We had a few changes to our "order" before coming in, but they were very accommodating. The studio itself is very clean! I was happy to see pre-packaged and pre-disinfected tools being used, and there was even regular sanitizing. We were all paired up with a stylist who were all very attentive to each of us and so accommodating. Two of my sisters got French manicures and I even noticed that their stylists checked in with them to see if they liked their styles before finishing up their whole hands. One of my sisters and my mother even accidentally smudged their toes when drying, but their stylists also fixed them at no additional charge. Overall, it was such a great experience! They use like 3 products: lotion, scrub, oil (I have a wheat allergy, they said they don't use wheatgrass or anything but always ask to make sure in case they change it!). And I love the hot towels. They are also great about giving everyone new water, new flip flops, opening sterilized nail equipment and changing gloves. The pedicure I got was $60, which is not bad for what you're getting. My only thing about this place is they accept walk-ins and sometimes they don't have enough staff to take care of everyone at once. When it's quiet it's great, but if it's busy, they have trouble multitasking.

I have had to return several times in the past few months for chipped nails on day one or two after the manicure. I don't know what is happening but after paying 90 for a gel manicure and pedicure this past Tuesday ( by the way, I didn't ask for a gel pedicure ), 2 nails chipped that same day, the polish does not extend to the end of the nail bed-so there is already a gap, AND another nail has chipped. Knowing that the holiday season is busy, we chose to stay - she was getting gel and I was getting tip and dip. The man who painted our nails (also works the front desk) was extremely rude to us, as he made it very apparent that he did not wish to be there. After rushing through my friend's gel (using less coats than usual AND the wrong color), it was my turn. I had asked for tip as my natural nails were very short, which he did not do and just went straight to dipping my natural nails. He also did not cut nor file prior to dipping them. He did two coats messily and was very obviously rushing to make the 7:00 close. To top it all off, he got a fight with another employee as we were walking out.
