As a whole, the salon seems to really care about customer service so I'm revising my review but leaving my original review below as an fyi. *** I requested brown nails and tortoiseshell design in two of my nails and got ... not that. And when I tried to ask about it, the nail tech (Olivia) acted like I was the one who was confused/ didn't know what I was talking about. I asked Olivia whether tortoiseshell design is usually at least three colors, she told me it's just two. Looking it up it's obvious that it's usually 3-5 colors and even if you didn't know that you'd know the design I got looks nothing like tortoiseshell. read more

I should have taken a photo of my friend's nails - they did a gorgeous job working from a picture she provided and for all the custom design work it was only around $90! (I have seen quotes in the $150 - $200 range for similar work -- so good value for the quality!) I got a regular mani/pedi - I think the pedicures are a little pricier that other places, but they did a wonderful job and two weeks later my toes still look great And so are my nails Sometimes, by week 2 they are already peeling and looking pretty bad - but I may get away with three weeks at this point! I have been to a few places where they constantly over book but here we were seen right away (instead of 30 minutes after our appointment) and I didn't feel like they rushed through my treatments ... which come to think of it might also be why they are lasting longer! Definitely recommend. Definitely will be back! TIP: the team member who does the nail design work is fantastic! But she isn't always in, so if you want something specific I recommend calling to schedule your appointment. read more

The only reason I am giving 2 is because the owner at least attempts to fix situations but I think more qualified people need to be working there. I have had about two good experiences here. Out of 7 I'd say. I went for a gel pedicure today and got put with Lucas. I was not asked how I wanted my toes shaped or cut and they ended up being extremely short. Following that, I had to switch from a french to all white because of the length and shape. The gel polish got put on so thick and was not cleaned up with a brush, only his nail which smeared the nail polish. Once done, I look at my toes and they are just not even recognizable. I left & came back in once calmed down and asked to have the polish removed. This is the second time the manager has offered to fix one of his technicians mistakes. The last time I went i just got a full set, square with french and they were lumpy and not painted correctly at all. Tony fixed them. Back to today, he put overlay on my toes to help get the length back, but then the same technician who did my nails in the first place, came in in the middle and took over. These are slightly better, however the other toes that Lucas did are still thick and not buff. The polish was being put on as regular polish. I don't get it. I did not get lotion & oil with the little massage at the end either. Both times. All in all, i appreciate the attempt to "fix" my toenails however leaving in the middle of a job you started and said you would fix is not ideal and I still have to either fix them myself or go somewhere more professional. Having to fix someone's nails back to back is crazy. read more

Husband and I went in for pedicures. His was ok, very rushed and the tech didn't say a single word the whole time. But I had Tony and he had great energy and was probably the most friendly tech I've ever had anywhere! My Pedicure was nice and nails looked great, but I do think whatever product they used isn't very moisturizing (we got the signature Ritual delux pedis or something like that) bc my feet felt dry and they usually aren't. I had not had any sort of professional nail service done in almost 10 years (because of a poor experience elsewhere!) until I came to Mia at Nail Ritual and got a diamond gel manicure as a wedding nail trial last week. The salon was easy to find, clean and quiet inside, and nicely decorated. There were other women having services done, but I did not have to wait long at all after my appointment time. Needing guidance, I was so glad that Mia was kind and patient with me. She helped me understand the color wall, my choices, and ultimately my best option (diamond gel to protect my natural nail instead of acrylic or dip). excellent pedicures and dip manicures every single time by every technician. first, they have an abundance of color options, which I love b/c other salons seem to only have a few nail colors to choose from, especially for dip. second, my nails are never lumpy or uneven, whether I have dip on my natural nail or tips, it's smooth and even. they even do designs, though I'm usually to conservative to get them. third, it's not like other nail spas where there is only one really good person and if you don't get them, you're out of luck. This is the worst nail place I've been to. I took my mom to this place for a manicure, they literally ruined her nails, messed it up. The pedicure was awful. All done in 10 mins. Never going to go back! Steer clear of this place. This is in response to the owners response to my original review Dear owner, I can read and write. Believe me!!!! So don't insult my intelligence. Ok? Go check your records. We had two appointments under Beth's name @ 5 pm. The pedicure took less than 15 mins, she did not even cut the edges of my nails. She sold the $55 package to me! All she did was cut my nails, put some cheap scrub on my legs and washed it off in 2 mins. Then she put nail polish on my nails and that's it. She did not spend even 15 mins! So don't tell me that you have surveillance cameras all over the place. Instead of that, Learn to do your job properly. The guy who manicured my mom's nail didn't even soak her nails in water for 3 mins. he cut the edges dry, her nails were sharp as a knife. So I had to take her to the old nail salon to fix it. All the corners of her nail bled because they were not softened enough and...! So instead of trying to cover up your poor quality and poor costumer service, you could have apologized and get done with it. read more

I went on 06/12/2024 in the morning (two days ago from this review) to get a refill/new set of gel for my birthday that my boyfriend had treated me to. I was looking for a nail salon in Vienna since I recently moved to the area and this one had good pictures and reviews so I decided to give it a try. We got there with an appointment at 10am we had made on the phone the night prior but there seemed to be no registry of, they still took us in as it looked to be a slow day. We sat down and a nice young man started to file the color off my acrylics for a soak off service, for some reason he did two different methods on each hand to remove my acrylic nails, on the left hand the regular soaked cotton ball and wrap in foil which is the easier way, and in my right hand he started attempting to remove them by cutting the acrylic with a regular nail clipper and put a nail tip between my nail and the acrylic to forcefully lift it (at which I should've said something but didn't) he lifted 4 of them and in two of them he got some of my own nail off but it wasn't until he was doing my pinky nail that it hurt because of how much pressure he put and he got almost of the grown nail at the bottom off and it started to bleed. He did apologize a couple times but I just don't get why he did different methods. I couldn't get a new set of gel with extensions because I was afraid of a possible infection having an open wound on my nail so I asked for just a clear coat and French tips that didn't even last two days and I payed $45 for, they started peeling off today! I don't write reviews like this until it really calls for it, but this was an experience I wish I could've avoided.
