I'm here every 2-3 weeks to see Mindy for my gel manicure. She's awesome! Very friendly, neat, and does a fabulous job on my nails. All of the ladies who work here are friendly and welcoming. I frequently get pedicures too. And, again, Mindy is my go to. So relaxing and good quality. I would highly recommend against having Salena provide the gel x service. She had a very poor attitude. My daughter's nails were uneven, missing nail polish and extremely lumpy. When asked to fix it she had to go over it several times while she was filing her own nails! Very unprofessional and she appeared to be rough and rude. My daughter felt she was not given the same service as others in the salon. read more

This used to be my go-to, and not long ago, I wrote a glowing review....but after the last few visits, I will be searching for another place to get mani-pedis. I brought my daughter in for a fun day, but as I waited, and waited (25 minutes) my daughter finished her mani-pedi as the water in my pedicure bowl became cold. I asked another person to heat it up and was told "she'll be back in a second, she has to do it..." TWENTY-FIVE MINUTES LATER... she appeared from the back area. I should have left then. Reluctantly, I stayed. She was so distracted during my pedicure I'm not sure what was happening. I should have paid closer attention. She did fix one ingrown, but completely botched the other. It wasn't until I arrived home I noticed my toes were TWO DIFFERENT COLORS! Not to mention, my toe hurts from her botching the trimming. Not what I was expecting from here. Moving onto my manicure... not the best either. I wanted gel, but she convinced me to get a dip. I don't know why I agreed, but I did. The dip powder was awful and nothing like the color it was supposed to be, so she ended up using the gel on top. Overall this salon is all about upselling you so they can make more $$$$ and not one bit of customer service is in the forefront of their mind. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, I was given a strange excuse "Call back later, I have another call on the other line...it's beeping..." AVOID THIS SALON. Period. read more

A few weeks ago, my daughter and I were walk-ins at this salon. They were able to immediately fit us in for mani/pedis. Nice people, great service and talented at their craft. We've been going every two weeks since and plan to continue. The salon itself is always clean and virtually dust-free. Not an easy task in a nail salon! The staff are always nicely dressed and act professionally. Pricing is what I would recommend expect at a salon of this caliber. read more

i went to give this place a try. i am new to this area. i went inside and asked for a pedicure and regular polish. i picked the. $45 dollar package. she told me it would be. $5 more if i went from gel to regular so i said on gel. They are a total rip off because i gave her my card and she charged me $65. i asked why and she said $20 dollars for the gel color when it says on the menu the pedicure was suppose to be included with polish and all. i am contacting the BBB as its false advising and the forcefully took $20 making a bad excuse. please don't let them rip you off. yes $20 isn't a million it's the fact they did it. i so gave her a $10 dollar tip. Tell me where you pay $75 for a mediocre pedicure. Luna nails charges less and is super nice. The nail pro on sterling charges $35 and gives you a massage. read more

After seeing quite the delay in opening, I am pleasantly surprised with such a beautiful, well kept salon. The staff here are more than sweet. They're polite, accommodating, and are so very genuine. Today Tina was my nail tech, and she took amazing care of my nails, and my full set. Her diligence, demeanor, and care is unmatched. The manicurist, Selena, spent 20 minutes on my nails, my nails were jagged/rough, uneven, and still had gel on them when she was done. She charged me $25. Made an appointment and went here for a long overdue pedicure because of covid. I took my 11 year old along as she wanted to try a gel manicure. Because I was getting a pedicure, they took me back to soak my feet, and my girl was sitting up front waiting for someone to call her. I asked my girl after we left what the lady did. She said her fingers were soaked, cuticles got pushed back, and the lady put on the nail polish. Dropped $38, on a "gel" manicure with NO hand massage (even a basic manicure you get a short hand massage) and the "gel" peeled after three days meaning the gel polish was cheap or they used regular polish. This upsets because they took advantage of the fact that I was not able to see my daughter as I was getting a pedicure, otherwise I could have questioned the lady giving the manicure. Another thing that is equally upsetting is that every lady that came into the salon holding an expensive purse was asked if they wanted something to drink. They never asked me once. So remember to bring in that LV, or no drink for you! By the way nothing special at all for a $60 spa pedi and tip. Expensive and the leg rub (would not call it a massage) was just ok. Don't waste your money here. I'm glad I know that this is how this salon operates because I will take my business where people are being honest and providing a great service. read more

I usually come to remove my gel polish and cut my nails because the salon is close to my place. I got the same lady, Salena Duong, twice. She didn't even say hi when I came in, let alone being friendly. She was also very rough in cleaning & cutting my nails. Owner's friendly but you just gotta make sure your customer service needs to be significantly improved. This is a nail salon where people want to get pampered and relaxed, not be treated like a non-paying customer. read more

I really really want to love this place because the ambiance is wonderful and our area really needed another nail salon. I've given them a few tries and I keep walking out with subpar nails. For example, the first pic (multi-colored nails) is of gel nail polish. The tech kept swiping a dry brush while doing the top coat and as a result, I had huge streaks. They looked really bad. The second pic is of regular nail polish with a different tech. She was doing that thing where they use nippers but yank at the same time so it feels like your cuticles are being ripped off instead of cut. She did a really poor job of polishing my nails. She didn't cap them at all, so I don't expect the mani to last long, but even worse she didn't even polish my nail fully with the second coat (see pic.) I really wish they would get better techs because I want to love this place. On a positive note, they were sweet to my daughter and her nails looked fine. read more

