It has taken me 3 months to write this review just in the hopes that they will prove me wrong. I have been coming to this salon since 2007. I didn't really have any issues with anyone. The owner was always very nice but seemed selective on who she worked on. I saw that she had her "regulars ". My issues started 3 months ago when I took my DIL to have her fills done. The lady who started her fills stopped in the middle of the process to get another customer who walked in and have her a gift bag. We waited to see if she would return to finish the job. She didn't. I finish my fills and watched as she ignored my DIL. The only male manicurist there finished the job. Soon after the happened, every time I went in for a fill the had the male manicurist do my nails. I didn't have a problem with it until he started to hurt my hand. Every single time I went in he was in such a rush to complete my nails he sliced and cut me. This last time was the last straw. 2 deep cuts and no freaking apology. He blamed me for having "too round nails". I will no longer return or recommend. read more

I was hesitant because of all the negative yelp reviews but my friend swears by Tina, and now I do too! Got rid of my painful ingrowns and gives great micro massages during the lotioning step. Massage chair was pretty intense but I grew to love it. $32 for a manicure/pedicure. It's definitely not a day spa but it's definitely the best of the a-typical salons. read more

Too bad! Used to love this place but will NEVER return again! I waited over 30 min. (was told 20 max). Someone else was taken before me so I spoke up. THE WORST PLACE!! The workers are rude especially the guy. They charged $35 for a FILL!! A fill is $20, NOT $35. I hate this place. Never go!!!! Also the workers, Korean?? Japanese?? Chinese?? Vietnamese?? were also talking sh** bout me, giving me glances like I don't have eyes! Never go here, rude people! All of them! Also the closing time is 5, 4 other people walked in and it was 458 and they allowed them.. Probably because they don't have customers because their service sucks and the people are rude. Overpriced! Ordered the regular pedi and charged for deluxe. I'm sure they misunderstood. I paid anyways but I told her she didn't understand. Not worth the price at all. I got the higher priced pedi and felt like a less than average normal pedi. Nothing special. Not the worst place but it was too fast and too much. read more

This place is HORRIBLE. This is long, but a MUST READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE. (Just realized my review never posted correctly so posting this again). I'm a mother of a two year old and pregnant w my second. I'm so busy and so exhausted all the time when I finally had some free time the first thing I wanted was a relaxing pedicure. I came here, (against my better judgment bc my first experience w a manicure here was terrible) but because it was so close to my house and I had little time to be out. My pedicure was the most painful and uncomfortable experience I ever had in my life,literally. The women was trying to exfoliate the bottom of my foot with one of those exfoliating bricks. She started rubbing extremely hard against the center, sensitive, thin skinned area of my foot and I immediately said "ouch! I'm sorry, but that hurts, please do it softer". She says "ok" then starts again! I said "no please, you are rubbing way too hard there. It's hurting bad". She says "ok".. And continues AGAIN. This time it's clear she doesn't understand English what so ever. So next I said "stop, no more, hurting" while using hand gestures to make it clear I want her to stop. FINALLY she stopped. By this point, my foot was in pain. Literally burning and stung to put back into the soapy water. I was miserable. My one moment I had to have a second to relax and treat myself, it ends up making me even more stressed. So fast forward to my manicure- I get moved to a chair for the manicure and another women starts my nails. (Still feeling the burning pain on my feet from my Skin being peeled off). She puts the acetone to soak off my gel polish..Only.. She stuck it in for less than 30 seconds, pulls my nails out then tried to just file it off. I said no, I don't want my nails to get thin, gel needs to be soaked off.. Not just filed off. So with an attitude she agrees and let's it soak... And for a LONG time.(clearly to be rude about it. As she decided to go off and do some closing duties). After 15+ min she comes back after taking the trash out from ever single basket in that place. Does my nails, cuts me three times, first w the nail file then with the cuticle clippers, twice.. And that was the end. So, that experienced sucked too.. BUT that wasn't the main thing that caught my attention, even though cutting someone three times is unacceptable.. But after she finished my nails, all the tools used, cuticle clippers, the little metal pointed tool that she used to clean out under my nails with, were put BACK INTO THE SANITARY PACKAGE (the clear blue and white sealed package) WITHOUT EVEN CLEANING IT!! Literally didn't sanitize, wipe it.. Nothing. That is DISGUSTING and against code. I look over to the sweet man next to me finishing someone else's nails( he had just started I believe) as he was properly sanitizing and cleaning every instrument used(bless him).. Only one his JOB. Anyways, this is the longest review I have ever written.. And completely necessary to explain the horribleeeee experience I had here. I went to Nails for Sure today with my mom in the morning, and I experienced what has been my worst experience and embarrassment by a business ever in my life. The two ladies that did my nails were very sweet, my mom waited to get her nails done, as soon as her lady was done with another customer she started working on my moms pedicure, by this time I had finished, I have a Spanish speaking mother that depends on me to translate, so my mom asked me to ask the lady to please get rid of all the excess cuticle my mom had (and by the way I've always done this for my mom and no nail salon or lady as ever had any problem with it ever, they always say yes of course no problem) I then asked the lady if she could please make sure to get rid of all of the extra cuticle my mom had, for she always had a lot, and let me reassure you I said this in a very kind voice, in no way was I mean or at all assertive. I waited a few seconds for my response when the lady looked up at me and said " I know what to do. You don't have to tell me how to do my job, this is my job, I know what I'm doing. You don't have to talk to me like that" I'm a very nice person, I proceeded to try to explain myself, she spoke in such a rude tone, I couldn't believe how rude and mean she was being, her boss was there 2 seats away and no one said anything at all, I felt so embarrassed, I began to feel anxious and excused myself with my mom and told her I had to leave, my mom understood, everyone at the salon looked at me as I walked out trying not to cry. Of course, I'm never returning, but I felt that sharing this was necessary, people go to nail spas to relax and be pampered, not to be yelled at and scolded. read more

This is one of the best places to go and do your nails. I always get compliments from strangers telling me how good my nails look. This place is clean and the people are very friendly and know what they are doing. Kim is the BEST!!! read more
