Every five minutes the phone rings and you hear "Hi Stacey". Furthermore, I signed up for a membership via text. I never signed anything. I was never given a copy of the contract in writing so today when I was told that my technician was no longer there I canceled my upcoming appointments as I don't know any of the other technicians. I asked for a refund. I was told that they don't give refunds then I found out that I couldn't use my credit at another location, which was also never told to me. I asked her to email me a copy of the contract. She said that they didn't have the capability to email. It's 2025 you don't have the capability to email but you're currently texting me????? I also brought it up that I was overcharged at the last visit and I asked for a refund for the balance. I was denied that as well. Every time I went there and requested one of the latest trends they couldn't do it because the owner is too cheap to purchase the polish and implements required. I am disgusted at the way this owner treated me. I'm disgusted at how I have been manipulated and lied to and I am disgusted that every Saturday when I went there I had to listen to the phone ringing nonstop as she called to micromanage the staff......those poor girls. The only thing the salon had going for it was my amazing nail technician and now she's gone, so I won't be getting my nails done anymore. The fact that this establishment is in Wyckoff and I had to file several disputes with my bank because this is the type of owner I'm dealing with makes me sick having grown up in Bergen County. Shame on you this is not how you treat people, customers OR employees! I really hope this was worth the $155 to you!
