Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I felt so rushed (even after making an appointment). They had children's pedicure chairs which is why I tried them out in the first place. Not worth it. My daughters pedicure was so short it may as well have been just a polish change! My pedicure was rushed and when I looked at my toes the polish wasn't even on correctly :(. My manicure I scheduled a pink and white fill. The guy rushed and said he didn't even have time to do it. The fill was terrible and lifted two days later. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt and give them a second try... I will not be back and I do not recommended this place to anyone who asks. This review was submitted about the store in Burlington Washington. The individual who believes I posted this for the Mill Creek business and apparently it means I am trying to ruin their business THREE YEARS LATER honestly never have set foot in your place and I won't. read more

I want to give this place five stars, but the prices do seem to change. They have always treated my family and I really well. My husband loves the hot stone pedicure. My daughter loves getting her nails done and when she gets a pedicure they have two cute kitty chairs for your younger child to soak their troubles away. I almost always get a french manicure but this last time I decided to switch it up and was given excellent suggestions. read more

I went here several times when it was Sassy Nails. It's pretty hit or miss. I just went 4 days ago for a shellac manicure and my fill. My polish is already peeling off my nails, and it's only been four days! I mean.. it's shellac.. that shit is supposed to last for two weeks. I should know.. I've been having my nails done professionally for over 15 years. The female technician seemed a bit shaky and I had to tell her to make sure she smoothed my acrylic down well, or my nails would lift too quick. She asked me if I wanted them "thick" or "thin". I just want it so that my fill and polish lasts for more than 4 days. It's really hard to find someone who actually knows what they are doing. I went to Jabooda nails two weeks before this, and Tom was amazing. I only went to nail masters this time because Jabooda was too busy. I won't go back to this salon again. I'm tired of paying these prices, giving a tip, and getting crappy service. read more

I walked in for two separate appointments and they were well accommodating! The first walk-in was for an eyebrow wax and clean up. It has been a long while since I was able to just walk into a salon for an eyebrow wax. But they were accommodating and professional. I asked questions about their other services BUT wasn't pressured into getting them then and there, unlike other salons where they try and sell you services. So I was happy with the results and the service altogether! The second walk-in was fantastic, still no appointment but was very accommodating. I asked for a mani-pedi. The pedicure came first since it was easier for them. I had no preferences. Not THE BEST massage chairs but they were still a massage chair at all, I don't even think I've been to a salon that doesn't have massage chairs. Anyway..... They politely offered the sugar scrub and massage for my legs. That was amazing, but sorry not for the price on it. The amazing service on my nails though, I love, love, love! I wanted to get acrylic nails ( full set) because that's all I knew. (Not much for the options,... I get what I got when I first did back in the day) I wanted specifically, french tips with colored fake nail, with a one finger different color thing.... They educated me a little on the different color powder.... that changed my life! It's what will keep me going back to this salon! THEY WERE AMAZING..... small factors here and there, but loved my experience. BTW it's better you pay with cash then with card, it's a little cheaper!!!! read more

The only reason I am not giving them "5 Stars" is because despite my confirmed appointment time of 9AM (I indicated when placing the appointment that I would be arriving from Seattle en route to the Anacortes ferry terminal and, therefore, needed to make sure I was running on time) the first employee did not arrive to open the salon until 9:20AM, followed shortly by the rest of the employees casually arriving. Not one of 4-5 employees seemed concerned as though tardiness is a regular occurrence. I happen to feel strongly that my time is as valuable as others and expect the same, reasonable reciprocation. Aside from that, the place really is quite nice and far above and beyond, both in terms of the service provided and the aesthetics of the salon, any other similar-priced, strip-mall type, nail salon I have visited for a mani & pedi in all of my adult years. The employees were all extremely pleasant, well groomed, and detail oriented in their work (I had the mani & pedi at the same time so was worked on by two women). I cannot emphasize enough the vast difference in the appearance and aesthetic quality of this salon compared to others. The salon is truly warm and inviting and decorated in a classy, eye-pleasing manner. Furthermore, I generally am only capable of keeping my finger nail polish looking fresh for 2-3 days at most, but I am now going on 5 days and they are still chip-free and looking beautiful! If you're heading to the ferry, driving through Burlington, or happen to live in this area, this is the place you should be going; you won't be disappointed!! If I have another opportunity to visit the salon I will certainly do so. And, if the next time I visit they are more prompt than the last, I will absolutely be updating my review and giving them the 5 stars I am sure they are capable of. read more

