Her salon is quiet and cozy. While other technicians scraped the gel polish off, thus weakening my nails so they split at the nail bed, Jenny used cotton balls in a solution to softened the gel for removal. I asked for a full service gel nails with an acrylic set, and gel on toes. The guy that did my toe nails was amazing this review is not about him it's about the lady and service I received on my nails. Her service was awful the lady that did my nails was too busy on her phone with her air pods to even speak to me, seemed annoyed at any questions I asked about nail art and designs, and once nails were done I noticed they were not completely painted meaning the edges were still bare, one of the colors didn't match my inspo photo and she tried to gaslight me that It was the color I wanted was like an olive and what I was given was like a very light gold - so she asked me to pick out another color to fix that nail (it was one nail thankfully) but she was already taking her next client that she rushed me! I tried to see past it all and still tipped 20% (which I regret)!!! Because my nails started lifting within a week! I spent $120 on my nails alone and they last me less than half a month before I had them removed because they were coming off. I asked her politely to stop and inquired as to whether or not the polish was dried because that is how she was polishing my nails! She got another bottle and began with the same method and I said no, that's not okay. Next, a gentleman that sat in the front seat came over and asked what the problem was.. I told him she was polishing using multiple strokes and it looked really bad.. he said sometimes that's what we have to do for the first coat. I have had many pedis and never seen anyone polish in the manner she did. He ended up polishing for her to finish my job... he did not get the full mail bed.. look at the sides... I could have, would have done better at home. Your service does not match your inflated price. I am fine to pay the price as long as it is quality and quality is not here!

Not familiar with the process, I decided to read past reviews. I was shocked at the negative comments. Holly has been my technician for the entire time. She is excellent and one of the many reasons I keep returning. I always make an appointment so I am expected. I receive a full deluxe gel manicure and pedicure. Holly is so gentle that I almost fall asleep under her care. The salon is clean and many precautions are taken to avoid cross contamination (individual liners for the pedi tub and a new pack of implements for each customer). They have numerous nail colors and procedures to choose from. have never had a bad experience and often recommend Holly and the salon. Holly's English is very limited which makes discussions difficult, but Jenny (supervisor?) will help translate when needed. The costs of services are reduced if you do not use a credit card (but cash). I would have given five stars with easier communication. Note: I am partially handicap and the staff goes out of their way to accomodate my special needs. Always a pleasant experience!
