat myself. I wish it would've been on something else!!!! By the way, the cocoage gold eye cream felt like a bad lip balm and didn't melt into skin, I leaves a residue that simply sits on the surface of my skin and burns my eyes...Buyers beware!!!!

Kristals Cosmetics were a great learning experience for me and my wife…read more Lessons learned: 1). Read the Yelp reviews before being pressured for a sale. 2). Beware of salespeople standing outside a business to lure you in (I should have learned this from Timeshare trips). 3). Take time to learn about expensive products before you buy, and beware salespeople who don't offer this as an option. Other than that, I can't offer much beyond what has been said in other negative reviews. The only positive is that the products do arrive in a timely fashion, as does a negative bank balance. Caveat emptor (buyer beware)!

It wasn't just a massage, you could tell there was actual training, to the point that it was almost therapeutic or medical level. He also took the time to advise me some of my muscoloskeletal issues, which after years of motorcycle and sports injuries are many. Today i'm wearing toe separators thanks to his advice and it's literally life changing for some of the lower extremity injuries i had.. already can feel the difference. needless to say, i'm so grateful for the extra time, care, and knowledge this professional exhibited. The location was of course great, the spa is awesome as you'd expect at the price.. but the people, make the difference.
