The stylists equipment was dirty, she was on the phone with someone, and kept messing up over and over against. Overall this was a horrible experience and I will not be coming back. I'm very happy with this nail salon. It took me awhile to find a nail salon that I like out here. Mickey does my nails beautiful and the price is really affordable. She take her time and I never feel like she's rushing to get them done. She does great shaping!! Plus I appreciate her patience bc I can never decide on a color so she'll paint two nails if I'm unsure which is great it appreciated. This is definitely my new nail salon. read more

I got an Acrylic Full Set and a Pedicure. Downloaded yelp because of how unfortunate this salon's service was. Lee did such an awful job on my acrylic nails that they fell off within a week. I came back immediately (4 days later) asking if this was normal and Lee said clearly its been longer because of all the growth between my nail bed and the acrylic. Then he insisted i mustve been picking at my nails. I have been getting acrylics for years and have never had them fall off so fast. When I got my nails done was the first time visiting this salon and Lee was annoyed that i didnt tell him what shape i wanted until after he started filing my nails (im used to being asked and am unsure what point in the process im supposed to say this). He is incredibly rude. Luckily, Tony was willing to replace the nails that fell off by this time, but nails keep popping off and it still has yet to be a week. Waste of my time and money! read more

This place is absolutely the worst I have ever been to! First off, the bowls for the pedicures were nasty and dirty. As I got a manicure, they used dirty drill bits that were never cleaned and tried to use toenail clippers on my fingers--almost cutting my skin. As they were filing, they filed so hard that they burned my finger. As I moved my hand quickly due to the pain, not one but three of the employees laughed. It was not funny and insulting to be making fun of a client. I immediately told them it wasn't funny, but they did not care. Tony then came over to see what happened, saw the injury to my finger, and tried to improve things. I was honestly more worried about infection. Now it gets worse. I then see the ladies grab the towels they wrap around their client's legs during a pedicure and throw them in the sink, where we wash our hands. I thought they were hand washing these towels, but nope, they put a cup of downy fabric softener (not cleaning soap) in with the towels and water. Then ringed them out, neatly folded them, and put them in the warmer! Many nail salons have washing machines to wash these towels. Hello, bacteria!! This place is not clean or sanitary at all!! Also, it's sad when the technician next to me watches her phone/movie all while painting another client's nails! We pay a lot for this little pampering, which is no longer cheap or reasonable! But they expect a nice tip anyways!! read more

I have been there twice && everyone is extremis extremely friendly && welcoming. The only think i don't like is that they can't did any designs && they don't have charms. Paid $50 for this gorgeous ombre gel nail set && fill ins here are only $18 so what really is there to complain about. read more

They gave a policy of walk ins welcome. Thus fits my schedule better than making an appointment. But, I won't be back. Three times I went in told them I wanted a pedicure and manicure. I was seated in one of the pedicure chairs the tech was almost done with me, then , I was told I would have to wait to do a manicure as there are people in front of me. Just had a feeling at nail safari and it was probably the worst experience in a nail salon I have ever had. They sat me down and did my filling for my acrylic nails so fast the girl was so lazy she didn't even want to take my polish off so she use her drill to get it off and use the drill on my nails again later on by this time they were so thin it was burning through my nails. She did the entire manicure in 20 minutes she missed so many of the steps my nails came out in the worst time ever seen in my life the only thing I will give her credit for is the fact that she knows how to polish. that was my first time and I will never go back! read more

Okay so I went here about a week ago to get my nails done for graduation. The lady who did my pedicure was amazing, she massaged my legs and feet and it was great. She made sure the design on my toes were even, she was fantastic. The man who did my full set on the other hand was odd I guess I could say. He didn't really size my finger to the nail he was applying. He kinda just put on the glue and eye balled it (idk it was just strange to me bc I've never had a nail tech do that). He didn't really push back my cuticle or anything before he put the fake nail on. Some of my nails came out kinda uneven. Then when he was putting on the clear coat, the clear coat was kinda tainted with this hot pink color. So on my nude nails you could see hot pink "spots". I kinda wish I asked the lady who did my pedicure todo my full set but overall I would def go back for the pedicure. read more

I had a GC for this place , I thought why not try them. I got a mani/pedi. The pedicure is just horrendous. Polish is all over my toes, dried skin not cut off, no consistency in length. My mani is ok. But won't go back. Like I mentioned, I had a gift certificate. There was no expiration date. And I saw the price of pedicures hasn't changed since I received the GC. The manager refused the GC . They changed owners since I got the certificate. That's not my problem. So bottom line, they stole my friends $25.00. With no expiration date, it should have been honored. I won't be going back and will not recommend this salon to no one. read more

First visit, last visit. Greeted when walked in. Asked the price for regular pedi and a fill. I was told the price and no other questions asked. When I started my pedi the employees looked at my nails and the price changed. Not only did the price change it changed 3 times. At that time I declined getting my nails filled. The employees began speaking in a foreign language that made me very uncomfortable being the only patron one can wonder about the conversation. I finished my pedi, paid and left.