Awful service. Been there twice and both times my nails are left fat, bumpy, and uneven. Don't recommend at all.

I tried Nail Masters per a recommendation from another salon. It did not disappoint. I called ahead to book an appointment but there was no need on a Tuesday evening. My pedicure was great, with more-than-usual massage, scrubbing and even a hot stone massage. The chairs were pretty new and very comfy. My gel french-tip manicure was great, and super speedy! Most employees spoke great English (not a requirement but fun if you want to chat with the technician during your appointment.) There was a great selection of colors, OPI polish, and a pretty atmosphere. I will certainly be back. The only small thing that doesn't make this a 5-star establishment were the spiders in the window. A good dusting will change my mind on that. read more

I took my daughter & niece here, both got full set. I got a pedicure and got a glittery color. The sugar scrub and hot stone was delightful. read more

First nail place I've been to since I moved to Washington and I'm so happy. By far the most amazing salon ive been to. Kenny was the sweet young man who did my nails this morning. He did a fantastic job and I cant wait to go back. Really pretty calm atmosphere. Quick not sloppy. Clean and sanitary. Very pleased, great prices. read more

Tammi was amazing and my nails were just what I wanted! The staff were all kind and helpful!

My favorite nail place in Skagit county. Friendly and they always try to fit you in if possible. Covid procedures are followed strictly and they are doing a great job keeping the business open and everyone healthy. If you want fantastic service and good company this is the place to go! read more

This is my second time here. They are pretty fast. But all about the money. Lady asked me twice if I was paying with cash or card . Twice I asked for the total FIRST. Then when I paid cash and gave tip, she said out loud what the total was and that the tip wasn't right, shaking her head. I was very upset by this. I won't be back. So rude! read more

Phuoc did an amazing job on my nails! I came in asking for a complicated nail art design and he nailed it. I am definitely recommending this salon to my friends. read more

I had gels put on last Thursday, right before my trip to Vegas. While on my trip my nails chipped off. Tuesday I went back in to Nail Masters (with only 2 dinners still with polish on them) and asked that they redo my nails. I asked (since they had to remove the polish) fir a color change. They then got rude and told me I would have to pay fir it. I'm sorry, but I dropped $35 (after tip) to get my nails done and it was faulty. They refused to slow me to change my color. It was more the customer service then anything because then they started speaking in their North Korean native tongue.... don't go there, it's not worth it. read more

ZERO STARS!!!! Went with my Mom and daughter. Was told 20 minutes. Fine. Start working on Mom (pedi only), then my daughter (mani-pedi). 95 minutes later, my water has been changed TWICE, Mom & Daughter DONE, and I still sit there. Sorry. Not going to make my Mom and daughter wait for my mani pedi. Rude lady/manager. Never. Again. read more

Was looking for a local nail salon and friends liked their pedi or Mani done here. I agree my pedi was well done. The tech was efficient and worked carefully and completely to trim my nails. I've waited a week to see if the polish holds, and do far no complaints. read more

