I got my nails done this past sunday 10/8/17 (acrylic, french tip, full set). Not only were my nails uneven thickness, but i left with acrylic all over my skin on my fingers. Also while doing my nails, the technician cut my finger twice with the nail file. Then the next day my nails started to have a yellow hue to them and already starting to lift up! Prices were a little high, but I don't mind paying it if they come out good. Looking around the "spa" it didn't look clean, the bathroom was also very dirty as well. Very disappointed, as the only other time I've come here, I had a very similar experience. Will not be back. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. Trust me when I say, there are plenty of better nail salons around than this place. I decided to come here with my mom Before our vacation. We waited on the couch for about 5 minutes and then we got into the pedicure chairs. They started my moms deluxe pedicure immediately and I sat in my chair, unnoticed for a half hour. By the time they started my nails, my moms pedi was almost done. The woman who did my pedicure was super rushed. I'm not even kidding when I say the pedicure took less than 15 minutes. Her polish job was sloppy and she did not wipe the excess polish off my toes. I didn't even get a chance to tell her because she was onto the next customer immediately, before I even stood up. The workers are extremely rude and were talking loudly in Chinese the entire time. That's extremely unprofessional and awkward for a customer. To make matters worse, my "basic" pedicure cost me $33.. That's insane. I can get a deluxe hot stone pedicure at wonder nail for $35 and they actually pay attention to their customers. This place is a joke. It's dirty too. The table next to my chair had nail clippings all over it. So disgusting. Never going back read more

Save your money!!! Went here for a gel manicure after getting engaged and wanted nice nails. Made an appointment for 4 of us to go and we were all rushed. My nails look embarrassingly horrible and when I mentioned that the ANC did not look nice she said it was my fault because my nails were too short... After she filed them all the way down... Almost didn't pay but didn't want to cause a scene and just wanted to get out of there. The worst. read more

I'm new to the area, and was looking for a nail salon. This place is clean and in a good location. It is a bit pricey for the area. The ladies working seemed nice, and they offer you water and have little chocolates to eat which is a nice touch. I had a gel pedicure done, and I've paid a lot less for a lot better. It looked ok in the salon, but when I was able to take a closer look outside, it looked quite sloppy. Gel polish has to be put on correctly, otherwise it just peels off, so I doubt this pedi will last long. I don't think I'll return. I got an AMAZING gel pedi (for less than I paid here) in Saratoga, and might make the drive up next time. read more

I haven't had my nails done professionally in over 15 years. I can do acrylic nails myself but haven't had the time in about 10 years. I decided to treat myself and have them done. I have heard great things about ANC and wanted to try it. I have co-workers who have used this establishment for years and said great things. I went in on a Monday, had the ANC done, they didn't push my cuticles back as with normal acrylic nails. I thought maybe they don't need to with this. My nails came out horrible. The only thing I liked was the color. They are bumpy, crooked, and they are WAY TOO THICK. When I got home, I had to reshape them and they still look odd. They are extremely misshapen. They are wider than my fingers, they started lifting after 2 days. I have seen a better job done by students learning how to do nails. I am extremely disappointed and now I'm hesitant to go anywhere else to get them done in the fear that they will turn out like crap again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I'm not sure what the other reviewers were complaining about, or whether things have just changed a lot there in the past few years, but this place was GREAT! They have cheaper prices than most places in the area. They're cleaner, more friendly, very gentle, and I got the best set of nails I've gotten in years. Highly recommend Susan especially. read more

I was given a gift card for this nail salon so I decided to give it a try. I will NEVER go back. I had "the works" pedicure done, $50, extremely over priced. The woman doing my pedicure cut me twice (drawing blood) and continued as if nothing was wrong. I woke up the following morning and my great toe was red, hot, hard, throbbing, and painful to walk on. It was unsettling to see an infection starting within 12 hours, makes you wonder how well they clean and sterilize their equipment. Within 24 hours I was placed on antibiotics as my entire foot began to show s/s of infection. I called the nail salon to alert them. read more

Traveled to area and was impossible to find a nail salon on yelp with a decent review. Passed by this place on a Sunday, the doors were open and it looks like a new building, so I took a chance and went in. I was greeted by Linh, who did my pedicure. She was super friendly and when she got to the leg and foot massage, she said since this is her first time working on me, she wanted to know if the pressure was okay or if I wanted more or less. In my 15+ years of pedicures, she is the first person to ever ask me that! I guess they only offer spa pedicures, $28. Seems a bit excessive.....spa pedicures where I'm from usually entail something extra, like a leg wrap or extra massage. But, I was grateful to find a clean place open on a Sunday. The reason for the 3* is that she didn't clean the polish off the skin surrounding the nails. I honestly can do a better paint job myself. For that price, I'd expect a lot more attention to this detail. read more
