So let me tell you how I came in for a consultation with Erica and she immediately addressed my skincare needs AND was able to book me for a facial the same day! The waiting area of this boutiques spa was a whole vibe that was welcoming, super cute with a selection of products for purchase on display. I was immediately greeted by the owner Erica and she is complete delight. Threading does hurt IMO and I won't get used to it but it last longer and is very precise. Theirs is board you can write your name down to save your place in line. There are 2 or 3 waiting chairs right outside. I went to get my eyebrows done and I've noticed the shop owner is not really in the salon anymore and it's mostly another worker. Me and my two sisters came in and we asked if the owner was there which she responded with no, We stayed and got our eyebrows done. both my sisters asked if she could fix it up a little bit and she just kept saying no because it would make their eyebrows look as certain way, and I work in the beauty, industry myself, and personally I've always learned work ethnic and been told that if the customer wants something you should be able to provide it. as long as you tell them that it's at their own risk, but once I got mines done, I don't know if she was trying to prove a point to my sisters that their eyebrows would look a certain way, but she left my eyebrows really uneven and I asked her to fix it up and she told me no so I had to come home and fix it myself and upon further inspection, she completely cut some of my eyebrow hairs and you can totally tell and it's so frustrating because my eyebrows are the one thing that I get done often and I've never had them be this bad. Also, I don't know what product she put on my face, but it made my skin break out and I have scabs in my eyebrows. I love the owner, but I just think the other wokers that are in the salon are bringing it down.
