I honestly will never go to another salon after my fantastic experience here. The customer service was ridiculously good with the manager coming over a couple of times to check on me and offer water and snacks. The salon is extremely clean and newly renovated and just beautiful. The nail techs were cheerful and talked to me. The quality of the pedicure is great, but it's really the atmosphere and the customer service that sets this place apart. HIGHLY recommend. read more

They were very gentle with the nail clipping and provided incredible massages that truly made me smile . My feet feel fantastic, and my nails look beautiful. I've been to this location a handful of times and have gotten a mixed bag of experiences, but overall I am a fan. I admittedly do not know much about nails, but I do know that I love a gel manicure, a gentle pedicure, and an employee who DOESN'T tell me the whole time "just to relax." The manicure I got the other day was the BEST I've ever had. I wish I had gotten the woman's name. She immediately knew that I was a first time mom and was really supportive and kind. I picked up the wrong polish, and she caught it immediately and went and got me 4 different gel options of just the right colors. She made small talk, but not too much. The best part? She massaged my arms!!! I've had people massage my legs before for a pedicure, but never my arms. Bliss. I tipped her well. I literally hate my nails. I decided to try a new place at the last minute and I regret it so much. I went in for a fill and I also had my nails cut down. The lady did such a sloppy job. The man tried ti fix them and made them worse. The gel polish isn't even smooth, there's acrylic on my fingers, some of my tips are crooked, they cut literally half of my fingers. I was thankful that I was able to walk in on a Friday after work. I requested a Pedicure and a gel nail soak off. In my opinion I don't think the standard pedicure is worth it. The lady that did my pedicure shaped my nails uneven at first. She corrected those uneven nails after I told her to. However, my issue is that there were more than a few nails that were shaped uneven. Other than that she did a good job at the paint job. Asked for my nail "soak off", it was more of a nail rip off. The older lady took another fake nail and practically ripped my gel acrylic nails off. I was slightly disappointed because there were a few of my real nails that she broke in the process. I would have preferred that she soaked them for a while before using the nail take off method. Just to soften up the nail and prepare the nail bed. I was with a friend. we got pedicures. the service was average, nothing too positive nothing that stood out. I'd say it wasn't the cleanest nail salon I've been in, nor negative. 2nd time, I did a Polish change on my toes and a gel manicure. it was a sunday, they were about average in regards to clients. I felt like the owner was meticulous with my nails wanting them to be perfect. he was friendly. offered wine and even massaged my shoulders. they didn't clip my cuticles though. this time, just a gel manicure. the guy that did my nails last time was sleeping in a pedi throne. there was another worker in the nail table next to me SNORING! Usually they do a good job here, but the lady who did my pedicure didn't ask if I wanted to upgrade to a spa pedicure nor if I wanted to have the razor used. She was more interested in talking to the other people that doing my pedicure. I asked her no color or anything on my nails and yet she still put on a clear coat. I could barely tell her I didn't want it because she wouldn't stop talking to the girl next to her. We were the only people in the salon basically the entire time so there wasn't a reason to rush through. When done I took a look at my feet and it looks no different than when I walked through the door. Will NOT be back. I should've taken a hint when the salon was empty on a Saturday afternoon. The person (Cindy) that did my full set took nearly an hour and a half. After leaving I noticed the gel polish is bubbly and uneven on three of the nails. I don't live super close or have four hours for them to redo my nails so I won't be back. I asked for a pedicure for my daughter when we were there and they only did a polish change. I also said only one color and they polished them that color and then without asking her or me, added white dots to all of her toes. (No clue what this person's name is.) Find somewhere else for sure. Update: as the night goes on, two nails have started lifting and I'm finding more bubbles and polish issues. I left this place six hours ago, not six weeks ago. My daughter and I went to the salon for her 18th birthday. I got a spa pedicure with Soon (yes he did ask which one I wanted!) and she got French tip acrylic nails with Jack aka: Pheon. Soon and his wife Jennifer are new to the salon and I have to say he gave me the best Pedicure I have had in 30 years! He was extremely thorough, very personable and my nails look great -even though I have ugly feet! My daughters nails turned out excellent as well! We definitely will be going back and recommending it to whoever wants to know. The salon was clean, the