Received a Pedicure Regular (includes polish) for $32 and manicure (includes polish) for $20 today. I elected a buff/shine in lieu of the nail polish and was charged an extra $5 (which I didn't like) along with a $1 fee for using my credit card. So it was $58 out the door. However, Andy provided both the pedicure and manicure and he did a really nice job. Communication was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. The place is nice, very clean, brightly lit and with relaxing spa music. The lady boss isn't very friendly but that just may be her disposition, however everyone else was friendly and courteous. Worst nail salon I've ever had to endure. The woman who did my pedicure and manicure barely spoke English. I told her she was hurting me when she was trimming my toe nails - her response? She smiled! (See picture of my bloody big toe thanks to her) She also cut two of my other toenails on a diagonal. When it came down to the manicure, I asked her not to trim them short after surviving her pedicure. End result, some really short, some you can see the white. I would never wish this salon on my worst enemy! $37 for mani/pedi, $7.99 for the Polysporin... Stay away from this place! read more

This business is not friendly to disabled military veterans. The polish the tech was using was running low so she was adding something to it. I stayed at the salon under a fan for 20 minutes. I have had polish done there before and it was great. However, this time I went home and 15 minutes washed my hands. The polish partially smeared right off. I went back and said I had to catch a flight for Thanksgiving and they said to come back and they would fix it. I went back when I got home and they refused to fix it saying they had a 24 hour policy. I said sorry that I am a disabled veteran and I just wanted them to fix what they said they would help me out with when I returned home. They started talking in another language that I also speak and I did not let on that I knew what they were saying because there were other patrons in the salon at the time. I did not want to offend those people by explaining I also knew the slander they were speaking of me and my military service. Do not give this place your business. Please and thank you. read more

Horrible place. It's a In-N-Out kind of salon all they care about is the amount of people they can get in and out they do not care about your nails. They use drills and they have ruined my nails. I will never go back. read more

I went to Nails Boutique and Spa for a pedicure a few weeks ago. The shop seemed clean enough, but some of the sterilizing procedures seemed lacking. Sure enough 2 weeks later I have the worst case of toe nail fungus ever. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

This place has been open for 1 month and I finally went in today! The atmosphere is very tranquil and relaxed. The salon itself is very clean, and the utensils they used were fresh. The staff are friendly, but you don't have to worry about chatting if that's not your thing. My nails came out beautiful! I threw in an eyebrow/lip wax along with the nail services, and both procedures were quick and painless. All of it came down to around $50, including tip! I have been coming here off and on for a couple years. When I first started, it was good, but the service and quality of services have steadily gone downhill. My daughter and I made appointments this past week for fill ins and pedicures. When we got there, we were treated as walk Ins. My daughter sat for over an hour with acetone on her nails to the point it burned her fingers because they had other clients they were taking. We were treated rudely by Tom. He informed us that we should have requested someone specific when making an appointment because we will be taken quicker. Since when does that matter? An appointment is an appointment. He rudely shushed my daughter when she was asking him a question about nail designs as he was doing my feet (she was sitting right next to me). My daughter left with her nails half soaked off and half not. I spent good money on my nails just to have them look like I got them done 2 weeks ago. I will not go back. Worst experience. Me and my mother made appointments prior for a pedicure and full set and once we got there we had to wait while other appointments werE taken back . I asked if they had some sequins and no one helped me . Tom was super rude but telling me he was too busy ( he was doing my mother's nails ) and to ask someone else . At this point im livid . I just need a yes or no answer . So save yourself some time , don't go here . No one wants to help you and they won't take your appointments seriously . I can't believe what just happened to me at this place. I've been a regular customer for at least two years and tip 20%+. I made an appointment for a pedicure at 2pm. After waiting almost 30 minutes -ok, stuff happens - but apparently it was thought I wanted a mani and pedi. After being seated and explaining I just wanted a pedi, Sandy Katy I believe said sorry but I have people waiting for both and she wouldn't do just the pedi. I explained I too had an appointment but they didn't care. I told them I won't be back, and I won't, but they just said "see ya"! Even Sandy who've I've used many, many times didn't seem to care. Too big for their britches as far as I'm concerned. Many other places, cheaper ones at that, in Vero to go to. I'm disappointed and shocked really. BYE BYE!!!!! read more
