The reason I no longer go there is because front desk/managers/powers that be can't abide by their scheduling. If you don't have a 10am appt, you won't be seen at the time of your appt. I gave the establishment several opportunities, but there were many times I had to wait over 45 minutes for my appt time even when I show up earlier. This last time my daughter was waiting 30 minutes and was told by the person who makes her rounds that "the person before you was a walk in so we can't control that." Unfortunately, we will be going elsewhere. If we are mindful of their time by making appointments and being on time, they, as an established business, be mindful as well.

Paint on my toes was sloppy and had already come off by day four. Mani left me with more to trim and it looks like I never ever had a mani. Massage lasted a whole min and thirty seconds. My toe nails are uneven and look a mess. Maybe they should spend more money on training and education than making the place look so fancy. It's like putting lipstick on a pig. And now I'm wearing a pig on my toes and finger. Absolutely avoid this place. They probably don't sanitize properly as the use those wasteful bags to cover the pedi bowl instead of properly cleaning it. Wish I could get my $75 back.
