Went for a pedicure and was given a "menu" of options. I picked one, told the guy what number I wanted and pointed to it on the paper. He didn't respond, took the menu and threw it on a manicure station. Then he didn't even do what I asked for. The number I chose was supposed to have a salt scrub and he never did that. The nail polish was sloppy, with paint on my skin on several toes and others not painted to the edge. Eight days later I already had chipping. I will not return to this location. Very disappointing. I provided a super simple picture idea for my manicure and the results were vastly different. Instead of painting on my easy design as they led me to believe, they used cheap stickers that peeled off the same day. Slapped over this was a visibly bumpy clear coat. Never coming here again! Everything is way over priced here for some basic squared white nails I paid $50 the work felt rushed. I came back in for a fill which was $40 almost the same price to just get them re done and two days later a nail already fell off had to go in and get it fixed they were kind about fixing it however the next day I lost another. Considering your paying that much and their using as little acrylic as possible when doing a set and giving you a fill is outrageous when the nails broke off you could tell they did them super thin I got white but when I came in for the fill where she filled them was clear/see through as if she didn't use enough white acrylic powder. 10/10 do not recommend this shop I will continue to go to the Prescott malls nail salon ( in the pictures you can see that the acrylic is as thin as my real nail) read more

I had a great experience at Nail Galleria! It was slower so I was sat right away for my acrilic fill. The woman who did my nails did a great job and explained what and why she was doing things if I had questions. The only reason I'm giving it four instead of five stars is because they were out of the first two colors I requested and I asked her to only put the glitter on my ring finger and she put it on all of them. I chose an option that included callus removal. The extent of that was about a 30-60 second light scrub with a pumice sponge. It did nothing. My toe nails were not trimmed or shaped, nor were they cleaned underneath. Minimal cuticle removal was done. I basically paid for a foot soak, polish, and lotion on my legs. My nails turned out nicely but when she was doing my nails she stepped on my toe so before I left another lady fixed it. They were so quick to get me out of the store that my toe nail ended up getting smudged anyway. I was a little confused as to why they were rushing me out so quickly and now I know why. I've been going to this salon for a while since I've lived in flag. I've never had the best service but given I live in Flagstaff, it's the best I've found since I've lived here Had a pretty bad experience with the salon when the woman did my pedicure a week ago as she was on the phone during the time she worked on my toes and ALSO used a filing machine on my toe nails. I let it go because it's Flagstaff. My other half also got up up-charged for doing work she didn't ask for WITHOUT her permission. I got her again today and figured "how rough could this be?" And she charged me an extra $10 by doing work I didn't ask for, got upset over me correcting her on the price. She rolled her eyes and said "ok" and went to charge me the price *I* thought. I wanted to pay for what I asked to get done and wouldn't have minded if I was wrong. She then didn't ask me if I wanted to add tip (I did. I work in the service industry.) and then was mad I didn't have cash to tip her but I wanted to tip on her card. She rudely voided my payment and went back to get my transaction so I could tip HER. In addition to all of this, the paint job on my gel nails are ROUGH. How can someone who provides a service that's supposed to feel glamorous let someone leave with nails that look like trash? Sorry to see that this place has so many bad reviews, because I've been here on a few occasions and have had a great experiences. It must be a sign to not go during busy hours (I went in previously during busy hours and they tried to overcharge me...) However, the other times I have been here have been great. I went in on a Monday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all- got a mani/pedi by John, and he was awesome. He took his time, and was meticulous with the gel. Rude upon arrival. No one speaks the Kings English so very difficult communications since I do not speak Vietnamese. Shop is dirty and tacky and in dire need of repair and cleaning. The ceiling tiles are replete with dirty water stains along with holes in the drywall On the plus side they have a sterilizer and the tools are clean and I witnessed the pedi bowls being cleaned after each client. That being said, I am traveling and needed acrylic fill which Mindy performed well. My pedicure with gel Polish was $50 which was more than I am used to paying was performed by Susan. In conclusion, tackiness of the shop aside, my nails look very nice and the pedi and gel polish are really pretty. My feet are callous free and moisturized and toenails bright tomato red and shiny. Mindy did my fill with white powder with a subtle glitter so my French manicure is sparkly. Would I return to this shop for another service? The answer is a definite yes! read more
