I came in on Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure. It was a bit on a whim, and luckily they accepted walk-ins. I picked out my color but the nail technician suggested that I get ring finger accent nails for Valentine's Day, so I agreed. The gel manicure included: the removal of old gel polish, clean up the nails, warm water soak, trim, cuticle care, buffed out, gel polish, and then a light hand massage. The salon was clean, spacious, and I appreciated that they used packaged manicure tools on each client to ensure good sanitation practices. I was very happy with the outcome and six days later I continue to receive compliments on my nails. I will definitely be back.

The owner "Eric" or Mien Dinh is extremely rude and unprofessional. I imagine they only treat their Black customers this way. Instead of correcting their mistakes, Eric is replying to my reviews with lies, so I've added additional proof. I got my nails done on July 29. A new Gel X set. By August 7 two of my nails popped off without me breaking them or causing any tension to them. That means either the nail technician didn't apply them correctly or the gel that holds the nail tip on the natural nail is not strong enough. Nails Fabulous refuses to take any accountability or fix their mistake. I have been getting Gel X nails for three years at various nail salons in different cities. It's a much better alternative to acrylics. I have never once experienced nails popping off, let alone within the first 10 days of having them done. This is abnormal. Despite having photos, videos, dates, the salon would not even fix my nail free of charge. Please see the photos and videos attached. As you can see from the Instagram message, they originally offered to repair the second nail, even with it being past their 7-day policy. But once I wouldn't accept the 20% off future services, they refused to fix the second nail. Screenshots don't lie. It's unfortunate because Theresa was so sweet. I'd planned on making her my new nail tech. But there's no way they can stand behind such terrible work and rudeness. They do not value their customers hard work or money. If they'd simply offered me a partial refund or 50% off the next visit, I would've been satisfied. They refused to fix my second nail or offer any type of compensation.

I made a 5:30 PM appointment in which they were taking walk-ins of a different skin color in front of me and proceeded to have me as the last person finished and out of the building. I called back today thinking I would give this salon another try and asked for a different person to do my pedicure because things happen and the salon was busy. However, the manager advised me none of his people are taking new clients and no one was free for weeks. I even asked "do you not want my business and that I was confused because he was basically refusing to let me make the appointment after I asked him about 5 different times and dates" I even left a nice tip and review prior so again...I was super confused on why I got treated this way. I have never been discriminated like this against in MY LIFE. As a family that just moved to Nashville from Houston for my husbands job transfer, we will be telling everyone we know about this experience. ​Extremely Disappointing Experience -- I Will Not Be Returning…read more Unfortunately, my recent experience was painful, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and nail service, expecting professional treatment and quality results. Instead, I left in significant pain and unable to comfortably wear my shoes. The technician was excessively rough throughout the service. She cut the skin surrounding several of my nails, nicked multiple nails, and used the electric nail grinder so aggressively that my nails were ground down to the point of injury. Several nails became painfully overheated during the process. This was not only uncomfortable but also left me concerned about the damage caused to my nails and surrounding skin. The quality of the finished service was equally disappointing. Polish was left smeared across my toes and even on my middle fingers. The lack of attention to detail was unacceptable, especially considering the service I paid for. The customer service at checkout was just as frustrating. While I was checking out and attempting to pay, the employee assisting me stopped to help the technician who had just completed my deluxe pedicure and nail service. I was left standing patiently while three other people were being assisted. Not once did anyone ask how my services went or whether I was satisfied with the results. What makes this experience especially upsetting is that I left in so much pain that I had to walk out into the rain without my shoes on because I could not comfortably wear them. Customers deserve professional service, careful treatment, quality workmanship, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, none of those expectations were met during this visit. I will not be returning. No customer should have to leave a salon injured, in pain, and feeling completely disregarded after paying for a service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the quality of the services being provided and the lack of customer care.
