This was the sloppiest manicure of my life. It looks like a 10 year old did them. I brought them the names of the exact colors they used last time and they gave me such a hard time and insisted on using a different color. The woman also didn't do my cuticles or do anything other than paint my nails. They really look terrible and the color was wrong. When I asked her why she skipped the entire manicure, she told me it was $20 extra for cuticles and nail shaping which is a lie. I've been to this place before and I know their pricing. i received a pedicure and had told the lady that my toenails were sensitive because I had completed chemo 8 months ago. She started digging in my skin and under my nail and I told her it hurt. The tech next to her asked me if i wanted her to stop and I said yes. my nail started bleeding and toe started to swell. after my toes were painted, she again started to file that same nail and I jerked my foot away and said noooo... I am swollen . the tech next to her came over and translated more for me and the horrible tech said your toe was already swollen... no it wasn't and surely wasnt bleeding before my service. I hate to do this but when you are a business owner you have to care about your customer, I do not agree with one of the post, she it's saying that people are not giving this place a good review because we are coming a the last minute and ask for a full set of nails . well I have a hair salon for 14 years and I can't do your hair late, I will tell you we are so sorry but we don't have the time to do your services so come back tomorrow . They just paint my nails and my two granddaughters and charge me 155.00 for just painting a 11 years old and a 8 yeas old with gel polish. That is s stealing money that is way too expensive. They have refused to refund me for the extra charged and continue to insult my intelligence by blaming it on me. The worst nail salon. My daughter came home bleeding from this salon. All her nails are damaged. Two of them were ripped off and the outer layers were completely off. They charged my daughter $10. I was upset and called the manager. He was extremely rude. Then it seemed he changed his mind and called me back. He returned at least the money back but what a horrific experience. I went there for a manicure and the the older guy was the man who was doing them. He told me 25 dollars for a mani I said okay. Than it comes down to him painting and he says 30 I asked where the extra 5 came from and he told me because he had to take off old polish. The point is they make up random prices there just to over charge for a terrible job .! He didn't do my cleaning around the cuticles properly. It was a terrible experience. I had gone to this salon for years to get my nails done. My usual girl that does them, Michelle is no longer there and when I learned this I asked for another tech to do my nails. She refused to do them because she said that I had given her an attitude before and said that they have the right to refuse service to anyone. Needless to say I will not be going back there. The ladies there were very rude and you can never understand what they are saying or if they are talking about you because they hardly speak any English. I've been going to this nail salon for 15 years to get my eyebrows done only! in the last 3 years Amy has taken over n Chris n joe no longer work there! I've have the worst experiences possible in that salon. recently, I went there to get my eyebrows done and I always have Amy do my eyebrows because I don't ever trust anyone else to do them. There was a client that was taken before me even though I was waiting for 30 minutes for my services instead of Amy, being apologetic and sincere, she got upset with me and said "anyone can say whatever they want honey I can't control what people say to you and places "when I told her that this was my last time coming to the salon since I was upset, she said, "I wish you would've told me this before I started doing your eyebrows because I would've never done them " once I was done I was going to leave peacefully instead. Amy continues to talk and try to pick a fight with me so I decided to tell her about herself before I left this salon has been a mess since it was handed over to Amy. This is the absolute worst place. I got a dip powder manicure on my natural nails for $45. It is way over priced compared to other places in the area. She did a completely different color than the one I chose. I asked for a square shape and not only did she make them round and uneven, but she filed them down to basically nubs. The actual dip powder isn't even either. My nails look like they have waves in them. She also got the polish part all over my skin so my nails were stuck to the skin until I separated them. I also got a polish change on my toes and all of the regular nail polish is old, crusty and dried out. I was going to complain but it was crowded and I couldn't stand to be there any longer. Rudest lady ever!!! Would give negative stars. My bridal party and went in after CALLING AHEAD AND TOLD 15 MINUTES. Waited over an hour and only I was being taken care of, my bridal party had no other choice but to leave because we had to be a rehearsal which was made clear from the beginning!!! The rude lady with long hair continued to call me rude in front of everyone because they had to leave! I was furious! They had no choice but to leave because they took us from a 15 minute wait to over an hour! I feel bad for the other customers who had to hear the argument but she was down right disrespectful and out of place. Next time don't take on more Customers than you can handle. This place is horrible. I would not recommend anyone going there. The only one worth anything is the man who does your eyebrows. The women in here are ignorant and have extremely poor customer service. Several weeks ago I went here to have my nails done and there was a gentleman who did a very good job. When I went back for my refill the woman questioned me on how I would like my nails I said the same shape. She then started making comments about how my nails were done previously as if she could do a better job. When I explain to her that my nails were done there and I was impressed with how the gentleman did it she took offense to it and wanted to argue with me. Then when I said something back to her she got pissed off and threw a chair back refuse to do my nails and had another woman come over and finish up. I have been going here for mani and pedi for quite a few years. The last few times I have noticed a severe decline in service. This last time I went in for a manicure they did an absolutely terrible job, the paint was all globbed on my nails and dried with pock marks. I spoke with the manager and said that I thought it looked bad and I just wanted them to take the polish off and issue my refund. He then started raising his voice and telling me I was being "unreasonable ". After arguing with me he then tells me that "because they are a service business and they are nice to the customers even the BAD ONES, that he will give me my refund and I'm no longer welcome as a customer anymore". He then slams my cash down on the table and walks away. Seriously not the way to build business and treat a customer of over 10 years with a service issue.
