The first place I looked up was not open on Mondays which is a common thing for those of us who frequent the nail and hair salon. Was grateful to find this place open on a Monday and willing to take walk-ins. Yay The shop is located in the small strip mall that does seem to be having a little bit of construction outside so be careful as you navigate through the entrance. I had no wait as a walk-in and asked for an sns manicure and a regular pedicure. They're basic pedicure goes for 30 bucks and includes a very thorough, callous removal. I've never had my feet so smooth and I go to the nail shop on the regular. All of their pedicure chairs are also massage chairs so make sure to take advantage of that as soon as you sit down. Great nail color selection and they were able to easily match my toenail polish to one of the dip colors. Dip ran around $45 if I remember correct. It was very quick and efficient, done while I was still in the pedicure chair and extremely neat. No excess polish stuck in my cuticles or on my fingers. The staff here are super considerate and removed a tip at no charge for a woman who came in randomly as I was sitting under the UV light drying my toes. I would definitely come back again and I'm honestly surprised the rating for this place is not higher.

None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.

The reason I no longer go there is because front desk/managers/powers that be can't abide by their scheduling. If you don't have a 10am appt, you won't be seen at the time of your appt. I gave the establishment several opportunities, but there were many times I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appt time even when I show up earlier. This last time my daughter was waiting 30 minutes and was told by the person who makes her rounds that "the person before you was a walk in so we can't control that." Unfortunately, we will be going elsewhere. If we are mindful of their time by making appointments and being on time, they, as an established business, be mindful as well.

The person I had got a little to cut happy with my cuticle on my right thumb. She has trimmed it and it bled-not excessively but enough for me to watch her like a hawk. I went without any additional service of polish - decided to immediately wash my hands to prevent any further infection. She did apologize and had provided some antiseptic for the bleeding that occurred. This is not my usual salon so I knew my expectations- with that said-this will be my last time coming here. Positive note the Royal Pedicure was really nice - my feet were a lot better - my manicure was not great at all.
