The atmosphere is clean and fresh - I love the lighting accent wall they have. I get SNS nails because I am so hard on my hands - from playing with kids to lots of cleaning, etc. At first I tried any technician available, but for some reason every single time my nails lifted and broke or chipped or something. I would go back in and get it fixed for free. However, when I see Jade they stay. She does my nails a little bit thicker, so maybe that is it. Most people like their SNS thinner so maybe that is it. Once you get to know the sisters - owners - they greet you every time you come in. Definitely recommend.

My nails looked ok, though, and the tips lasted til my next fill. If I always wore acrylics I'd probably have given a better review because I'd never know how badly they damaged my nails. It's a good thing they looked good because my natural nails were destroyed after. There are deep ridges down my nail bed that are almost finally grown out but there has been a lot of damage. None of my other fills did this much damage. The upgraded pedicure with massage would've been lovely, but I found it borderline creepy how the tech kept asking me "does it feel good." I could not relax when she was staring at me and asking me questions.

He applied it while my eyebrows were being arched, leaving my nails wet and smudging them on my shirt when I got up. Another technician had to go over the polish, which was frustrating. The worst part, however, was the music. They were playing songs with extreme profanity--words like "pussy," "bitch," and "nigga"--and it wasn't the radio-edited version. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. At 12:10, the music was finally changed, but by then the damage was done. They don't even give an eyelash wash and expect you to pay $20 plus for the wash. never again. don't get me wrong, the woman who did my lashes the first time was super nice but I just don't think it is worth spending your money here.