I loved how my nails looked the many times I went there. She was fast and did a great job. I also like that they use liners in their pedicure bowls (and they have new chairs)... however I won't be going back and gave this a low rating due to the extremely disappointing (and almost rude) customer service. They don't take appts on Sunday as I was told by the owner when I called on Saturday. I arrived before the salon opened (b/c I wanted a specific person) and there was another client there who apparently "HAD made an appointment" with the same person I wanted. The customer had called the day before and spoke to the technician directly and made the appt. That was very frustrating (and confusing!) then I was told it would be 2 hours until "anyone could do my nails". I came back after 2 hours and was completely ignored as I sat there. I was aware of other customer's issues with their customer service and had experienced problems before when trying to make appointments with a specific person so this was the last straw for me. I left. I normally don't write negative reviews but this experience was so frustrating and disheartening I wanted to post. Perhaps they will read their reviews and make changes in how they manage client appointments. I won't be going back. read more

I normally have a great time here, but Thursday I wanted them to put my confetti top coat polish on. The woman refused to do it the way I wanted and insisted she knew what she was doing. This is exactly why I do it myself at home. So I just did it myself in the salon. Including the top coat. Very small tip. read more

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! Everyone is super friendly, they play good music/good tv. My nails always turn out perfect, they have alot of colors to choose from. The building is also very clean and nice looking! read more

On the spendier side for a pedicure, but the experience and atmosphere are well worth it! I have a foot injury, and the pedicurist was exceptionally gentle. My 6-yo son was with me, and they treated him like royalty. Highly recommend! read more

This was hands down (pun intended) the worst experience I have had. The technicians were rude and insulting. I already knew my nails were not in the best condition but I certainly did not need to be made to feel humiliated. To top it all off while my nails were drying the employee picked up my purse and went through it to look for my wallet so he could get my credit card and run it. I have NEVER experienced such bad manners and customer service, I was a new customer and will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Came with my friend and was told to wait an hour and after that hour we were ignored and told to wait an additional 30 minutes. Then after being seen my nail tech said he couldn't complete what color or design I asked for and proceeded to do what he wanted. My nails were cut so far into the bed it was painful. They're all uneven and crooked. Was severely overcharged and was pressured to leave a bigger tip than deserved. Never again. read more

I used to come here on a regular basis for the deluxe pedicure but don't anymore because the last three times that I have been, I've been overcharged and received lousy service. Will never be coming back. The last time I was there I felt rushed, my leg massage was literally two seconds, and was overcharged by $10! In search of a new and better place! Please save your money and go elsewhere. read more

I've gone other places to get my toes done but they are by far the best! Jana and Ken are our favorites! They are reasonably priced and Jana even put a softball drawing on my toe for my daughters softball tournament. Thanks nail masters! read more

I will never go anywhere else again. If you are complaining about price please remember that you get what you pay for. Every fill I have had here was nothing but a great experience. They introduced me to gel polish on my acrylic nails. I've loved every visit. I don't know how I missed this place considering I worked in this plaza for years. I get a fill every two weeks and treat myself and my kids to pedicures once a month. I really appreciate their quality work and clean professional establishment. read more

I have been here before and thought it was fine, this time I pull up and an employee is outside the front smoking. I go in and the place smells like an ash tray. There are so many other nail places nearby, I won't be back read more

I love Nail Masters. Ben is absolutely fabulous. He always takes care of me and is super fast (even with white fills!). The staff are great even when I bring all my kids in with me. My nails never chip and look good for weeks. read more

I love Annies nails. They are as close to perfect as I have ever had and she doesn't hurt me.

I've been coming here for a long time to get my nails and toes done and it was great. But...The service has gone down. I feel that they rush to get you done even when you do the up grade and pay more. I got my toes done and when I was finished the girl had asked me to go to the dryer and that was fine but I didn't wear my flip flops that day. I had asked her for some disposable ones and she said she had none. I was disgusted to walk on the floor but she kept saying they clean the floor all the time. I get to the dryer and then another girl brings me the Sandals. I was so angry. Not a great way to treat a regular. I will never go back. read more

