The technician seemed rushed and…read morenicked 2 of my cuticles before getting to my ring finger and completely butchering it leaving it bleeding the rest of the service. It is still sore today. I was even asked to put both hands in the UV lamp on top of each other which there was not room for and I have never been asked to do before. Instead of attempting to solve the issue he charged me full price (if there was a discount it wasn't mentioned) and hovered over me when I left a tip which made me really uncomfortable. If anyone has a consistent technician that they like at this location I am all ears. Otherwise I will be moving on. The trust is completely broken. Totally careless.

Especially…read morewhen I specifically stated that my nails are lifting a little in the back and I need absolutely no air bubbles because I am a HOUSE KEEPER AND MY NAILS ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR THIS JOB, I'm not sure of the ladies name but I know she sits right next to the counter and is probably new around 24/25. But get this, after I told her that they are lifted, she persisted to tell me that it was just the dried glue. Even after me, pointing out where it was lifted on my nail, she only filed a little and then resealed my nail. IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I am absolutely livid and will continue to tell EVERYONE I KNOW & MEET TO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU JUST NEVER KNOW IF SOMEONE IS GOOD OR NOT. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE MORE DAMN!

I came here yesterday on my birthday to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure + gel manicure. I saw a…read morecouple of good reviews about this place on Yelp and figured I would try out a new salon in the area. When I walked in, there was only one woman (assuming the owner) who was working on 1 woman. There was nobody else waiting in the place either. She asked me what she could help me with, and I asked her for a pedicure and gel mani in which she automatically responded "Oh sorry, I'm all booked today. I take appointments only." Which is totally fine if you only take appointments since you are the only one running the place, but when everyone is in hurricane panic mode and the town is getting vacated, wouldn't you think she would grab at the opportunity to make an extra $50-60, especially if you are the owner yourself. Who knows maybe she was booked, but the right thing to do would be to ask if I would like to come back at another convenient time because I'm sure she likely wasn't busy all day. Anyways, I didn't put up an argument and just walked out the door and gave my business to someone else. Their loss, won't be coming back that's for sure.
