My nail artist filed so close that I actually flinched my foot away and my toe started to bleed. If I'm paying $35 for a pedicure, don't make my toe bleed maybe? I heard all good things on Facebook so I checked these guys out since I'm new to the area. I arrived and they took me right away, and I sat with Anna. She was in a terrible mood and kept looking around. She rushed through my nails, and there are some mess ups. Most of my nails are filed on a slant and there are some bubbles in my top coat. The massage was her one handedly smacking my back for 5 times. I think I was in and out in 20 mins and the cost, $30!!! I tipped her 20% percent but I'm so disappointed. Seemed like she was rushing through to the next to get in as many people as possible. I'm used to nail salons taking their time and actually pretending like they're in a good mood. I won't be back. Gave this nail place another try after not liking it in the past. I was there about 3 weeks ago and the man was doing my nails. I noticed the entire time he was doing my nails he was on a phone call. Then my acrylic nails broke the next day because he didn't put a new tip on it. I noticed they just fill your nail in with acrylic powder but don't apply a new tip. I was very unhappy with the result of my nails. read more

By far the best nail salon in Doylestown (and yes I believe I've been to them all). A very modern, clean, and reasonably priced salon with incredibly friendly staff who really takes their time. They always set a 5 minute timer and massage your back while your nails dry or during your pedicure for that full five minutes. ALWAYS. I've been here 4 times since they've opened and it's been consistently fabulous. I have very long natural nails and two of them broke and they were able to fix them flawlessly, and recommend I do gel powder instead of polish for the strength. I did, and it looks great. read more

Came here for the first time excited to get a pedicure but the technician didn't have a clue. He clipped my nails never did the cuticles and or anything. It took every bit of 5 mins. The lady at her front thought it was funny. For $28 it was terrible and they have the worse customer service. Well never come back here again. I treated my bestie to a pedicure here last week. I have a callous on the side of my great toe and they said it would cost extra to slough if off. What? Any other place I've ever been includes it the regular pedicure. So I went from $28 to $40! That's not the worst of it. My girlfriend has a skin condition and her technician was practically yelling at her that her feet were "very, very dry." It was like she was trying to shame her. I think this tech needs anger management. She took a razor to the bottom of her foot from the ball down through the arch. The next day her feet were raw and she couldn't put weight on them for 2 days. Stay away! I'll stick with Rainbow Nails from now on. read more

I took my wife here for a nice pre vacation/pregnancy appreciation day and we had a great time! I am 39 years old and this was my first pedicure experience and man have I been missing out. Guys, you should do this with your significant other. Not only will your wife greatly appreciate it but you sit in a massaging chair the whole time with your feet in warm water. I made an appointment here over a week ago for 10 am and when I arrived at 10:00 they informed me that I would have to wait for 10 minutes. 25 minutes later and they had still not seen me and seemed annoyed when I asked how long the wait would be. Good service and they do a GREAT job with nails! I have had tips done here and dip powder. They do great all around.

I have been here twice and both times were bad. The first time I went in I got a pedicure and gel manicure with tips. The pedicure was fine but the manicure tips were put on crooked and they did nothing when I mentioned it to them so I had to file them down myself when I got home. The second time was yesterday and I got dip nail polish which came out super thick and puffy and I asked him three times to file them down more which he said he would do but didn't. I have had dip polish before so I know this is not how it should look. Don't waste your money here. read more

This nail salon is one of the top nail salons that I have been to. I cannot say enough great things about this place to do it justice. Every service comes with an excellent massage which pays for the service itself! Everyone who works here is extremely nice and respectful and will never push you to get an "upgraded" service. There is not forced chatter like a normal nail salon which makes it quite relaxing. The salon gives a spa like experience with normal nail salon prices. I got their most basic pedicure and received the best pedicure of my life. I will be returning to this place for pedicures and manicures. Only suggestion would be to add a more pleasant greater (someone who asks what service you want for the day) or a nicer check in process. read more

They were ready for us when we walked in for our appointment and sat us together as requested. Pedicure was great, so was the leg / foot massage. I have loved coming here since they opened in June but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. On Thursday evening I paid $116 (plus $30 tip) to have pedicures and gel manicures for me and my mom. They looked great. 24 hours later, my gels were completely lifting off of the clear base. This has never happened before and I get gels regularly. I called but they had closed for the evening. I called first thing Saturday morning to explain what was happening. The manager took my name and asked that I come in Sunday because they were too busy Saturday. When I arrived Sunday I was immediately met with attitude. They asked for proof I had my nails done. I showed them the $116 receipt and the loyalty punch card. I was then asked to wait. Eventually the young woman who did my nails came to redo them. She was extremely rude. She would not speak to me or make eye contact and repeatedly tugged on my nails and motioned angrily for me to move my hands back and forth from the drier. Her and the other employees were talking in their native language, then looking at me and making faces. Not once did someone say they were sorry or apologize in any way. As I was packing the receipt and punch card into my wallet she grabbed them from my hands and marked the today's date. She easily could've asked me rather than grab items from my wallet. My plans on Sunday were cancelled in order to come back and have them fixed. The great customer service I had grown to love here was completely absent as soon as I had a legitimate issue with my nails. read more

Just got home from getting the worst pedicure that I have ever had. Jerry was the man who did or should I say attempted to do a pedicure. I have been to this salon many times and NEVER have I received service so poor. Maybe if he wasn't watching television that was playing a sporting event he would have been more attentive. I kept explaining to him that this is not how I usually get a pedicure. Unfortunately there is a language barrier and he did not seem to understand what I was saying or care. The polishing was so bad that I had him remove it. I guess if I wanted my skin polished it would have been good. If you want a nice relaxing pedicure then do not go to JERRY!!!! And they had enough nerve to charge me for a service that was not done. I would give a minus rating but that is not an option. read more

It's a shame I have been going to this place for a year or so now. However, in the past couple of months the service has really gone down. I was getting the Powdered Dip Manicures and they were lasting almost 4 weeks. The past two times the one lasted a week and the second one a week & half. I think the staff has changed. Although I agree the place is very clean and bright I have to give it 3 stars because of the very young lady that was doing my pedicure... not only did I not understand what she was trying to say she didn't understand me and then the eyes started to roll and that annoys me... I understand we do not understand each other but I'm not giving you attitude I'm asking if the color I wanted came in regular and gel... I rather pay 35 dollars elsewhere I don't not the aggravation. I have always gave them grace here because it's hard to find a half decent nail salon. My mother and I have been regular customers and spent MORE than our fair share of money. I ended up giving my my powder nails because they broke WAY too often yet they're supposed to be the best bet?! My mom (after MONTHS) finally gave up, she was going less than every 2 weeks to get them fixed! She went in today and explained the situation and how she wanted the powder off and just a clear coat placed on her nails. They attempt to charge her for removing the powder and I think that's crazy. She had FOUR nails break and chip and she got them done last Sunday. All the chips and breaks occurred before this weekend even started! They then continue to say she needs to pay to remove them and that she "does hard work" which is why they break. Let me tell ya, my mom doesn't submerge her hands in water or build houses for a living. After today, they will never get another dollar from me. Very unhappy! read more