atmosphere was nice and comfortable. Poor service! She took her time through my nail service but she did a horrible job on my pink and white fill. I don't believe she knew what she was doing at all. She asked could she do them over when I complained. I said no and that I wanted my money back. Fortunately, they refunded me. They also did my niece's nails, and they were supposed to be flowers. Walked in for a gel manicure last minute, was sat immediately. The manicurist was very sweet, and did try to upsell me to a mani-pedi. But she asked me if I would like a French manicure, but with American white (more natural look), and the cost was the same. I went to this salon a week ago and got powder nails done. The nail technician was pleasant and my nails looked nice when I left. They cost $40 and started chipping less than a week after. I've had this process done many times and they usually last me about 4-6 weeks before I need to have them redone and never because they start chipping. It appeared she did the process right maybe they used poor products. I will be looking for a different salon. read more

Husband and I both went in for pedis (and a mani for me!), the woman I had was SUPER pushy about up selling the pedicures and a gel manicure - when I turned her down, she wasn't exactly friendly with me anymore - and even was a little rough. My daughter and I went in for a color change. Not a pedicure bc we didn't have the time and I didn't want to spend that much money. The lady who helped us didn't even take off the clear coat I already had on my toes and immediately began painting. I thought she was just testing the color bc I had asked her to (and I was holding two additional colors to try out.) She didn't understand English very well, I suppose. She didn't take off my clear current coat nor did she trim my nails- so the color Change just looks very poorly done. I didn't even bother saying anything bc I was just annoyed and didn't want to make a fuss. My daughter didn't ask for a flower but got one anyway. Her paint color application is so bad she plans to take it off when we get home. It is clear in areas and there is paint on her cuticles. It looks like she did the paint- not a professional. I have been there once prior, years ago, and remember not being too impressed. I will never go back. The cost was $17. Nancy used to care about you and do a good job and now I feel that it is all about the mighty dollar that she can make. It seems that she does not like what she is doing and has lost interest. I have tried other ladies and they do not do a good job. The nail polish doesn't stay on long at all and the gel polish looks to thick. Lately I have watched and they do not clean their tools as they should. Unfortunately they seem to be all about making the mighty buck instead of good customer service. I have gotten gel manicures for years and was surprised by having to select a color by opening all the bottles to see which one I liked. Julie was tech and while she did a decent job on my nails was rather pushy for other services. I did not want a eyebrow wax, a pedi, or a french manicure so she settled to give a two minute shoulder squeeze I assume was to be considered as a massage. Although the staff were very sweet and they had "complementary" drinks, the place was dirty and they ripped me off. My 5 yr. old daughter's mani-pedi was more than my pedicure. She told me one price and charged me a different price at the end. She didn't speak clear English until the end. When I asked prices, her English was broken. One of the worst manicures I've ever had. Barely cut off any cuticles, hangnails. One nail cut/filed at an angle. Polish was applied unevenly and streaky. Topcoat was uneven and some spots uncovered. Despite using a brush with remover, still left polish on my skin. Brought my own OPI polish which had just been used at another salon with no problems. She added thinner to it without asking and then it was then too thin. Language barrier was greater than at most nail salons. Tech's stations were cluttered and dirty. Tried this place only because my GREAT, usual place across the street was packed and I didn't have an appointment. Polish started chipping off within 24hrs. I was rushed through my mani/pedi that I was hoping to relax through on a Saturday morning, all because they didn't want to lose business on a woman (whose time was more valuable than anyone elses) who barged in and didn't want to wait 5 minutes. When the lady said she would go elsewhere, the tech left in the MIDDLE of my pedicure to start on her just so they didn't lose her business! Worst manicure I've ever had- polish was slopped on while tech #2 was doing my toes. Gel polish peeled off 3 days later. On top of all of this, my credit card was charged $5 over the price I wrote on my ticket. Due to the poor service, I left only a small tip (though that was more than really deserved) only to find on my bank statement they charged me higher than what I signed for. Yes, it's only $5..but it is still fraud that I didn't sign for! For someone who has her nails done regularly and recently moved close to this nail salon, it's unfortunate that I had such a bad experience!
