She is so neat, creative and just a cool person to sit with for over an hour :) I found Nail Services after having a bad experience somewhere else, first time I came here to get my nails fixed, Anne was compassionate and gave me a lot of tips on who I can go to for nail art in the future besides her. I went for both pedi and mani. Alex did my feet and was so very gentle the entire time with everything he did!!! All the way down to the door scrub!! I never flinched once. The hot towels were the perfect temp. I then had Stephen do my mani. He was extremely meticulous and took his time. I had gel on my toes and dip powder for my mani. I went to get a mani - pedi here and the pedicure was great! They have great chairs and it lasted a while. although my hands were soaking in acetone the entire time during the pedicure, so when it came time for her to do my nails, they were very brittle. she broke my nails multiple times and could barely even do them. even after i told her to stop filing them, she continued to do so (and wasn't very successful) i would recommend this place for a pedicure, but not for a manicure. read more

I would not recommend this place for anyone. The owner is a married couple, the husband is greedy and extremely misleading. He walks around in all this designer attire, adding services that are unneeded to unto customers bills. I took my daughter there for dip nails and I got dip and a pedicure. Somehow my total ended up being over $200 I wondered why it was so high but paid and left. I went to get my nails at another nail salon and was told I did not have dip, I was informed that I was lied to and that it was acrylic instead on my nails, and had to pay xtra to take it off. I went back to this place to ask why was I lied too and dig into seeing why my. I'll was so high, come to find out he added charges for service l so did not receive, so I was owed a refund instead of apologizing for the situation and being lied too, the wife just gave me a refund of what I was owed and walked off like I did something wrong. read more

This place is just okay...I can't say I wasn't hesitant to sit down for a pedicure. Just on first impression - Nail Service left a lot to be desired. It doesn't seem like cleanliness is a top priority here - when in any nail salon it should be. The place could use a little updated on decor and they should consider replacing their nail polish selection more often. I'm sure everyone has seen polishes where the oils have separated from the color and the color has settled on the bottom. They have plenty of those! The actual service was fine. However, when then tech turned on the pedi chair jets, the plastic cover where the water comes out detached and just floated around my feet for a while. The tech just shrugged and didn't say anything. Also, I noticed that all the tools were worn and did not look clean. I cringed a little. This nail place is terrible. The guy, his name is John I think. He always tells you what to do with your nails. I asked for only Gel polish and he was forcing me to get manicure and pedicure. So I decided to get a pedicure because he was getting on my nerves. But when I got a pedicure, he was forcing me to get jelly pedicure. He needs an attitude check. He's rude. But I just went back yesterday, and they had a new worker. She said she just came from Hawaii. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure. A really wonderful job. It was busy, but she took her time. At first I was kinda skeptical about this place, it looked over crowed for the number of nail techs, but my wait wasn't longer than 5-10 mins. Not the place to go! I had a manicure and eyebrow wax, and neither was done to my satisfaction. My nails weren t filed evenly, and my brows were uneven when I left. One other thing I should note is that this salon does NOT take credit cards for tips, ONLY cash. So, if your technician does a decent job, he/she is just out of luck if you don t carry cash.
