I was very explicit in asking her not to cut or file my nails down to the "nub," and while she nodded and seemed to understand, she did the exact opposite. Beyond the length, she clipped away at my cuticles for so long that they are now extremely raw, partially bleeding, and so sore that I can't even stand in the shower without stinging pain. My biggest concern now is the risk of infection given how deep she clipped into the skin. While Linda was very nice, she didn't follow my simple instructions, and I left with damaged, vulnerable skin instead of a relaxing service. I like the atmosphere here, but the lack of care for my physical comfort was a major issue. *Please note that photos of ankle scar is caused by a previous operation, the zoomed in photo is where you can see the new open wounds the salon left from aggressively scrubbing with a dry, hard (& cheap) sponge.*

Still waiting and then the wax lady says she'll just come back, well you don't want to lose the money so you tell her to go ahead to the back stop working on the person you was waiting on and go to the back to do her wax. Then one of the other technicians finish well instead of you tell me who has now been waiting 45 minutes to go to the pedicure area you tell the person who came in after I had already been waiting 30 min to go to the pedi area meanwhile I'm still waiting. Oh okay I politely walked myself right on out, I can't change that I decided to give them a chance or that I waited 45 minutes but I can change me spending my hard earned money with them. They were so busy I was the last customer but nobody had any attitude and never rushed to finish the job. Tracy took her time and made sure each nail looked like the picture.

I do not recommend this place! They also did not have a working drying station. She sat me at the "drying station" and turned on a dusty old small fan to dry my toes.
