Then when she asked if she could change the color her nail tech said no and kept putting the same color on. I asked for regular polish on my toes and my mother in law did as well. Then the bill came and they added gel polish on the end of the bill for both of us. Turns out they ignored our requests and added gel just to add to the bill. Do not go to this nail salon, they are dishonest.

No thank you Oh and given the pain I experienced on pedicure and attitude of manager when I reported was "what you want me to do about it". When I told him to fix the mess "tech" did he scheduled time next day and was late. Never ever return to such a place. Relaxed, caring, not words to describe this place. More like pain, tears, limped out took picks immediately when I reached my car. ( there are no minus stars to post. Don't deserve even a one star. Never ever again had such a painful pedicure. And don't forgot they changed the pricing during the pedicure!!!)

I went here for my birthday (which I mentioned and not once did she acknowledge or say happy…read morebirthday) - so the "vibe" was awful, and I drove over an hour to this location (because years ago when they could actually service complimentary drinks with service they were actually good at their job). I asked for a full service gel nails with an acrylic set, and gel on toes. The guy that did my toe nails was amazing this review is not about him it's about the lady and service I received on my nails. Her service was awful the lady that did my nails was too busy on her phone with her air pods to even speak to me, seemed annoyed at any questions I asked about nail art and designs, and once nails were done I noticed they were not completely painted meaning the edges were still bare, one of the colors didn't match my inspo photo and she tried to gaslight me that It was the color I wanted was like an olive and what I was given was like a very light gold - so she asked me to pick out another color to fix that nail (it was one nail thankfully) but she was already taking her next client that she rushed me! I tried to see past it all and still tipped 20% (which I regret)!!! Because my nails started lifting within a week! I spent $120 on my nails alone and they last me less than half a month before I had them removed because they were coming off. I will never come back and I do not recommend their service to my worst enemy.

I wasn't going to right this review until I was sitting in my car and had a closer look at my toes,…read morea day after leaving. The lady that did my nails was an older woman and it seemed like the day she did my nails was the first day she had ever done nails. She handled my feet like they were fragile pieces of glass, didn't speak which was fine, I let the chair do the work and watched my eye lids. Something told me to open my eyes and watch when she began polishing... have you ever seen a child polish using multiple strokes for one nail... I asked her politely to stop and inquired as to whether or not the polish was dried because that is how she was polishing my nails! She got another bottle and began with the same method and I said no, that's not okay. Next, a gentleman that sat in the front seat came over and asked what the problem was.. I told him she was polishing using multiple strokes and it looked really bad.. he said sometimes that's what we have to do for the first coat. I have had many pedis and never seen anyone polish in the manner she did. He ended up polishing for her to finish my job... he did not get the full mail bed.. look at the sides... I could have, would have done better at home. Your service does not match your inflated price. I am fine to pay the price as long as it is quality and quality is not here!
