I would literally give zero stars if I could. This is the worst nail shop I've ever been to. I came on my lunch and asked if I could be done in an hour, they insisted yes so I sat down and trusted that. Two women were working on me and I left with my toes undone because they could not in fact be done in an hour. Then when going back to work I realize how horrible my finger nails look, I called and asked for a refund since my toes hadn't even been done yet. They said come in which I did then refused to give me a refund. The woman who did my nails came over and started to pick at my hands to get the access polish off like that would fix them...then the women who did my toes comes over and yells at me waving her hands saying that she doesn't know what the problem is..the problem was she used a sponge to scrub the dead skin off my feet then put it back in her drawer!! Now I'm leaving to vacation with naked toes, horrible nail polish, and money wasted that I can't get back. I'm filing a complaint for how unsanitary this place is! Look at the reference pictures it says enough!!! read more

I got my nails done with regular paint on Friday evening, by Sunday night this is what they looked like. The polish was old and the technician puts something in the bottle to thin it out in front of me then the top coat was also not good. I think nail salons should be able to do the most basic nails well. The shape is great but they need to get new polish. Not everyone wants dip or shellac. read more

Recently I had my manicure and pedicure performed by Kayla. She is so thorough in her process and technique, buffing, shaping, cleaning, and searching all around nails for evenness of application. My acrylic nails lasted well over 3 weeks without any peeling. I am very satisfied with her service and look forward to more in the future. read more

I just got back from Nail Touch and I always use my favorite person Hannah who is very hood and thorough .I love her work but do not like what the new management has done with payment now ... I know that tips should be in cash and I had alwsys done that BUT NOW , if you pay by credit card , they add a 10% surcharge on top of the cost of the service !!! I find this really unjust and it makes me want to choose another salon . We pay enough for all the services which already prices have been raised ... I think this manager is being greedy . This review is solely Hanna - both my mother and I have been following Hanna over the years. Hannah is the only person who I've met over the years that takes her time doing pedicures and manicures. She's always making sure everything is ok and that there are no imperfections. I saw Hanna today for an ingrown nail that was so so so so painful, to the point that my toe was swollen and sensitive to touch. Hannah took care of it with no problem, she was so gentle and made sure I was ok (pain wise). Booked an appt, Got there on time, 3 workers, greeted with a mean mug and confusion. so they had me wait after I told her I had an appt. I waited for one worker to clean station and a woman walks in. The worker confirmed with the lady in front who to take first, they spoke their language and laughed then let the lady sit down before me. Woman in front then came to me and asked if I had an appt. Don't know how to do acrylics!..I had acrylics done there and went back for a new set ...one of the acrylics was bonded to my nail and finger! She tried to cut it off,trim it off, shave it off and it broke the skin and began to bleed!!! I am not able to wear acrylics for a while now!!!!! She is lucky I fidn't sue the shop!!!!! Still my favorite nail place just because of the service I get from HANNA! I've been going to her for almost 2 years now. She never rush her work and make sure that I am very happy with my nails when I leave. I tried other places - even the high end salons but I never get the same great work from her. If you try to call and book her, make sure she's not with another customer because sometimes, they will say come right now but then someone else will service you because Hanna is still with another customer. I've been coming here for months for my pedicure and eyebrow wax. They've always done a great job. I have no complaints. The ladies are very nice and welcoming. I like the atmosphere.