Not a bad spot. Ambience-wise, it tops the list (in the front, anyway...I can't comment on the pedicure spot in the back). The girl that did my nails seemed to be in a rush, and it took me three rounds to make her understand I wanted them narrower at the top. She finally got it, for the most part, and we moved on. The place is super-clean, and aside from feeling like they just want to push people out the door, it's a place I'll probably go again. $32 + change for my full set with white tips. read more

Very attentive staff, beautiful salon with high end chairs and painted in calming colors with a waterfall feature too. Not a high turnover, so it's easy to find your favorite person and the prices are fair. I've even treated my daughter to their children's pedicure. read more

I've been going here for a while now and have never been so pissed of when I left! First of all I walked in and 3 employees are just standing there talking and don't acknowledge me, then the girl that finally said she would help me was rude and was rushing to finish my nails and didn't even let my nails dry!(I got gel) So now they are all messed up! Then I went to pay and of course took forever!! Never going back there!! read more

I loved the work they did today for my family and I! They were so enjoyable to wok with and took their time with the small details of my nails. I'll definitely be going back ! read more

Nail Masters - Love the design they made up for me! - Nail Salons Near Me - Burlington, Washington

My mom had a great woman who was sweet and about quality to make it a good experience. Unfortunately, my experience was rushed and not about quality at all. She kept asking "cash or card" rushed me from my seat, which was empty in the pedicure section, to pay and sit under the light where I was placed in the corner of the crowded shop. Will not go back there. read more

I tried Nail Masters for the first time last night and it was not my favorite. Went in for a mani pedi in the evening. The pedicure felt rushed. I got the less expensive one, but even that felt like too much given the level of service. The man who was doing my mani got a little to close on one of my cuticles and I bled quite a bit. We did each other Nail while we waited for the bleeding to stop on that one finger. He was very apologetic and I appreciated that. However, no one offered me any sort of discount for the mishap. That left me feeling pretty dissatisfied. At the end of the day I paid $60 for a lackluster pedicure and a painful manicure. Not sure I'll be going back... read more

I've been to a few nails places around skagit and nothing compares to this one. Despite it having a constant flow of people coming in, the work they do with the amount of time that they have is absolutely amazing. Also I 100% recommend Tami! read more

I normally go to Aloha in Mount Vernon, but this place was open earlier so my SIL and I decided to try it out. Very relaxing atmosphere, lower lighting in the room which is nice (pendant lights over each pedicure station). Overall very happy with our pedicures, the ladies took their time, we each had the sugar scrub which was great, they do a hot stone massage as well. We would have brought cash to get 2$ off if we would have known, not a big deal though. Compared to Aloha, we for sure got more for our money. It was very clean there too, I think they've recently done some renovations. read more

The 1st Time I came here it was very nice. Work was efficient and the wait time was maybe less than 5 min. The second time was absolutely HORRIBLE. To start out waited for 20 min before being seated. When the lady was measuring the nails to mine she'd glue them on and then rip it bc she'd realized they were to big for my own.. She was so rough on filing the nails that my fingers actually hurt for 2 days!!!!! And the icing on the cake was one of the techs YELLING at my mother to put her nails under the UV light. My mom just wanted to see her nails and POINT OUT THEY WERE BEING POORLY PAINTED, but the tech just yelled at her making all the costumers turn and look. My mother was absolutely shocked that she got yelled at and still had to pay FULL PRICE after being disrespected and ended up leaving w a poorly job done read more

I have been to this salon about 3 times. The first two times were fine, I didn't have a problem but it wasn't amazing service. The last time I went, the man that did my nails made me bleed on 3 different fingers while doing my cuticles and kept picking at them after they were already bleeding! On top of that, my nails looked horrible and uneven. I don't plan on going back. read more

I wasn't very pleased. I made a appointment and they didn't start in my nails til 10 or so min after. Instead of using finger nail polish to remove the 3 coats of black on my nails they used a electric file which is not good for your nails at all. If you don't tell them specifically what you want they charge you way more. My friend was also getting her toes done at the time and said it was very unsanitary. read more
