Then they have a 15min speeding wax option on their website but stated none of their employees that are in today can do the 15min wax! Why?! Everyone should know how to complete a wax fast. That doesn't even make sense! I've been coming here for a few years but today was the last straw and I will never return. What's the point of being open till 7 if you can't do nothing the last 20 min you're open! Just close at 6:30 at this point

They scheduled me for 1:30 with Nicole. The place is low key but nice and every staff member I spoke with were very friendly. My esthetician, Brandy went over the Brazilian wax and made me super comfortable. She chatted with me and worked quickly and effectively. I lost any nervousness in the first 3 seconds. When it was finished she went over aftercare instructions, showed me their product line, and it was all over in 20 minutes. I felt like she was applying a lot of wax, further in than usual, but then thought I was paranoid. When she handed me the mirror, it was immediately obvious my brows were messed up. When I said they were uneven, she acted surprised and said she didn't see where they were uneven. My right eyebrow is shorter and a different shape than my left!! Luckily it was my first (and only) time there, so I didn't have to pay for the brow wax anyway. I've never had my brows messed up like this, and now I have to start a new job Monday being self-conscious about them.
