I ask when I came in the door if they do designs and was told yes whatever kind I wanted, and if I didn't like it, then they would take it off and redo it and then after they started, they couldn't do the design, gave me the runaround, and said that my flower was too complicated. Staff is nice, lots of colors, but be prepared to pay. $65 for acrylic fill with gel polish, what they don't tell you is if you want almond shape it's $72! my nails were almond shape to begin with, I didn't change the shape and was charged an extra $7 to maintain the shape. I moved up here 2 years ago and haven't found a nail salon that doesn't judge me for my nail selection and doesn't rush which ends up resulting in them lift in and ruining my natural nails! Not here! They took their time! They made sure it was perfect and they made I thought it was perfect too! I asked for the Gel X with a green base, marble ring finger with a gem and chrome and they had it! My nail tech was Sally, highly recommend her and the gentlemen that did applied the gel x (I forget his name). It's super calm here, they welcome everyone and they talk to you like your friend and they keep it real here! Everyone was laughing, smiling, joking and vibing. I loved this salon the first few times I went but the last time was not great. First off the tech who actually did my nails was great. It was the owner ( the lady) who was kind of rude, rushed us and acted like we were a burden ( we had appointments) I paid a lot of money for a service that felt rushed and treated rudely by the owner. Like I stated before though, the techs are wonderful Just so long as you don't have to deal with the female owner. The male owner is great too. read more

The owner Melissa tell me i have to put a $ 75 dollars deposit down before i get appointment .because she said that i was a no show a few times, which is not true, i canceled out two times since coming to this place by phone and one in person, due to emergency and the other was due to a doctor's diagnosis that same day.my pont is we the customers keep yall in business, so i dont beg no business to take my money!
