I walk in and ask for service, I go to lounge area and there's a tree in the corner infested with gnats. Lady kept rushing me into my seat by telling me 4 times in a row to sit down , couldn't even grab my purse. Lo and behold the gnats are coming over to my seat , I'm having to swat them away the entire time and no one really cares that gnats are flying around me , crawling on the same towel my feet are being worked on. (THROW THAT THING OUTSIDE!!!) And the entire time, they have a fussy child screaming and crying persistently the entire time, and they're playing YouTube children videos VERY LOUDLY. So that was my background noise for my service. Granted they did what they were asked but the ambience ruined the whole experience and I honestly couldn't take this place seriously. And the gnats persisted to fly around me, swatting one of my legs- I had to look for other places to get my nails done during my service here because no way I was staying another hour through this. Then to ask for a tip, here's a tip : get some said and focus on the environment for your guests!! So glad I'm finally gone! read more

Titan Nail Spa, located on Clarksville Pike, offers manicures and pedicures at reasonable prices. Although in a small shopping center, the interior is nice and they have professional staff. I was a walk-in for a gel manicure and they seated me instantly and I was in and out in under an hour. I accidentally messed up one of my nails during the painting and the staff member was really nice about it and fixed it. Although they did a great job I did not like how three different staff members did my nails. I like having one person the whole time and it felt weird when someone new would just sit down and take over. It was especially awkward when all that was left of my manicure was just the lotion on my arms and massage then wiping it off with a warm towel. A man I hadn't seen before the whole time sat down and grabbed my arms and started massaging without introducing himself. It was weird and I didn't like it! My nails do look good though. 3.5 rating for this place, rounded up. read more

I have been to Titan Nail Spa several times and have always been pleased with the results of my pedicures. After two weeks of rigorous exercise, housework, and forty + hours of work I am ready for some "ME" time. I am greeted by staff when I walked in and asked to pick a color; then guided to one of the 6 pedicure massage chairs. Staff would offer a complimentary beverage as I browse the spa menu. I usually select the Deluxe Pedicure for $35.00 that includes a relaxing soak, citrus sugar scrub massage, foot mask, lotion massage, soothing hot towel wraps, and then polish of choice. My feet always feel soft and nicely pampered. Other services I will try in the future are the Jelly $40 and Hot Stone $45. What makes this place different than the others??? I went into this place I waited about 45 minutes. Watching several people getting their nails and feet done. They all paid after services were rendered. The programming they had on the TV was very inappropriate Jeffrey Dahmer series and a movie that had inappropriate language for children under age. I lived in Joelton where the only salon is located. I went in and told them I needed a fill with colored acrylic something close as I currently live in Texas, but still have a home in Joelton,TN. She , the younger main nail tech said it would be an hour. So, I went out to my truck and waited as the salon was slammed. Honestly, last Saturday my daughter and I went in to get pedicures. The nail salon had wall to wall people,So we didn't stay.They don't take appointments Anyway, I waited over an hour and she asked me what I wanted done I repeated it again, and she said we don't fill in with colored acrylic because I had gotten them done somewhere else in Texas where I live and I wanted to just change up the color. We don't do that here you have to get a new set. I was licensed in another state so I am familiar with nails. It can be done! It's totally there choice. Fine, tell me up front instead of me waiting over an hour and wasting MY time!!! Our other home besides in Texas is right around the corner in Joellton,TN. I will never step foot in there again. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT waste Your money in this place!!! They're rude and their nails break and come off with in 5 days, acrylic nails at that. After paying $80 dollars for my acrylic nails. I open my phone case 5 days later, not even hard very easy. my nail broke off. So I stop by there that day and ask if they can fix it. The rude younger lady tells me that it'll be &5-15 dollars to fix, even though acrylic nails last longer than two weeks where I've been going. I proceed to walk over and show her the little piece broken off. she does not look at me just continues doing what she's doing. she is rude as they come. And don't even do nails correctly to make them Durable And last. she makes the thin so they will break faster and you'll have to keep getting them done every week. Today is a week and a few days that I've had them done I had to put a bandaid on two of my nails because they're coming off except for the end. I go to take my bandaid off and the nail just falls off. Normal acrylic you have to soak off and use the drill. I'm beyond pissed off!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I MET RUDE INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. oh, and if you don't plan on tipping just know you'll get rude looks from the younger wife. I've been getting my nails done for years!!! Visited for the first time today! This is a very convenient location from where I live. They do not take appointments, but I waited no longer than probably fifteen minutes. The three people working served at least 12 customers during the time I was there. For how busy it was I was very impressed. I had a gel mani and pedi and it looks fantastic! I love the ladies at the nail spa , they always do a great job. I've been going there since January as a little treat for myself. My daughter joined me in February and we both go every couple of weeks for manicures and gel nails. I've had a pedicure there as well. Prices are very reasonable and very friendly staff. I called at 9:30 to make an appointment. I wasn't told they don't take appointments. I was told they open at 10. I gave them my name and they said see you at 10. I thought I had an appointment at 10! I left work and drove 20 minutes to the salon. I walked into the salon at exactly 10 a.m. and there were 5 people in chairs already. They asked what they could do for me. I told them I had an appointment at 10 and was told "we don't take appointments, take a seat".
