It is unfortunate I witnessed 3 customers leave upset and disrespected all while I was being treated the same. I had to request my nails cut AND request that my cuticles be pushed and trimmed. My actual pedicure start to finish literally lasted 10 minutes including color polishing.The only reason my manicure was ok was due to me vocalizing what was to be done and overseeing the tech's work since obviously they have no desire make happy returning clients out of guests.
