They could see the poor job done, instead treat you as if you are a liar. I will not go back. This is a bad decision choice for people in business, you don't accuse you customers of lying when poor workmanship is obvious.

The Nail Spa is very clean and spacious. Holly was my Nail Tech; she was excellent. I chose one of the deluxe pedicures. It was very nice and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was friendly and professional. I didn't feel rushed. After checking out several nail spas in the area for the best pedicure, so far this is my favorite.

I called to make an appt and they were able to get me in the next day. When I arrived, the woman who helped me was cleaning the floors. I signed in, and there was a sign to wash my hands before manicure. Check! Masks are required for patrons and employees. Check! This may not be your jam, but I was on my way to see my brother who has had a kidney transplant and I appreciated the safety measure. Everything was clean and sanitized and there was plexiglass between my and the nail tech. Then it hit me - I didn't see or hear a Dremel. It was lovely. I asked about that and they only work on natural nails. Even with gel removals, it's done through soaking, orange stick, and emery board. Sold! I opted for a natural gel look. After my manicure, the son of the nail tech (she may be the owner, I'm not sure) applied my polish. I'm running out of good things to say about this place. Just go. It's farther than other salons for me, but based on their reviews, I passed them all to get here and I'm glad I did!

WARNING!!!!! I made THE most horrific mistake of my life going to this salon. Absolutely…read more... under no circumstances, I don't care if you're desperate...DO NOT let Savannah touch your head!!! I had extensions tht were put in from another stylist in another state & when I moved here & needed a new stylist, I chose Southern Styles. I can't find the words to justify how badly I'd love to just shave this woman's head in retaliation to what she's done to my hair. To begin with, when she re taped my extensions, they continuously fell out. Then, I was going to re order some new ones, she was more familiar with, but while waiting for those to come in I chose a style (showed her a pic) asked her to style my hair like the pic, my hair was a little longer than the style in the pic but, she was well aware my reason for the extensions was because another stylist had butchered me, so I was wearing them until my hair grew out,so under no circumstances did I want my hair shorter. I mean my extensions were to the middle of my back.... I also wanted low lights...needless to say...she not only butchered my hair so short, I mean literally cut off every inch that had grown from my wearing the extensions for 4 months, but took off additional to the point it's too short to have extensions put back in AND my low lights came out SUPER chunky and purple! I literally busted into tears in her chair,I was beyond horrified and she had the audcity to chrge me $95.00. I've since found a new stylist who almost died when she did my consultation stating the color on my hair was such a disaster, she couldn't even figure out a guide point so I'm having to go with an all over solid color and just forced to wait for a few several months until I can have extensions put in again. If u love your hair as much as I do stay as far away from Savannah as u possibly can.
