I went as a last min resorg. They closed at 7pm i got there at 6. The guy wax complaining the whole time. Then he went to clean my nail and ripped the gel paint off!! I asked him to make sure it was dry for fear of peeling. He rushed me out the door. My gel did not cure this is what i was left with after 50$. Will not go there again read more

I went in because this place was open later than all others, and I wanted to prep my feet for summertime. I was here several months ago and I am STILL paying the consequences. The place was very small, and as I tried to navigate picking a polish, the employees would scoff. The lady was SO RUDE. I picked a color and she told me i should pick a different color because the color i picked would look ugly for my skin tone. She talked me into getting an OPI color, which later I found out was $1 more. She argued with me. And then she didn't use a base coat, and left me without a top coat and i had to talk the other guy into putting one on. I have never had a painful pedicure until this place, and my toes have hurt ever since. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing but this was nothing but stressful. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I'm only giving two stars because of the girl who painted my nails was wonderful but I got my nails done today at one I sat under the dryer for thirty min every thing looked perfect... but my nails were still not "dry" two hours later I go in and show them and they they told me regular nail polish takes longer when it's really just that they are using crappy polish... the girl had to put thinner in my polish twice I would not recommend using them if your going to just get a "regular nail polish". read more

I actually read the reviews before getting a manicure at this place and I figured it couldn't be that bad since I was only getting a regular manicure. Oh, I was wrong. From the moment the "technician" began my manicure, I knew it wasn't going to be good. She did an awful job removing my cuticles, the "massage" was actually painful, and she didn't use a base coat!! When I asked about a base coat, the "technician" said they stopped using a base coat on their clients a long time ago. HUH?! Needless to say, my nails do not look very good after my "manicure." I really hope they read these reviews and get it together. read more

They cut my toe nails with a cuticle clipper. They used a razor to remove my dead skin. I had to remind they lady to use a base coat. The lady was rough rough. I did not enjoy this pedicure at all! I do not recommend that anyone come here unless of course you like it rough read more

Not a good salon, took my sister to get her nails done with me I got a French manicure and she just got a regular acrylic set. My nails have been hurting ever since I got them done which is unusual because I've gotten my nails done many times before. The technician is way to rough when using the drill. They don't have the proper equipment, to cut the nail they use scissors and to dry your nails they use a small fan...their shop is not very organized (the nail polishes are disorganized and have weird cheap brands with an exception of O.P.I. And you have to pay extra for it.). They are also very rude and could care less about you or your nails. read more

I stopped by this nail place at the mall because the one I've gone to for 2 years inside at the opposite end closed. Do NOT go here for a pedicure. The first sign of a problem should have been the no refunds sign on the wall... after they made me prepay for my services. They don't trim your toe nails even when you ask them to. I'm pregnant and needed the help. They don't trim the cuticles. Then they didn't put a base coat under the polish, which will cause discoloration, and did a shoddy job on the polish job, leaving a lot of bare spots in some areas, and excess polish on my skin in others. The absolute WORST part was that after I was finished and sitting aside to dry, they took a group of 3 for pedicures. They didn't wash/sanitize the foot bath OR the tools after they finished me before starting right in on the next client, which is unsanitary and against the LAW. They should have their license revoked. I went home, removed all the polish and soaked my feet in some rubbing alcohol to disinfect. So disgusted. read more

I went in to get a polish change only on my hands and feet. I took my own polish and asked for one nail to be a different color-I had both colors. She could not find a base coat so she used top coat on base but she wasn't going to use that if I had not asked. When I got ready to pay I was overcharged. When I asked about the price she argued with me. It was more than their menu board prices. She said I had "nail art." And to top it all off they didn't do a good job of painting them even. I paid $19 which is ridiculous for this type of shop. And they charge $1 extra for OPI and Sinful brand which is unheard of (not that I used theirs, but just pointing it out). And they have signs on the wall that you may have to pre-pay for service and no refunds. And of course my polish was coming off in less than 24 hours because they did not use a base coat! read more

I needed a place to go on lunch because I needs a full set. I went in to get a full set and the lady did not cover my full nail with the powder. So I asked about it and she said I'll do extra for you. I don't want you to do extra for me I want it done right. Then when I mentioned after she went back over to add more powder did she see that gaps were in my nails. Needless to say I got my nails done Monday I was in my regular shop which is by my house on Wednesday and my nails were already lifting! It was the worse job ever! I even showed her afterwards and complained she said I don't know what you want. I never leave a bad review but I would never suggest anyone to go here! EVER!!! They have a sign that says we reserve the right to request payment before service. They should have one that says offers refund or new service for poor attitude and lack of commitment to quality work! read more

This is a tiny nail shop by Sears at the Wolfchase mall. They have three pedicure chairs and about six manicure stations. When I went in today for a manicure and pedicure, there were three people working, and I got right in. I thought they did an average job, and the price for my shellac manicure and regular pedicure was $60 plus tip--better than some of the "classier" places around town if you're not looking for anything super special. read more

The owner is rude and disrespectful to customers. My polished (shellac) started peeling less than 24 hours after my visit. I went back to ask the technician to redo the job. I took my daughter to have her a manicure done for her birthday weekend and we got the worst attitude from the man.. not just that but he was so rude to my daughter while doing her nails. I went in and asked for them to remove the acrylic nails I had from my wedding. Rather than file or soak, lady tries to pry them off and blamed my "thin nails" for it hurting. I told her to quit and soak them off. 2nd lady who checked on me did same, but at least had the sense to use electric drill to file down the acrylic nail and then soak it, which is what I had expected. They clearly have no concern for the health of your nails. I would never recommend them read more

I would recommend everyone to NOT go to the wolfchase mall nail salon. Working in customer service I know how I should be treated. When asking if they could fix their mistake the lady told me "go somewhere else to get it fixed" three days after being put on... I do not often write reviews but today's terrible service inspired me because I do not want anyone else to endure what I had to. I was in need of a fill and was in the mall and decided to try the nail salon there. I noticed immediately that the place looked run down. It is a little dingy. Not the type of salon that I am used to. The woman who did my nails was extremely abrupt. I am a friendly person so I tried to create light conversation with her but she did not seem to want to engage. Instead of nicely asking me to move my hands she would push them out of her way, which came off very rude. She made no attempts to make me feel welcome. I always consider getting my nails done as something I am doing to pamper myself it is something that I am doing to relax and is also a treat. I did not feel relaxed at all, the tech was too busy playing on her phone or filing her own nails to pay any attention to me. I told her that I did not want my nails quite as long as they were and if she could please file them down,she barely filed them down they really looked about the same, not nearly what I had expected and charged me three dollars to do so. When I finally got my final bill it was six dollars more than what the fill is listed on their price board. When I questioned it she told me it was because I had my nails cut which was not the case they were barely filed. I was so irritated with this bad service I was receiving I just accepted to charge and moved on. As I was filling out the credit card slip she stayed right in front of me the whole time and then examined the tip which I found to be extremely rude. Tips must be earned. I usually tip in cash and I usually tip at least 50 to 60% of my bill because I am a server and I understand what it is like to live off tips, however this time was the exception and I only tipped the minimum which I have never done. I tip according to customer service, and there isn't any at all at this place. I would not recommend. There are way too many other nail salons around to settle for this one. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Terrible service and very unprofessional. A pedicure for my child and I was 65 dollars and they did a horrible job. Didn't put top coat on polish and you have to let the polish air dry because they don't have the equipment for a proper pedicure. They shouldn't even be in the mall establishment. Just terrible.
