Terrible experience. I had two appointments for gel manicures at 11:30a. They started my nails at…read more11:30 and my daughter had to wait for hers to start. They started to remove the gel polish from my nails and then the woman stopped working on my nails and started my daughter's gel manicure because "she didn't know how to finish mine". I could not understand if this was because I had a broken nail that needed to be fixed or if it was because I was growing out a gel fill (that I did not want to remove, even tho they tried to soak off my nails) and just wanted a gel manicure over the grown out gel fill. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked how long it would be before someone continued working on my nails and I was told it would be another 15 minutes, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I politely let them know that I had somewhere to be and I wouldn't have had the woman remove my polish if I knew I had to wait 30 min and the owner said that they had people call out because it was raining and they were understaffed. I replied that I wish someone told me that before they started on my nails or wish they had called me to let me know that they wouldn't be able to take my daughter and I at the same time or that I'd have to wait 30 minutes. After waiting I was seen by another man (who was very nice) and he asked me if I wanted to shorten my nails. I said yes, but just a little. Instead of a trim, he cut more than half off and made them on the shorter side. He fixed my broken nail and gave me a nice cat eye gel manicure. But, he clearly had trouble understanding me because at one point he was nicking my skin with the machine and I nicely explained that he was hurting me and he did not understand. I did not say anything else after this happened because I was so late for my next appointment and just wanted to leave. Last but not least, my daughter's gel manicure CHIPPED the same day she had her nails done. Photos attached. I definitely would not return to this salon.

Over the phone, I was told a gel overlay would be $55.00 (a reference photo was also given) The advertised sign has a Full Set french ombré listed at $60.00 But at the end this lady said my nails would be $85.00 Because she was rude and annoyed that I asked her to please clean up my nails after sending me off with the spray polish all over my fingers. I didn't need some completely unnecessary terrible attitude. No one does. I will never come back here again. My motivation was a cute look for my short trip to Disney! I loved what she did as I wanted a blue/pink theme for sleeping beauty which is my favorite. You can instantly tell the place just radiates (can't think of a better word) a feeling of genuineness and positivity. So let me start by saying I've been here about five times before and never had any issues. The…read moreowner is a very nice guy, and the other woman who seems to be a lead or manager has always been pleasant as well. But today was not it. The vibe was completely off, and the attitude of the woman who did my toes was, in my opinion as a paying customer, unacceptable from start to finish. She barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed when I asked her to cut my toenails shorter than I initially thought I wanted them. It was still early in the pedicure process, so there should not have been any issue accommodating that request. While filing, she filed directly into my skin and I physically pulled away. There was no acknowledgment or apology. Then she placed the hot stones immediately and directly onto my leg, and when I flinched and verbally said "ow" because they were extremely hot, again there was no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. On top of that, there was little to no effort put into the massage portion of the spa pedicure -- which is honestly the main reason most people upgrade to the spa package in the first place. The massage lasted maybe a minute or two per leg with no real pressure or effort. Then I apparently committed the crime of asking for a second coat of the polish I brought with me. That request was met with an eye roll. The worst part, though, was how rushed the UV curing process was. Instead of allowing the full recommended cure time, she repeatedly pulled the lamp away early. Because of that lack of attention to detail, the polish on my pinky toe literally came off in my hand while I was checking whether it had cured properly. Still no apology. No acknowledgment. Just visible annoyance that she had to redo her own work. Even after redoing it, she again failed to properly cure the clear coat, color, and top coat until I finally had to directly ask her to allow the polish to fully cure. She also ignored my request to add another coat of polish to that nail the same way she had done on the others. To make matters worse, she then left me sitting there with the UV lamp still on for about six minutes for what should have only been a 90-second cure while she started another client next to me. It felt extremely rude and dismissive. For context, I was not rude at any point. I simply asked for things I wanted as a paying customer while also providing my own materials. And let's also note -- I do my own nails at home, so I understand the process, proper cure times, and the basics of good nail service. Knowing that someone is intentionally rushing through your service and being openly rude for no reason is incredibly frustrating. When I went to pay, I spoke to the woman at the front who finally acknowledged that my nails were cured and ready. There was no normal assistance out of the chair or general courtesy that I saw other techs providing to other customers throughout the salon. I did mention my concerns, and her response was basically to ask for someone else next time. Even after they clearly recognized this technician's lack of professionalism and courtesy, I still tipped her -- even though, honestly, the service did not warrant one. Yet again, there was no thank you, no acknowledgment, nothing. I've been to many salons before, and even on bad days I've had far better experiences than this. I'm highly disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. Shame how one bad experience can ruin it....

She helped me choose the perfect pearl shade I had in mind and even fixed a nail that had a few bubbles without hesitation. The salon itself was super clean and beautifully set up. But tipping when service wasn't up to par and saying your staff only survive on tips is a bit rude. Asking if the service was good is a moot point if the customer didn't tip. Why would someone tip and encourage uneven nails, applying the polish and allowing it to bubble, etc... if they were new and needing to be trained, it would be best to let the customer know. But that wasn't the case I assume, just a bad job and rushing through the clients.
