I went in for a full set coffin style nails. Nothing special done to it no design or gel. $42.50. I thought with $50 I'd be able to get a full set & pedi. Too pricey for basic nails.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! Their nail polishes are old and their nail technicians do not know how to give a good manicure or pedicure. They will rush you out the door just to take the next person waiting. Go elsewhere!!

Nicest ladies! I do simple gel manicures and love them! I try to reservations because they can get really crowded.

Well I found it & even called in advance to confirm I can still use it. I asked to speak to the owner about it & a phone number. I did not get it except this name & no phone number to call. The last pic shows owners supposed name but they never added a phone number that I ask for to call them. You can clearly see on the new cards it's only $10 off and mine says 10th One Free. It is very dishonorable to lie to a repeated customer since day one & brought you many customers as well. She would only take $10.00 off. I felt betrayed as a loyal customer & send my friends, co-workers and neighbors here. This is horrible business bc I asked to speak to the owner and a lady was brought over to me pretending to be the owner. I was not granted my free visit meanwhile. Every time I go I spend around $100. I am so dissatisfied with the customer service and lied to on top of it. I actually had 2 more appointments for this week but I'm going to cancel now bc of the dishonesty. Pics below to prove That is says "10th One Free" P.S. The pedicure person cut me and I was bleeding. I was seeing stars & telling her to stop bc I was getting dizzy & nauseated. I had to say it 4 times before she stopped. Oh and Sunny is the Owner but she gave me a fake name of who the owner is. So sad when I knew her from her other store she worked at than I followed her to her new place thinking she was honest and true to her word with business but obviously not.

Update: some chipping and it's only been 5 days…read more Should try another salon unless you're in a pinch

New business management and new business name: Magnolia Nail Spa 4 The inside of the shop is still the same as old business Le Charme but it's not the same. Service and quality isn't the same under their old manager Ryan. I personally felt like it was a trap that they continue to use the LeCharme name and website when they had clearly changed. I was confused when I arrived and saw the name change but still gave them a chance as I had booked an appointment via Le Charme website and only had that day to get my nails done before going to a wedding on the West Coast. Also, even though I had an Spa Pedicure appointment for 10AM (opening time) I still had to wait. Other customers came in (either appt or walk in) and were seen first... they also had to call for more Nail technicians to come. I sat at the manicure station flipping through gel color templates waiting for Nail tech to see me. I already choose but waiting, at one point they had forgotten me until someone asked me what I wanted and I had to repeat myself again. I picked a spa pedicure treatment and selected gel as I heard gel last longer. It was my first time getting gel but I wanted to look my best for the wedding I'll be attending. I asked for paraffin wax for my feet and callus treatment. They were confused and said paraffin is already included in the spa package (I remember it is usually for heel only and I wanted for the entire feet) but they insisted it was included and for the entire feet, so I said okay and let them do their thing. Service was decent but my nail tech had rushed and missed a few spot. She didn't apply the polish carefully and throughly. It was like coloring your hair, they always leave a gap from the hairline so you can return for touchup. In my pic, you can see my toes didn't look as nice and pic was taken about 1.5-2hrs later (after appointment, I had quick lunch and went straight home). While I did enjoy the spa pedicure, because I wanted to pamper my feet, she was abit rough at times and rushed it. And no, she didn't apply paraffin wax to the entire feet; just the heel. I was willing to pay extra but they didn't do that. If you don't know, paraffin wax help rehydrate and trap in moisture and it's particularly effective for those who often get calluses to help in removing dead skin, and healing dry patches. It acts like a form of heat therapy and can help increase blood flow, relax muscles, and decrease joint stiffness. It can also minimize spasms and inflammation as well as treat sprains. When it was time to pay, I thought I would have to shell out more for everything as I didn't know what the actual cost would be. I wanted Spa Pedicure package with Gel Color. Callus Treatment $10, Gel pedicure $55 & Spa Pedicure $45. I had assumed they would charge abit extra for the Gel coloring ontop of the Spa Pedicure package. After I paid and walked out (no receipt was given to me and I had hope to take a pic of the bill but the total was present quickly to me and was out of my view) and walked down the street, the owner lady came out chasing me saying I needed to pay more. I follow back and she said something else was charged to me.. again wasn't able to see the bill and had to trust her word and paid more. I finally left and disappointed later on when I examined my feet at home. I think its time to find a new Nail Salon.

Came here for a spa pedicure and the experience was nothing less than relaxing. They took their…read moretime and I loved how clean the place is. Will definitely come back for a manicure next time!

If you're thinking about getting a gift certificate from here I would ask what the policy is. I was…read moregiven a gift certificate from a friend for my birthday that expired a week after it was given to me and didn't know that when I went to use it in November. They didn't tell me it was expired while I was there, let me use half of it, then crossed out the expiration date and made it a date in expire 10/30/25. I was unaware they back-dated it because I was in a hurry to put it in my pocket since I was in rush. Fast forward to today, I went to use it and obviously it wasn't honored because of that new date. I understand that it expired and of course I'm fine not using it since it's completely my fault. It was just the most bizarre experience because 1. No one mentioned it was expired the first time I was there (which I would have been fine paying for my pedicure if someone explained that to me instead writing in a new date so couldn't use it again) Also I'm just not sure why they would give me back a gift certificate that I can't use anymore or never mention that it was expired. 2. What kind of place has a 1 week or 1 month expiration date? (Thinking about it I'm wondering if it the date a typo since it was handwritten because most places around here have a 1 year expiration date when I buy them or am gifted them.) Also my nails were different lengths and the polish I used developed white spots on top (it was a light purple) With so many wonderful places in Montclair, I would definitely consider buying a gift certificate somewhere else with a longer expiration date, a more clear policy, or somewhere that will take the time to explain these dates and policies if you have an issue like I did if you are looking to purchase a gift.
