I came in on Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure. It was a bit on a whim, and luckily they accepted walk-ins. I picked out my color but the nail technician suggested that I get ring finger accent nails for Valentine's Day, so I agreed. The gel manicure included: the removal of old gel polish, clean up the nails, warm water soak, trim, cuticle care, buffed out, gel polish, and then a light hand massage. The salon was clean, spacious, and I appreciated that they used packaged manicure tools on each client to ensure good sanitation practices. I was very happy with the outcome and six days later I continue to receive compliments on my nails. I will definitely be back.

Kayce does a great hair cut, but $55 for a dry cut is a bit much…read more Back in 2021 I successfully had my dyed hair blended to match my greys which is what I requested here. At my consult Kayce said under her breath the cost would be $100, but it turned out to be $150/hour a whopping $900 - kid you not!!! That's more than twice what I paid in CA. There's more folks: The first thing I said when I arrived is DO NOT turn me platinum blonde. This salon portrays itself as high-end, yet had inexperienced, though sweet,18 and 20 year olds attending my hair. These 3 or 4 girls overseen by Kayce bleached my hair, each doing it slightly different and being corrected on occasion. I wanted to run out, which wasn't feasible with my hair in foils. By the time I was asked my hair was to a 9 and Kayce was wanting to get it to a 10. In my head I was thinking why didn't she stop at 7? I told her to stop and that I was fine with that color. It was either that 1 color or more bleach; not really a choice. I ended up going home platinum blonde with my brand new concert t-shirt ruined as it was bleached as well. Kayce graciously gave me $30 for it. It would cost more to replace, but I was trying to stay calm and get out of there. Once I got home, I discovered the color was uneven and that even a patch of brown remained. This was not a surprise, as I explained earlier HOW the bleach was applied. I returned a couple days later to discuss but ultimately Kayce proposed to bleach my hair even more. As mentioned earlier, my goal had been to grow out my grey roots and the color treatment was intended to avoid a drastic line. I think Kayce was trying to turn every strand sparkling silver?? With the help of family, I purchased, then mixed 2 toners which ultimately achieved the look I was going for. Finally, I can leave the house without a hat as my hair looks lovely. Why couldn't Kayce + Co accomplish that? It's my sense that this salon is all about making money. I felt unease that so many stylists wore baseball caps. Being in there 3 times now I see their specialty seems to be unnaturally over-processed hair on both stylist and patrons.

Titan Nail Spa, located on Clarksville Pike, offers manicures and pedicures at reasonable prices…read more Although in a small shopping center, the interior is nice and they have professional staff. I was a walk-in for a gel manicure and they seated me instantly and I was in and out in under an hour. I accidentally messed up one of my nails during the painting and the staff member was really nice about it and fixed it. Although they did a great job I did not like how three different staff members did my nails. I like having one person the whole time and it felt weird when someone new would just sit down and take over. It was especially awkward when all that was left of my manicure was just the lotion on my arms and massage then wiping it off with a warm towel. A man I hadn't seen before the whole time sat down and grabbed my arms and started massaging without introducing himself. It was weird and I didn't like it! My nails do look good though. 3.5 rating for this place, rounded up.

Lady kept rushing me into my seat by telling me 4 times in a row to sit down , couldn't even grab my purse. Lo and behold the gnats are coming over to my seat , I'm having to swat them away the entire time and no one really cares that gnats are flying around me , crawling on the same towel my feet are being worked on. (THROW THAT THING OUTSIDE!!!) And the entire time, they have a fussy child screaming and crying persistently the entire time, and they're playing YouTube children videos VERY LOUDLY. So that was my background noise for my service. Granted they did what they were asked but the ambience ruined the whole experience and I honestly couldn't take this place seriously. And the gnats persisted to fly around me, swatting one of my legs- I had to look for other places to get my nails done during my service here because no way I was staying another hour through this. When I walked in everyone was very friendly and the place was nice and clean. I brought my 4 year old daughter and they were super nice to her and talked to her and even though I hadn't set up an appointment to cut her hair, Evyn still happily did it after I asked. Evyn did a great job with my daughter, she was patient and sweet. My daughter was nervous at first, but when she was done with the cut and style my daughter looked up and said "I love it" Katelyn worked on my hair and she was awesome. I brought in a picture of how i hoped my hair would look (with the understanding that everyone's hair is different so it may not be exact) She understood that I was nervous about cutting and coloring my hair because of previous issues I've had at other salons. She showed me how much she was cutting to make sure it was ok and made sure I liked the amount of color she was putting in my hair and after she finished (in a great time-normally my long thick hair takes a few hours+, but she did it in 2) I was very happy with the results! It's exactly how I hoped it would be, both the color and the cut! I would highly recommend going here.