I received a pedicure and manicure and was not entirely impressed. The pedicure was fine, but nothing special. During the manicure, the woman destroyed my cuticles. Almost every had small bleeds and now half a week later the disturbed areas are extremely dry and peeling. The price was average but the experience wasn't. read more

Terrible customer service and work overall.. i went in for a fill and she didn't match the dip with my previous nails, therefore a French tip was off the table. They claimed it was because i didn't know what i wanted but that's never really been a reason, the color was patchy and uneven. I tried to let it go and just went about my day however, i couldn't get passed it and called to see if they could remove them and refund me and the lady said yes. I got there and told them again as the lady that did my nails wasn't there anymore and they took them off and wanted to redo them for me for half the price.... Like i already paid for them!! And refused to give me my refund and no one wanted to take responsibility for saying they could refund me. Guilt tripped me into not getting the refund, just left it alone and left. This is my second time in Nails At Tiffany's i am much more happy i had given second chance to this place. Today i had my mani/pedi by Ni she is amazing on what she have been doing. Welcoming with big smile and asked me to choose what i like to do. Process begins with healing touch. Gently pressing on pressing point makes me so relaxd and calm. Toe to knees she have done flawless massage with great technique. Worth of choosen 20 minutes extra massage and end result is great. Highly recommended Ni!!! This is, hands down, the best pedicure I have ever had! What a find! All of the staff jumped to help me, even without an appointment. I got the pedicure Spa Bomb, and even with a mask, I was able to smell the wonderful fragrance (I got Cherry Blossom) of all the products--the lotions, scrubs, etc. It was pricey, but the products and the service were with it--**especially** the super long and wonderful massage. I went to Nails at Tiffany's for the first time about a week ago. The owner and staff were friendly. The salon is very clean and they take the COVID precautions seriously which I appreciated. My temperature was checked and everyone wore their masks properly. They have plexiglass glass partitions at each station. I got a spa pedicure and dip nails. My technician was Tina and she did a great job on both. She took her time and the appointment didn't feel rushed. It's a brand new salon and just opened about three weeks ago. Went here to get a pedicure done I'm back in May prior to my brother-in-law's reception. The nail specialist CUT my big toe and there was blood everywhere. She used a metal pumice tool, was looking the other way, and cut the front of the toe. Needless to say, I could complete the service, so I did not get my nails polished. Yet, I was charged $30 for the pedicure! Unbelievable. I was going to fight it but I figured you know what they probably need more. And to the reception, I wore closed toe shoes. Worst attempt at a manicure I've ever experienced! She sanded the gel I had on my nails off and made my nails paper thin. She made one nail so thin that it split at the end. She then glued it and got her finger glued to my nail!!!! It was scary. She then poured nail polish remover all over my nail and her finger to get it unstuck!! Finally she managed to get her finger unstuck. I was shocked. I proceeded to tell her not to touch my hands and I got up and left. She asked me if I wanted another person to finish. No way! Horrible experience! I asked for a standard pedicure and I kept getting pestered about upgrading the services. Super annoying, just let me relax and enjoy my pedicure. I brought my daughter with me and the lady was nice to her, but did a horrible job painting her fingers and toes. I decided to get a manicure and the manicurist was super rough and not gentle at all. But what really irked me was that I was sandwiched between two ladies getting my nails done. The salon had plenty of space!!!! Why couldn't we be placed a little apart. I stopped the manicure midway and paid $70.00 for just a pedicure and having my daughters nails painted!!!! Please run from this place! I regret not going to my usual lady!!! Never again. read more

Place was quiet when I went. The nail technician who did my pedicure was rough, like I had to pull my feet away a few times or flinched. First, the water was scolding hot. I asked her to empty the bath water and refill or at least drain some. She didn't. She took a bowl and scooped out some hot water. That was odd and seemed to be more work. Secondly, she was very rough on my cuticles, it's a cuticle not a piece of concrete. She also kept trying to push add ons to the service. The ladies were nice, but the unprofessionalism of the other worker (who was not working on my foot) staring at my was unnecessary. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I politely asked how much is a pedicure for children, they lady said $11. I told her I have 3 girls, one is age 7, the other two are 11 years old. When they are ready to service my girls, the lady said, your girls are too big. I will charge them $25. At this point, I looked at their menu and saw the price for children's manicure is indeed $11. Not sure where $25 came from. This business doesn't exercise transparency in their charges. read more

I've had my nails done at many places before and this was by far the worst customer service I've received. Although they were nice, they were not understanding or accommodating. I got my nails done Wednesday which felt rushed and they lady didn't seem to know what she was doing (even though I called earlier to confirm they can do simple designs). I had to go back in later that same evening because they left them sticky (gel) and they kept getting caught on things. It's been only 5 days and my nails are chipped and have lint stuck. When I called to get a refund, they offered to give me cash back because they didn't want to get the owner involved and then called back and said they can't do. Just very poor service.
