Went to check this nail place out as it seamed to be reasonable on the price compared to other locations around the area. I really enjoyed it! The place was clean the attendant was very friendly and they even offered drinks. I'm very happy with Amy who took her time and did a very detail job with my mani and pedi. I will definitely go back to see her. They do have a sign that states "Tips preferred cash" but you can definitely tip on the CC. read more

Okay, I think the name of this establishment is deceiving...it's far from being a day spa. It's a regular nail salon with two tiny rooms in the back for massages and facials. It's a fairly decent nail salon and it's clean. They did seem to have the necessary gadgets for facials, but like I said it's not even close to being a day spa. Anyhow, I purchased a deal on mydailydeals.com for a one hour massage plus a one hour facial...so this should have been a two hour event, right? Well, I arrived promptly for my appointment which was scheduled for 11:00 AM, but my technician was almost 15 minutes late, then it took about another 15 minutes to get situated, so my massage finally began at about 11:30 and the whole thing was done at exactly 12:45, which was 45 minutes shorter than it should have been. The massage itself wasn't bad, but it probably would have been much better if the technician didn't keep tyring to engage me in small talk. I'm a naturally talkative person and don't normally mind chatting it up with folks, but massages and facials are supposed to be relaxing and talking is the last thing I want to do. Besides the chatting, the most annoying thing was the technician brought her cell phone into the room and not only did it ring 4-5 times, but she answered it 3 times...now that is completely unacceptable...she should have left the phone outside or put in on silent and she definitely should not have answered it on my time...this is the reason for the two star rating...otherwise I probably would have given 3 stars. They do have relaxing music playing, but you could still hear other people talking and doors/cabinets opening and shutting right on the other side...that sure didn't make it easy to relax. The facial was okay and much shorter in duration than the massage...probably took about 30 minutes for a facial that was supposed to last an hour. I didn't care for the smell of the products used either but my face does feel nice with the exception of my nose which is a little sore from one of the tools that was used. Overall my experience was mediocre at best and I doubt I will be returning even with a mydailydeals discount. read more

I have been a client for almost 5 years. Tami is my technician and she does an excellent job, not only on my hands, but my feet, as well. They are very accommodating of my schedule and have stayed passed closing to finish up my nails. Their tools are always fresh from a package and set for cleaning after each person. The towels are cleaned daily and by the chlorine smell in the shop, you know they are bleached. During the shut down, I worried about Tami, but the minute the State reopened, she called me and got me in, with masks on and shields in place. If you chip a nail or two, they will redo it, free of charge. The crew works together and makes sure that all clients are covered. They have become so well known for their first class work, that I suggest you call for an appointment. If you must walk-in, it is best to do so between 11 and 2, after that they get busy with appointments and regulars, like me! Ty and her staff are first rate! read more

ruddiest ever!! the manicurist was talking to the others the whole time. in their language of course. She was so busy talking, she cut my skin too deep it was breeding, I told her and she said " just a little cut, it's ok" it's NOT ok! then she went on chatting again. no one was friendly at least the entire time, we were even starred at when we came in.. So the session finished. she went to the front to "wait" for her tip. for her performance I kindly tipped her 4 out of $25. she gave me a look. no thank you. don't be fooled by the label, it's nothing like a spa, just an unappealing nails place with unprofessional staff. someone was chewing on a whole cob of corns as we were leaving...they brought ghetto to a whole new level. Went today in my lunch break and Tai did an excellent job! Had to wait about 3 min but was still done in 45 minutes and out the door. I got shellac and it looks great! The place was clean, played relaxing spa music and the ladies were very friendly. I'll be back soon! read more

People who think this place is good probably haven't been to a good nail place. Extremely disappointing. They can't even cut and file your nails. Instead of a 10 minute massage they just gave me 5 mins ... absolutely not worth it. Will never be going back again even though it's a 2 mins drive from my place. read more

Don't get eyelash refills here!! The woman who does them (jenny) talks on the phone while she is trying to work on you. She complains way too much about everything to me. I do not want to hear it. I just want the service I pay for and that is it. The quality of her work is mediocre. I doubt she uses the brand she says. My last time in there, I was a few minutes late and I was refused service. My eyelash lady (Jenny)had started doing a pedicure. Jenny would not look at me or even talk to me. I felt like she didn't care if I came there or not. No customer service skills whatsoever. If you need eyelash extensions, do not go here. There are much better places in town. Do not waste your money. She will also be offended if you are not a good tipper (meaning 20% or more). Run away from this place as fast as you can!!! read more

Great nail and day spa....really cool inside, makes you feel as if you were on an island, I'm just waiting for the cabana boy to come by with fancy drink with a umbrella in it !! Not a day spa. Just a nail salon with waxing rooms in the back. I went there with a friend to have brazilian waxes. My person charged me $15 extra to do the "back strip" but my friend's person didn't. The wax itself was pretty good and thorough, though they still use soft wax with strips and I prefer hard wax. I have a voucher for a second wax and I will go back to use it, but probably won't go back after that. read more

Big NO to this place. Went there during my lunch break this afternoon for quick arm waxing. Should have trusted my intuition and leave immediately after opening the door. Something like 3 people sitting there in the back of the room, no one stood up to greet me. "what you want?"- they screamed from a distance. I had to scream back I need my arms waxed. "Wat??".... Geez. Is it just me or it was a little embarrassing? Yes I have hairy arms. Glad I didn't have to do my bikini line.... Well anyway.... Some lady started my treatment. She used very tiny cloth (probably intended for facial waxing). It took ages to have it done.... Other places take maybe 15 minutes.... It took her 50 .... I had to point spots that she left unwaxed..... ALL. THE. TIME. I was exhausted and stressed out. Hate having hairy spots after I just paid for waxing. So after 30 minutes my arms were sore from holding it in the air.... Was really annoyed with the lady who seemed to perform waxing for the first time ever. And it was expensive. 30 bucks! I pay 20 in another Wietnamise place. Don't ever go there for waxing. Don't know about other services but honestly I don't even want to find out after the waxing experience. read more
